  @ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Its not even customer service thats outsoirced to india, 90% of their store employees are indian, and if you work for telus, and you call their internal support line, its also 100% indians.

  @ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport I’ve been with Telus since I got my first cell phone many years ago. I called them and a person from India asked me for my social insurance number. I hung up on them and called a supervisor and cancelled my service.

  BNN Andrey Omelchak: $T Telus I'm worried about the dividend, the payout is high and problems with leverage. They have a leadership transition and a ex Bank CEO taking over. I expect they cut the dividend. Look to reset and see the CEO look at new growth initiatives.

  @ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport I never answer calls from Telus. I know it'll be some foreigner so I won't understand a word they say. If I call them & get a foreigner I ask for a supervisor. Supervisors speak proper English. I think when you ask for a supervisor it gets transferred back to someone in Canada.

  @CoryBMorgan Haha. I'm about to get starlink. The telus hub for rural internet is garbage. The lag times for watching live streams is so bad. My kid is losing his marbles getting timed out on his games. Done.

  @VanIsleInvestor I wonder if Telus shares are also down because all of it's BC assets are on un-ceded territory and potentially no longer Telus' Telus is a serious proponent of reconciliation. Maybe they'll just hand it all over? Since they've been using the land without permission. *pokes bear

  We signed up for a three year contract to replace our month-to-month service for business effective November 28, 2025. It was our understanding that Anatoli Jr. Goriansk @TELUS the Account Manager was going to handle the switch, but for some reason he did not cancel our month-to-month service. Now our account has been suspended because of non-payment of the month-to-month service. Can you please assist. @TELUSsupport
