Just a heads up… when @telus offers a promotion/free gift for new customers, you may not qualify for the promotion… The rep told me today the new customer promotion is for customers who have already established credit with Telus. But I can get a discount.. #shady #baitandswitch

@MobileSyrup The Telus 5G network (Telus owns Koodo) is only marginally faster than the 4G network. Is this how they plan to differentiate their upcoming 5g plans from their 4g plans? Slow down the 4g plans so the 5g plans look better. Pretty frickin shady, even for a sleazy big 3 Telco.

Here's a fun fact: If you get home security from @TELUS and select self install but then can't connect a device for a reason outside of your control (like wires that are too short for their device) they'll just tell you to pound sand when you ask for help 🙃

@TELUS Your business model of discounting packages and then raising the prices back up at the end of the contract is predatory towards the disabled, who have trouble keeping up with changes to their bills or other areas of life. #Sicknotweak #disabilityinclusion #Disability
