@koodo your customer service is appauling. I have been trying to connect to to pay my bill and your phone service wouldn't connect me to a live person I went to your booth in the mall and 3 @TELUS stores asking how to pay. I was told to sign up online which your site didn't allow

@TELUS the @koodo website kept redirecting me to customer supper when trying to make an account and your auto messing system kept taking me in circles.

Sigh, still no call back. I give up. I can't bring myself to wait for 2hrs on the customer support line again. I guess we'll get internet whenever @TELUS decides. I'm tired.

@TELUSsupport came back just before you announced it was restored. And here I thought I was a Koodo customer. But I think "Koodo customer" really means "Telus customer with worse service"

@EvoCarShare Would the evo users get some credits/compensation for the inconveniences? I know evo is not at fault, but telus is. Since telus will probably provide some conpensation to evo. I believe many users, who rely on the car service, had been greatly inconvenient.
