    @Shawhelp Thank you! @Telus technician is finally here - 37 hours later….@Shawhelp you will be gaining some new customers. There are 3 homes that have been without service and if we’d been Shaw customers we would have had our service restored in a timely manner.

    @TELUS stop sending people around knocking on doors. It’s supper time. I don’t give a **** about your “good deal for 6 months” then back to full price. Same goes for you @Bell and you too @Eastlink. I’ll come to you. Alright? Alright.

    We’ve also turned down cell phone plans from Telus for this reason, and I’ve already told them as soon as my contract is done, I won’t be using their services ever again. I can’t imagine I’m the only one @TELUS

    @TELUSsupport Thank you for responding! I’ve sent you a PM. I moved from Bell to Telus just last month so really hoping Telus sorts all these issues out before I decide to move back.

    @TELUSsupport Terrible issues with texting for almost two weeks now. I didn’t know that so many people they have the same problem! I can’t receive or send text, with Telus network, if I’m not with wifi coverage!

    On hold for @TELUSsupport over an hour & no one available! I message the bot whilst on hold & asked if I’d like to bring my service over to Telus! Yes! Imagine…received a callback within 5 minutes!!?? How does that work @TELUS ??? ****** ****** support for a long term client!

    @TerrencePaul5 Super easy to tell a scam When have you ever received prompt service from a Fortis or a Telus Good luck getting a call back If any company phones you with a human on the other end, it's a scam

    @ThymelessC @IceCold_Country @TELUSsupport The Dish is the same as Bell uses and Telus piggybacked off the Bell Satellites. So check out Bell for service . The set top box has to be changed out though

    @TELUSsupport please explain how it takes 2 weeks to email a return label for a return that should’ve happened over a month ago? No responses via email. 2 hours on customer service and no refund issued. @CRTCeng can you help here? I think I’ve been scammed by #telus

    @TELUS. I am being blocked from calling customer service to ask to change my connection date from Jan 5th to Feb 1st. Tired of all this bullshit.
