@dougcrone We dropped Telus a couple years ago. We went with Primus. Funny enough, rates are cheaper and service is better.

Honestly if @Shawhelp was more transparent with this whole outage issue people wouldn't be upset. I just want to know if I will need to go to a friend's house with Telus Internet tomorrow for work or if I'm staying home and working. It's not that hard to give somewhat of an eta.

@TELUSsupport Telus Mobility service in the Calgary area is absolutely atrocious for the last month or two. It’s. It just me but rather numerous people… dropped calls, freezing of a call, unable to dial at times, etc.

Is it just me or has the service at @TELUS seriously deteriorated this year? Wow. Can't get the billing right, hour long waits and disconnected while left on hold. CCTS complaint incoming 🤬

@TELUSsupport @TELUS Can you please tell me why it is I have to resort to contact you via social media like this. I try to go through the proper Channels w/ your support system but every time I get bounced to 3 or 4 different attendents + w/ at least 50 min wait time. 1/3
