    @jkmnew @TELUSsupport @PublicMobile The messenger app was the first casualty. At least the backup messenger (the notification app) worked even though the message was garbled. It gave the very important (most important) message - it is not your phone it is us Telus with the problem. Don't adjust you phone.

    ...I asked what he needed and he said he was trying to text or call his wife to come get him and he couldn't get anything to work. I told him what I knew and he said he was also using Telus. I suggested he pop inside and explain his problem to London Drugs customer service...

    @jesssicrap @TELUS I got a notification saying data service was "temporarily turned off by the operator" Showed up twice and then everything was fine...

    Telus mobile data has been out of commission most of today. I haven't seen it this bad since the early 80's.

    @NEWS1130 I was having issues this morning with Koodo/Telus. Seems to be better now though.

    Telus wireless outage in AB and BC. Except for my cellphone though, my Blackberry is still working.

    why my phone keeps being no service? I tried to fix my network but it still says 3G or no service..does anyone have same problem? im using telus

    my colleague couldn't use MFA because Telus is down so we tried installing the MS Authenticator app, but of course it required an MFA challenge to set up :/
