@TELUS I ordered the services on March 14, 2023. It is still unresolved. Only half the service was installed, cancelled the other without informing me. All Telus managers are in "Meetings". This is a business line. Unacceptable!

@TELUS buyer beware!! Corporate does NOT want employees in store to let you know about the loop holes. A 20+ year customer gone because employees mislead you so corporate can over charge you.

@TELUS why does your internet suck so bad? I just called support and was told I should disconnect devices I’m not using or upgrade. We have the fastest internet you offer, upgrade to what. What’s the hold up on fibre.

@TELUS Honest to god can you fix my internet connection in south surrey!?! It’s been down since the middle of the night and it’s @TheMasters weekend! I pay $230 a month for internet, basic cable and sports channels for this service?! Seriously.

it’s just Murphy’s law that every time I have a big listing appointment my printer stops working. This morning it’s a Telus optic cable fire on our road. Can’t connect to my printer over wifi now. Luckily wasn’t pressed for time and connected with my phone hotspot network.
