    @garymasonglobe Ugh... I get dumping Telus, their customer service disappeared years ago, but with all the Teslas on the roads, X, Starlink, etc, the ketamine-addled South African is tightening his grip over an unprecedented swath of the world's population, and all their data. Terrifying!

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS Agreed. I use Public Mobile. Lacks a bit in customer service but pays back in cost savings which are huge.

    @jodyvance @guyfelicella @TELUS My mom had it for three years. Then her PVR died. The β€œnew” one has been nothing but problems. She cancelled and went to Shaw, now Roger’s satellite. I’ve had it over 30 years in the interior. She’s much happier. Telus hands out junk and refurbished garbage. Good luck.

    @Angelahvn They installed Telus fiber here but it still has very SLOW periods. I'm still trying to figure it out (there's some online guidance on using a separate router downstream of the one Telus provides, for one)

    @garymasonglobe @TELUS We had a problem at work on Sunday with Shaw. Resolved in 3 hours. TELUS sucks.

    @TELUS @xrtsdhndvbh1 I'm in Edmonton and all 5 of my TSN channels are giving me a "Television signal has been lost" error. All other channels seem fine, except, oddly, CTV Edmonton (101) and CTV Montreal (209). GET IT TOGETHER @TELUS

    @esSpyderMonkey Because TELUS TV+ streams live TV, we are legally bound by CRTC broadcast loudness laws (-24 LUFS), while apps like YouTube master their audio much 'hotter' (-14 LUFS). To fix the gap on Apple TV, try going to Settings > Video and Audio > turn on 'Reduce Loud Sounds'
