The @TELUS text chat wait game has been fun today. Started off at 20 went down to one, went back up to 10 went down to one, went back up to 9 and now waiting for our third countdown to start...

@TELUS @TELUSsupport over 30 minutes on hold. You guys shut off my network??? For what?? This better be resolved tonight before y’all conveniently close.

  • theflatlands barrypartington (@theflatlands) reported

So, @TELUS, you're a phone company that I can't pick up the phone and call. What's up with that? The only way to reach you is through this app of yours that doesn't work? What kind of service is that anyway, scheduling a time to call me that is convenient for YOU? WTF?

@AndyMLC Yikes! Good ol’ @TELUS, they always find a way to make a buck off the customer. I hope it’s just growing pains and 12-24 months from now we’ll wonder why we stuck with SIM cards for so long. Maybe… 🙃

  • DougBla41729844 Doug Black (@DougBla41729844) reported

@TELUS part2, you need to tell your customers that the old cable lines are only good up to 1gbs. second you need to tell your customers to check if they have a 2.5gbs Ethernet network card in their computer

@courtlalonde @dbapz Bell, Telus, and Rogers are all bad. I moved to freedom a few years ago and haven't had any real issues. They just need more service in less popular areas

  • mediarz mediar (@mediarz) reported

@ZankoShepard @TELUS Oh, just jumped from 1 back up to 8. @telusmobility are you going to help me or not? Lol

  • kounanes aidan (@kounanes) reported

Telus has to have some of the shittiest service and internet. Both stop working entirely at least 4x a day. Plus, their speeds don’t even hit 60% of what they advertise. Would not recommend.

that, of course, only one skin. Leopold, yes. Three we have. But the smart meter decision will be, I am also a big Telus sign in a 2/5
