Blows my mind that it takes @Telus so long to issue a refund.. 60+ days and counting.. let's see if we hit the 90 day mark. This was even after being sold incorrect information when I moved. @TELUSsupport

Nothing better than trying to top up my phone so I can call my dad and see how he is only to find out my number is out of service. No email, no one tried to contact me to ask if I still wanted my number, nothing. Guess I gotta contact customer support and get a new number @TELUS

@TELUSsupport We ordered a fiber internet from Telus. While the connection is good, its usefulness is limited due to static ip address issue. Telus requires a mac address for each static IP. This makes them not usable by Sonicwall or edge router. Will Telus do anything about it?

@TELUSsupport @TELUS the cell phone service on the east side of Red Deer is minimal to nonexistent (clearview, Timberlands, Timber Ridge, etc.). It has been this way for 5 years now. Anything that can be done???
