@koodo your customer service is appauling. I have been trying to connect to to pay my bill and your phone service wouldn't connect me to a live person I went to your booth in the mall and 3 @TELUS stores asking how to pay. I was told to sign up online which your site didn't allow

@vidman Actually in St. Jacobs today. I’m on Telus and just tried calling Toronto. No issues!

@kimpagegluckie They're all aghast. Stupid thing is in the end Telus only ever gave me a 50% reduction on the charges. I just cancelled my account and refused to pay. **** that ****. If you can't give me guarantees against reported theft when I travel a lot - bye.

@TELUS has horrible customer service. I have a 15 day trial with a phone & decide to change phone companies so they tell me to bring back the phone to any Telus store…I email them saying I didn’t get a refund. They reply back saying I had to bring it back to this random address

@kimpagegluckie It got ripped in the metro in Athens between the airport and Syntagma. I realized it the minute I was exiting the metro. Got to hotel, got on laptop. Messaged family to phone Telus. I tried their "online" support at the time. /x

Been on hold with @ShawInfo for 45 minutes, unbelievably poor customer service, have heard numerous ads for #shawmobile, why would anyone sign up for such crap?? Can we not get more options besides telus or shaw?

@Marcus620FTM @TELUS If they don’t offer service there, they should be able to waive that fee. I had this same experience with a previous provider. But I just kept at them until I got the fair solution I deserved.
