@TELUS Just had a call from "Sam" at Telus. "We are running a promotion..." "I'm not interested in any promotions, thank you." "Then go to Hell!" One of your customer service reps just told me to go to hell because I didn't want to waste his time. I'm shocked.

@maxfawcett Surprisingly, I've had a good experience with Rogers since I started with them four years back. It was Telus that drove me up the freaking wall with their poor service and ridiculous charges.

I couldn't even work today because the internet kept cutting out and if I'm even 1 day late paying my bill I get a late charge. No, I'm definitely gonna sue because if you make me lose my job due to your crappy service... @TELUS @TELUSsupport

@maxfawcett Rogers and Bell are tied, which aligns with my experience. I have no experience with Telus, which had less presence in the East until recently. So that may bias your results. When I switched from Rogers to Fido (owned by Rogers) I saved $$ and got better customer service.

@jwporteous @maxfawcett This!! Haha I’ve had huge issues with all three this year. I picked telus because their service sucks the most on top of the terrible customer service 😑

@Caligalli We pay $10 dollars a month. My parents use it when they call us. I like how it doesn't cut out when both parties are talking at the same time. Telus has a service called call control that has effectively stopped ALL junk calls. (On cell phone too) We will keep it for now.
