@TELUSsupport I am not finding any support. Optik box is not starting. Numerous calls to 611 and the amazingly inefficient digital assistant. The call back in 15 minutes is offensive. Get better. Ever since BC Tel became Telus the only thing that your good at is collecting money

@sxms_ My mom has been with Telus for over 20 years and I’ve been with them since ~2016. Never had any problems and my data stretches really far. When I went to West Hawk Lake last summer, my friends had no service, but I did.

@pressprogress @_llebrun Telus sucks. Ssome years ago, TELUS farmed out its call centers to places where people work for much lower wages. A year or so later, TELUS ran an ad campaign to keep Canadian jobs in Canada. Lying hypocrites!🤬

@TELUS @TELUSBusiness @TELUSsupport I got my internet back up because an actual Telus Technician fixed the problem and provided a way more better service than the one who installed my modem. You guys had cost me $5000 of lost profit!
