Clayton (@phinx404) reported@TELUS Waiting for the phones in on business plan to run out. Only 3 more left to go then send them back and switch. Never had so many dropped calls or just no service at all. 5g+ and no internet error or dropped calls and dead zones in southern Ontario is crazy.

Mandy 🇨🇦 (@Mandy9421925313) reported@VoteCanadaCom This is why I refuse to go with Telus. After asking to be on the do not call list I still get constant calls and people at my door. If I want your service, I will come to you. Harrassment equals no business for you.

Topyyan (@topyyan) reported@TELUSsupport @TELUS It’s really frustrating not getting support I asked for. I contacted through your toll free phone number on 3 different days, requested that my internet and home security to be moved to new home. A technician came and worked only on internet and left. Sad!!!

l0wk3y (@L0wk3yC) reportedTelus doesnt hire a single Canadian customer care representative and they only operate in Canada. They profit 1.3b per year. That 1.3b could be used to employ roughly 30,000 Canadians full time for 40,000 a year, roughly another 3,000 if they fired the international employees.
