    @cashmobstalbert @TELUSBusiness Honestly. Telus sucks, when you talk to help desk they are in far away lands. Get cheap rates for the servive and so more profit for Telus. Service level???! Who cares.

    @WilliamRobk Originally, March 5th 2024, they've been harassing me and threatening me since and is STILL holding my number hostage, demanding money to release it, so im paying for a 2nd line with @Eastlink and i havent had ONE single issue with them while @TELUS ONLY causes issues & trauma!

    Telus needs to simplify their offerings. How much energy and time do they spend making all these complicated packages that are difficult to decipher and that require customers to phone in? A very customer-unfriendly approach.

    @Richard_sfu @TELUSsupport It’s Telus man! Crappy service and worst customer service of all! My latest bill increased by $ 5 each for Optik Tv and 3Gbps Internet which I not getting since upgrading from the 1. 5 Gbps and the speed is even worse. And they have the guts to increase it !
