    @TELUS is absolutely the worst company in this country. 2-3 hours minimum on the phone for a representative. They need to pay me back for my time at this point. If you want to get a phone with them DONT.

    @appalbarry @HSBC I sympathize. All the large US corporations started taking their customer service and IT support offshore in the mid 2000's. I get nowhere with customer service at Telus and Vail Resorts. After I get a local number from offshore support, I'm connected back to the same person😬

    @Rogers wow. New low in customer service. I had a simple question. Will you match an offer from @TELUS . All you had to say was NO. 2.5hrs, 2 agents, a lot of unnecessary time wasting & "we can get within $5"! OK? - Yes fine. THEN "OPPS! NO!" please add $17 to that. #epicfail
