    @koodo your customer service is appauling. I have been trying to connect to to pay my bill and your phone service wouldn't connect me to a live person I went to your booth in the mall and 3 @TELUS stores asking how to pay. I was told to sign up online which your site didn't allow

    @TELUS the @koodo website kept redirecting me to customer supper when trying to make an account and your auto messing system kept taking me in circles.

    @FenderGuy69 I bought an S20 5G right from Telus. They had a deal that brought the purchase price way down. Buying any "flagship" phone at full price is crazy imho. Since these things only last a few years, lower capital cost is good.

    I take my credit VERY seriously and for months tried to find how to pay this bill before it reported LATE. people at your @koodo booths or @TELUS stores didnt care to help. Now I have a late showing on my credit report, this is not on me! I demand to and my late be removed

    @telus, your service is subpar at the best of times and out for hours at the worst of times. This is one of those times. Cellular for Koodo and Telus is and has been down for the past two hours. As has our SmartHub and security. This has derailed my business and weekend away. 1/2

    @TELUSsupport I've got both a Telus personal phone and a Bell work phone. Both are down, have been now for almost two hours. Just incase this can help with the technical side of things. Central Alberta here.

    @oghenx @TELUSsupport It doesn't matter who your provider is, if they use Telus towers you're going to be affected. Each service provider doesn't have their own towers in every area. They borrow each others

    @TELUSsupport Bell is down as well so this is not only a Telus problem. Customers have a right to be concerned for something that is integral to today's world. It's not like Shaw going down. We don't use Shaw when we call for a tow truck or run to the non-existent pay phone for an emergency.
