    @jaxsaid @MsYouDoYou I haven't had issues with Shaw. And the only reason why I went with them is because when I moved to the farm all Telus could offer us was internet 1 and satellite tv. Shaw gave us what Telus couldn't.

    My 76- old grandmother (May 2019): I would like to cancel all services @TELUS: Sure no prob. February 2020: Bill goes to me advising on arrears. Acct was not cancelled. Pin, birthdate, account number, address provided and accused voice being too young and refused to cancel.

    @Tim_Ell @pattibacchus @TELUS @cbcErica @Dave_Eby @jjhorgan @carolejames When I was previously a Telus customer WITH a contract, they often raised the price, though they didn't bother to notify me. Cancelling was also costly.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS over the phone 9 months ago said that the account was cancelled. Seems like every single person says something different. Awesome customer service and excellent treatment of a senior citizen 💩

    @smitty_mark @TELUSsupport Yes , it’s been terrible . Usually my @TELUS mobility has been great , but it’s been poor the past few weeks - lots of dropped calls , calls can’t go through , static , etc . Like it was 25 years ago

    .@TELUS @TELUSsupport has by far the WORST customer service in Canada. Never had no call back option and an estimated FIFTY FIVE (55) MINUTE WAIT TIME. When you pay $250 a month you expect a modicum or customer service

    Day 26 of waiting for my iPhone 12 Pro to arrive. After 90 minutes of waiting on hold, support unable to give any idea when I'll get it. Oh, but @Telus already billing me as if I have it. Hope it arrives before @Apple announces the iPhone 13.

    @TELUS what a surprise prize today when I got a text from a technician saying they were coming to hook up the internet. I cancelled that appt last week and Shaw came and hooked me up on the same day. Your communication with your staff is just as bad is your patrons

    OK @TELUS I have to say that this is becoming old. I would love to watch the #WorldSeries2020 but I continue to get a choppy picture. Rebooting has not solved my problem and when the tech was here we thought the problem was solved. It is not. And this has been going on a week

    @AmyBeeman @TELUSsupport @TELUS Telus is honestly one of the worst companies we have ever dealt with. We cancelled all services with them over a year ago and still get charged monthly. Zero customer service!

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport - in Chilliwack bc, phone is emergency only, when i dial 611 it says no network connected. network came back online for a few minutes... do i need to worry or is it just a tower issue? thx

    @MTN180 Hello! I bought the 5k roaming plan but have not been able to make calls with my line. The Canadian mobile providers(Bell, Telus and Fido) I'm roaming on their networks keep giving the "your line is bared from making calls prompt". I need your support to resolve this.

    Hey, @TELUSsupport, I just had the worst phone experience with one of your Telus Mobility CSRs. I asked to be escalated and was told it would be 2-5 days before I could expect a call back. I'm about 30 seconds away from transferring my account to a competitor.

    @MondeeRedman The changeover went fine too. But today they suddenly locked me out of my account. It is very difficult to get it back, because they have no live people do sort out problems. Be sure to update your phone number if it has changed since you created your Telus acct.

    @Tesla @TELUSsupport @elonmusk Telus running scared now that Starlink is coming. Should have improved smarthub speeds and congestion issues years ago. Better start releasing unlimited data plans soon.

    @jonincalgary @Kristinnuendo Shaw offers fibre, unless this is a Telus fibre connection that Shaw can't use? Fibre certainly has better up and down speeds, but for most residential connections, non-fibre is fine.
