    @hotglassofskank @RonnyTheSinner i used to work for telus and had a widow come in to cancel her late husbands cell phone so i had to call corporate and they’re like “we need proof” and she’s like “he died two days ago i don’t have any yet & can’t afford the bill coming out tomorrow” and they said “well too bad!”

    @RainGloaming @miaaowing I never manage to make it work but Telus still lets buy things off Google Play by adding it to your phone bill.

    @TELUSsupport Over 5 yrs. Just send out one of your support tech to that area! You can not maintain customers with such abhorrent service! If you don’t have WIFI, Telus is worthless in that area!! No Network on its own!

    I work a side job for Telus International and I can’t even get support help. I wonder how the average customer feels. **** is so cooked.

    The 'priced in' narrative was always lazy. Telus has a leverage problem and fiber build costs that a dividend cut doesn't fix. The 17% spread vs BCE and Rogers is the market repricing fundamentals

    @Frid45 Yea buy some Canadian Tire? Or if you're able buy Bombardier Challenger Jet. Support Cameco by getting your very own ton of Uranium. Better yet sign up for a 2 year cell plan with Telus, wont work in Europe but who cares if it means helping 'elbows up' idiots with their ridiculous virtuous posts

    3 hours on the phone with tech support yesterday for a family member. He failed to mention moving the dsl cable from one port to a different one on the router. Service tech was here today and switched ports and fixed the issue. Do better @TELUS your customer service is a joke.
