    @Bell_Support Another reminder, minimum 75 stations are having malfunctions across Ontario (as reported by a phone agent, and not @Bell publicly here or on website.) The towers themselves are not down, @Telus services are fine. Malfunctions are effecting all internet access.

    Get @TELUS service if you want to live in a major city and not be able to use your phone during an emergency. Can't check on the storm. Can't check on my elderly grandparents. Been trying to send this tweet for 45 mins. I pay $150+ a month. #shameful

    @CanadensisMax Same in Ottawa. Now 3 hours w/o power (as of 8:50pm). Also limited cell service (Telus). Worst storm I have ever seen here.

    @LTFD_NOIQ We both have phones that send us Amber Alerts, but neither of us (@TELUS network) received an alert. Curious about what went wrong.

    @ms_chanty @TELUS Looks like mine just came back I did talk to someone at Telus and they said there were a number of towers that lost service because of the storm. I figured that’s what it was

    Funny how my @TELUS account has no issues and my @Rogers account is spluttering. I am lucky enough to have two mobile services but what about those who aren't?

    We decided to come home. I didn’t have any cell service until we got to the 407. I guess the Telus network got hammered.
