    Well, just found out that Start was acquired by Telus, so I'm looking at @TekSavvyCSR again. Just trying to sort out what type would be best for us since the cable internet is through Rogers and keeps going down on us 🙃

    @RachelNotley Bull💩💩 it’s already there but the companies won’t update their equipment and put too many on a tower. There needs to be accountability. They promise speeds “up to” and that’s how they get around. Charge huge monthly fees and no service. Just like Telus Mobility.

    Asked @TELUS to prorate a payment for me (for some installation) and they wrote it off instead. My best service providers in this country.

    @McMudder71 @TELUS No suggestions, I use Telus without any issues but I never had their phones, I always buy my own because I can get a better deal than they offer. I am wishing you luck though.

    It’s ironic that Telus keeps trying to call but the reception in my neighbourhood is so bad that when I answer they can’t hear me.
