@Technically_PvP @TekSavvyBuzz I was on a 2 year telus package and I just noticed it ended and they never said a word. Now paying 175 a month what the hell. Teksavvys upload speeds are a bit meh on those packages.

@misst0pia @TELUS @YVRCookie I kinda wanna go back down in disguises

  • djandymurphy DJ Andy Murphy (@djandymurphy) reported

@janipewter @Scott_Helme @Ubiquiti Here in Vancouver the BT equivalent Telus doesn't bother with the copper anymore at all. They've pre-installed fibre at a lot of places in the lower mainland at no cost even if you're not a customer of theirs. I'm by UK standards rural, and pay £65 a month for 1gbit symmetrical

Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport why is ping from BC to gaming services suddenly so bad? Used to be 80ms to Hoyoverse (Genshin) servers and now it’s a solid 180ms for the last 2 days. Unusable.

  • AllanWebster14 Allan Webster (@AllanWebster14) reported

@canmd1971 @ickiestvicki Not all patients have adequate internet connections or devices for video conferencing. Is Doug getting 'help' from companies like Telus Health?

  • helloprab Prabhjot (@helloprab) reported

@Patticus Even worse is changing the prices of other services when cancelling one service. You call to cancel TV, and they send you an email confirmation for that, along with prices of Phone and internet increased. The unholy trinity RoBeLus (Rogers Bell, Telus) is notorious for these.

  • dave316 dave316 (@dave316) reported

Went into #ShawCable to exchange a remote. Rude employee says "we have a similar one, it's $16.80. I'm paying $177.80 a month & they want to rip me for a Shaw remote? Calling #telus tomorrow. I think it's time to move on.

@TELUS Good movie but Telus is a terrible provider

  • AllenRaph Allen (@AllenRaph) reported

@CaptainGeko @JamesKerwin Just not sure why Western Canadian ISP are suddenly having problems connecting to PWI servers since Thursdays patch. (Telus, Bell, or Shaw) are 3 very large ones with significant backbone reach throughout US with subsidiaries.

  • CanadaP2P Admir Lino (@CanadaP2P) reported

@TELUSsupport @TheOmPass The fact that in 2022 outages can go over 72Hrs tells me that you have inadequate infrastructure or tech support. Another #TelusFail @TELUS
