Hey @TELUSsupport, my home internet signal is so poor that I can’t even open the support chat in my Telus wifi app to complain. With my Telus “great” fiber optic service, I can’t watch Netflix, browse on my phone or check Instagram!!! Can you believe that!?

might be able to nab a better telus plan but i have to call the damn place again because for some reason they dont list dsl internet on their website, you have to inquire about it directly. Still, 25 megabits over 6 megabits is a huge improvement.

Hello @TELUS and @TELUSsupport I don’t want credit, I want a refund to my credit card for the over $500 you charged me for a service I don’t even have. This is absolutely outrageous and completely unacceptable.

I have good news and bad news, good news is that they were able to reactivate the email address, bad news is that it is not the original address, it is a new one reusing the name linked to mother's TELUS account, all my contact info, saved emails, bills etc. are lost forever.

@yegsheens Take your pick as both have their issues; depending on the day;who you talk too Have been with Telus 45 years& still can be a pain ,but at least I know what kind ,just have to be aware of what you have asked for& gotten;the costs to be followed carefully,call bullshit when seen🧐
