Now I have a late showing on my credit report, this is not on me! I demand to and my late be removed

I have been trying to connect to to pay my bill and your phone service wouldn't connect me to a live person I went to your booth in the mall and 3 @TELUS stores asking how to pay. I was told to sign up online which your site didn't allow

However, it's now 4:45 pm & no phone call. To recap, the phone number for cancelling service doesn't work...

But, had telus told me my device care didn't cover anything anymore, i would've gotten it fixed for $40/mo. 😠
