    @MPelletierCIO @TELUS is so badly run. I went months dealing with them installing fiber to my door and when it was finally time to light it up, a rep came to the door asking for my ID to run a hard credit check. Hard pass on that for a monthly subscription. So I am not a Telus customer.

    @TELUS We all sitting eating out and 5g or 5g+ and shows no internet. Have to switch to lte. Wtf am I paying for that 5g doesn’t work.

    @JustMeJamie64 Indian/Moroccan call and Service centres. All Shaw/Rogers. Other companies like Telus are all Philippino or south American. All from my experiences...

    @bears_aware @VoteCanadaCom @TELUS Rogers does it too. I chased a stinkard who was dropping flyers on the floor and knocking on our doors. They pay landlords to give them a key to our maiboxes so they can stuff them with ****. Plus they robocall several times per week from different numbers.

    @TELUS While struggling to describe the painfully simple problem with my telephone wire on the phone with Telus las night, I helpfully suggested they send a guy with a bucket truck and 30m of new wire. Instead, today they sent a guy in a minivan with a turban and no clue, and no wire.

    @TELUS @mmabrey1 No one is helping us, and no one is taking accountability. I work from home and have completely lost a full day of work because of this outage and your team’s conflicting information.
