@cherry_grant @TELUS @TELUSsupport Good luck. We never managed 2 get online or phone assistance w Telus and ended up feeling "had" due to changes 2 our cable package that were made w/o notice. I'll be interested to see if they will b more responsive 2 yr very valid complaint. Cx retention does not seem 2 b a goal

  • ve6mad Max (@ve6mad) reported

@TELUSsupport @TELUS This was good when we had to connect with family to get them out. Shame you can’t help Ukrainians coming here with internet/phone services 🙁

  • HeatherBurles Heather Burles, MSc (@HeatherBurles) reported

Internet painfully slow after mandatory upgrade to fibre optic. Speedtest showed 66% of speed I'm paying for. First solution offered was for me to upgrade to faster internet. I suggested I pay 66% of Telus bill. Troubleshooting and speed is back to normal

  • cherry_grant cherry grant (@cherry_grant) reported

@CP_CNC @TELUS @TELUSsupport but it’s a lot more reasonable, and telus customer support hasn’t been helpful for me and I’m not into fighting anymore.

  • cherry_grant cherry grant (@cherry_grant) reported

@shiftkicker @TELUS @TELUSsupport that kind of thing is another reason why I want out. slow, lousy customer service.

  • peternowak Peter Nowak (@peternowak) reported

These carriers would basically rent network space from Bell, Rogers and Telus at regulated rates and then sell services to customers as Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs). New competition would mean more choice, lower prices. 3/12

  • karenkalireigh karen reigh (@karenkalireigh) reported

@TELUSsupport @TELUS I had to speak to too many people and departments who each had to read through pages of “notes” and *still* couldn’t answer the question “Is service available at my address”. Three weeks I waited! Two guarantees of callbacks within a day with an answer, and nothing, both times!

  • karenkalireigh karen reigh (@karenkalireigh) reported

@TELUSsupport If @telus could actually address issues through DM it would be worth having a Twitter account, but I still end up having to go through the chat or waiting for a call back anyway, so I just went there. Your system is so bloated and redundant, it doesn’t work efficiently. Pls fix!

  • Aletedelimon Alejandra (@Aletedelimon) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport hi there! We have been bombed with messages about upgrading to optic fibre or you'll interrupt our service. We have had 4 different technicians coming to our condo and they all say the same thing: we don't have the fibre installed and they can't do it either.

  • rdumaresque Reggie D. (@rdumaresque) reported

@TELUS had me wait on the phone for an hour last night because I got a roaming charge and I haven’t been outside the country. Transferred me to the wrong department only to tell me that I would have to call back again after my next bill for them to fix their mistake.
