@Shawhelp yeah okay its been a almost two days... Been patient enough. My neighbors have Telus and someone else has Bell they still have internet. Im cancelling and anyone else who’s affected I suggest you do the same. Worst customer service can’t even speak to an operator on the phone

@Shawhelp I have been out of services from last 48 hours inspite of having electricity at home. Neighborhood is getting services from Telus but shaw seems to not working. Location Fraser heights, Surrey BC. It's so frustrating

@TELUSsupport When my mother hasn't had TV or internet for almost 2 weeks. When I call and get put on hold for more than an hour. When I finally get to speak to someone for less than 5 minutes, and then they put me back on hold for another hour. TELUS SUCKS.

@HamboneTTV @GordonRaboud In Canada Shaw & Rogers are going through some legal stuff that's most likely going to cost them a lot of money thus bringing down there stock so i was looking at what there competition was doing like telus and bell. this guys came off a little prejudiced & it triggered me lol

@TELUSsupport I'm just going to change providers it was down again the only thing good about Telus is the staff that troubleshoot their prices are insane and the product doesn't work
