@TELUSsupport He said that the equipment Telus supplied to us wasn’t meant to support fibre optic speeds, so we’ll never get the speed we pay for unless we wire every device in. Didn’t even look at the doorbell despite multiple requests from me.

I'm still stunned that @TELUS preferred that I change carriers, despite being a loyal customer for over 25 years, rather that own up to their mistake and replace our phones. @telusmobility isn't the company it once was. Sad.
