    @TheFallingStar I had the same experience, someone gave me a tip to do the online chat thingy instead of calling. I had tried calling for a week and then once I used the chat it happened quickly. But I prefer Telus service

    @BrowntoBure not that much difference. if you like movies .. shaw bluesky is one voice command search (ie "jaws") ... picks out free-on-demand ones first (telus search is terrible for this) if you watch live tv ... telus cool feature is you can restart most programs from start

    @imnotclaire @Shawhelp Same here...and I actually had to converse with my family! But, they seem nice. Seriously though, over 24 hours, this is ridiculous! Telus has my mobile service, perhaps it's time to do a total shift. Get it together Shaw. #ShawSurreyOutage

    @TELUS We have a Telus hub, used to work pretty well, now it is slower than dial up. Forget about asking my MP, Telus should quit using the Chinese junk and supply us with the service we pay for using quality equipment

    @TELUS Yeah, no. Not after you lobbied/appealled the CRTC decision that you have been gouging everyone for services. Invest your own damn money rather than paying obscene executive salaries, dividends, and stock buy backs. Your ridiculousness is showing @Telus
