@TELUS @TELUSsupport I/we pay a lot of money every month. I’ll even admit I’m on a payment plan, which I follow cuz Covid meant I can’t seem to find F/T employment. Now how are you going to help me before I tell all of Twitter how badly you treat customers for your screw ups?

@TELUSsupport @TELUS your customer service is trash. 4+ hours w. # a dozen calls for my home services & mobility over 2 mo but I can’t get TELUS mistakes fixed. Lovely to hear “we don’t compensate for your time on the phone” - check how many times I’ve reached out for help.

@Averyflash @typronyk The BC govt paid for my doctor visit - just as if I went to a physical office. All doctor offices are private enterprises. Maybe Telus takes a fee for connecting docs with patient? Not sure…all I know is I saw a doctor quickly and govt paid for the service.

@TELUSsupport Nope, no one contacted me DM or otherwise... it's getting pretty disappointing. #Telus used to have the best customer service in the business.

@RogersHelps The only way Rogers can fix my issues is to replace my Telus sim card. Sadly, Rogers is $190/month more for my 6 phones for similar plans.

@SpeedtestAwards @TELUS Long weekend with no cell data. Couldn’t follow weather to track tornado alert. WiFi don’t work either. Calls to Telus , techs coming to diagnose. Verdict; too much usage, new tower needed but no plans in future. Telus you maybe the fastest but are poor for rural customers.

@HaruunYEG @TELUS Alberta has the worst documented labor laws in the country. They are very pro employer, not pro employee, the ones that actually pay taxes. AB govt is pro-business & give them some of the biggest tax breaks in the country. Also documented. Employees have very basic rights in AB.
