There's no Telus Fibre Optic where I live, but the "Shaw cable utility box" is on my property. From a customer service perspective, I would have already switched. I'm a captive audience, based on what's available.

Lori Cervi (@loliruns) reported@TELUSsupport Have done EVERYTHING your troubleshooting suggests many times and still not working. Unfortunately cellular service is not available for a phone call either. We have contacted Telus twice with requests for a work order and no response. Please help?
