@yknot05 No a big fire took out a building under construction and power was shut down as part of the process. A major Shaw node is in the area where the power was cut so all our services are off....except my Telus cell phone....it pays not to bundle ALL of your services

So @albertahealth it looks like no one in Calgary is able to book an appointment. And the clinic at the Telus Convention Centre, shut down early. And it looks like online bookings aren’t available either through your site or pharmacies.

@MarciaOnTheGo I had a work acquaintance who used a service provided by Telus to help keep tabs on a special needs relation who would often leave their group home without warning. But that required they take their cell with them.

Did anyone go to Telus convention centre yesterday for their AZ? Going down this morning. Wondering if there are seperate lines for appointments vs. walk in?

So very frustrating with Telus. I am getting frequent emails to migrate our email address by May 2 or we lose our email address. I have tried every way to talk to someone to get help and the links don’t work either. Telus. Your a phone company.

@TELUSsupport Good Morning Telus - any information available on why multiple mobile phone users are getting repeat calls from Latvia this morning. Blocking a number doesn’t solve the issue - calls come from another Latvia number. Thanks.
