@koodo @TELUS this all has to be a joke right? This has been going on since the spring. And nobody can fix this? I have been given empty promises over the phone. Im tired of this, ruining ny credit and costing me money. Expect a lawsuit in the comming weeks. Im done with asking

@koodo your customer service is appauling. I have been trying to connect to to pay my bill and your phone service wouldn't connect me to a live person I went to your booth in the mall and 3 @TELUS stores asking how to pay. I was told to sign up online which your site didn't allow

@FenderGuy69 I bought an S20 5G right from Telus. They had a deal that brought the purchase price way down. Buying any "flagship" phone at full price is crazy imho. Since these things only last a few years, lower capital cost is good.

I take my credit VERY seriously and for months tried to find how to pay this bill before it reported LATE. people at your @koodo booths or @TELUS stores didnt care to help. Now I have a late showing on my credit report, this is not on me! I demand to and my late be removed

@TELUS it’s a crime you charge for phone service since there rarely is service. It’s 2022 cell phones have been around for a long time. There is no reason for all the dead areas and call fails that happen. #DoBetter

@Daveroe404Dave Thanks for posting this! We were told it was a Telus server issue. We are paramedics and aren’t sure of how it all works with 911. A fire dp centre was able to receive some calls but EMS dispatch was not. In our exp w/AHS dp, they NEVER notify the public of this issue.

@TELUS Not only that we’ve been given stupid solutions like we will reduce your data by 2 gigs a month and that will bring your bill down by $5 a month. I asked how is that going to help with no phone service? Their response back to me was it won’t but it least you’ll get a cheaper bill

@TELUS @CynthiaMD92 I received a 260$ bill to my cancelled account and telus threatened to take it to collections. I've been on the phone 6 hours and they say they can't waive fees on a cancelled account. but they can certainly apply them. File a complaint with CCTS! #CCTS #Extortion

@TELUS @CEMonthCanada If you live in the Mt Douglas area in Saanich BC don’t use Telus use Fido. Telus tower has been down since Feb. mobile service drops or is so garbled you can’t be understood. We switched to Fido, actually it is better than when Telus was working. There have been many complaints
