I cancelled that appt last week and Shaw came and hooked me up on the same day. Your communication with your staff is just as bad is your patrons

The girl looked at the parcel and insisted I take a photo of the package with the receipt as proof based on her experience of lost returns. Mine was fine.

I had Telus in & had technician hard wire (cable to wall) He checked the system, upgraded to new modem. I paid for the call cause it was extensive work.

For copper services yes I can see the sub $70 being the norm. High speed rates like 250-1g are in that $80-100 Mark. I pay $90 for $500. Beyond satisfied.
