Don’t trust Telus. They would rather protect a person getting a phone illegally than an actual customer. She then lecturered me about online security and said I gave the person my permission to steal my identity by visiting websites. Really? Do you think I needed that?

@TELUSsupport this is to get everyone to never use Telus in Edmonton. They’ll waste your time by not sending installers for your internet and when YOU chase them down after 4 hrs of calls, they’ll tell you ‘sorry we don’t have fiber in you’re area until next month. Shaw does
