@TELUSsupport @Rogers @Bell Cancel with Telus. Horrific customer support/ understanding. They just cost me 80k on a mortgage renewal. My credit card for autopay had expired, and I missed it. I’ll own that. My account went 30 days over, and when I got that notification I immediately rectified it, paid in full, and put in an updated CC number. They outright refuse to take the late payment off my credit report for the mistake. I am 51 years old. NEVER one late payment ever. This dropped my credit score 86 points, and now on my upcoming mortgage renewal I cannot get the preferred banking rate as a result, and Telus outright refuses to help. I’ve been a loyal Telus customer for a decade paying 350+/month for all their service’s, and hold close to $100k in Telus stock and this is the treatment I am getting for an honest mistake. Use any other provider. I will make it my life’s mission to make sure nobody signs up with Telus going forward. Friends, family members and employees included. I’ve tagged Bell and Rogers on this so they can share it with others to use as marketing to win new customers and show how you don’t treat a long time customer.

I can't remember who said that the only free lunch is diversification, but even though I got my *** kicked with Telus $T.TO today still made some bank with some of my anchors $GWO and $POW. Some of my holdings have gone up 3x what I am down in Telus so perspective helps. Keep calm and invest anon

@VanIsleInvestor @TELUS @TELUSsupport No its deplorable! My point is when there are 1 or 2 alternatives and neither pick up the slack, rhats the way the world is going. Normally an upstart would emerge to fix that lack of customer service but red tape et al ruin that.

@majgeoinvesting @EhrmantrautCap_ What they should have done with Series A? It is not that they could have cancel it. Last year they needed cash to fund Telus ramp up, but now when money is flowing in and they have excess capital they want to use to offset the dilution from Series A by buying stock back. There is past and there is present. A lot happened since last year.

@JordanW34476060 I’ll be back, just need to give it a little cooldown time. It’s pretty sad that the previous research barely got any recognition, it’s $AMPG's biggest MNO, bigger than Telus, and that’s saying something. Thank you for your support! 🫶

@TELUS How many times should I repeat the same thing, TELUS???????? I am tired of getting repeated cold calls and marketing calls from your agents and their random numbers. I am tired of telling them that I have already OPTED OUT of such calls. Please do not make me angry on them. If you will continue this, I will have no regrets whatsoever to cancel your services. @TELUSsupport

@Bell @Travisdhanraj This is me trying to cancel my internet. It's ******* impossible. Bell even sent a technician over to disconnect my fibre so Telus could hook up. You would think they would automatically cancel it for you
