  • MrSAWDUST_YYC James (@MrSAWDUST_YYC) reported

@RickKackis Should have went with Telus. Much better service in my opinion.

  • BarbaraMarian2 Barbara Marian (@BarbaraMarian2) reported

@edmontonjournal @TELUS I live in a city of nearly 100 000 and I have terrible internet AND cell service.

  • Mutineer8961 Arákùnrin Mutiny⚓⚓⚓🔌🔌 (@Mutineer8961) reported

@kunmibode We pay too much for mediocre service. The speed Telus and Rogers dish you a $100+ plan is a joke. I was with Telus and you can't even watch a match on Dazn in real-time without buffering. I switched to Freedom (runs off Shaw) for half of what Telus was charging.

  • smashamer Sash (@smashamer) reported

@TELUSsupport Its all of it. My own account as well as the regular telus page. Been very laggy and often not loading pages. Tried Firefox and Chrome. Though it seems a bit better now, still on the slow side.

  • pattzachhabitat Zach Patt (@pattzachhabitat) reported

@edmontonjournal @TELUS So not @TELUS internet then. Because it is the worst internet you can have.

  • AndrewV691 {{Andraos Al-Sulh}} (@AndrewV691) reported

I never listened to a word she said. Furthermore, all emails from Telus go directly to dev/null "How would you rate the performance of Xxxxxxxxx, the TELUS call centre representative who assisted you?"

  • BradRosgen Brad Rosgen (@BradRosgen) reported

Did anyone else notice how @TELUS accidentally released @RickandMorty ep7 on their on demand after ep4 was just released. They’ve since taken it down but I watched it.

  • PrairieRanger Sean Trostem (@PrairieRanger) reported from Grande Prairie, Alberta

@fireyfemme We are still far off. There is zero reason we can not have better rates and service. Telus monopolizes the West and Bell has the east. Other than a couple tiny carriers that piggy back on them there is zero competition. They can charge what ever they want.
