    @Feisty_Waters Yeah even the most tone deaf corporate entities couldn't get this one wrong. Doesn't mean that Tim's and Telus suddenly stopped being objectively awful companies who treat their employees like cattle, but Hockey Canada needs to be defunded and dissolved.

    So, @TELUS is charging a 1.5% credit card processing fee for paying my bill. Are you really that CHEAP Telus? I have been a LONG term customer and this is how you treat me? Which Telcom company who does not charge a fee wants my TV, phone, Internet, and home security business?

    Call into @TELUS, wait on hold for 30 minutes, reach an agent, but they can’t help, so they transfer to another department, wait on hold for several more minutes, and then the system hangs up. FRUSTRATING and BROKEN SUPPORT! 🤬

    @RetroWinnipeg Fair point! Do we think Telus and Esso/Imperial are pulling their support from Hockey Canada but not the actual tournament? It sounds like they are pulling all of it.

    @cmcalgary if you think they have not been passing those fees to the customer already, you're wrong. They just were not called out. The better way is to **** on Telus and others who are basically double-dipping by NOW passing them to the customer. You know nobody is cutting their revenue

    @taramacmusic @TELUS I used to be a loyal customer to AT&T. They did away with their “unlimited data” plan for about a year or two, and then they brought it back. Their so-called unlimited data plan now has limitations. Evidently, they have their own definition of “unlimited”. I switched.

    Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport @ADT Having an issue with your alarm. Spent 5 hours on the phone trying to get a service repair person to deal with it, 5 people have hung up on them, and this last person has us on for 45 minutes, telling us to buy a battery ourselves. SEND HELP
