    @koodo your customer service is appauling. I have been trying to connect to to pay my bill and your phone service wouldn't connect me to a live person I went to your booth in the mall and 3 @TELUS stores asking how to pay. I was told to sign up online which your site didn't allow

    @RogersHelps @rogershelp - Internet unstable for the past 72 hours in the Warden/Finch area. This is outrageous. Called support twice and they told me there is NO ETA. People are working from home and I'm forced to use my Telus phone as a hotspot. UNACCEPTABLE

    @ryck_nancy Trudeau was going to lower our cell phone bills. The latest for Telus is to charge the customer for placing his/her costs on a credit card.

    @TELUS I’m feeling totally deceived. Not only am I paying $25 more a month I actually have less features despite being told otherwise and a phone that would have been less from Apple. 1hr+ waits for Customer Service. I’ve been had!

    No Maple for me, as it seems Telus Health wants me as a customer. I am REALLY uneasy with the data they got from me today, in exchange for the offer of having a nurse practitioner do a consult, which did happen, with the conclusion that I need to get to a practitioner in person.

    Been an @telus customer for a long time. Credit card fee was already baked into already handsome profits. Bad time to slip in even a small gouge. Going to have a chat with Shaw this week to see what they’ve got. Can you port home phone # like cell? Cable, home phone, internet!

    Bought a new S22 Ultra Phone before a European Vacation. Worst phone I have ever owned. It has been a nightmare getting it replaced. @Samsung @TELUS I have owned multiple Galaxy Note phones in the past. At this point I want my money back and I will switch to Apple.

    …I am going to pull all my business from Bell and switch to Telus or Rogers if I don’t see some kind of resolution. I have patience, but bell has worn it thin and I will take this to the CRTC if it isn’t resolved shortly.
