Okay, that was the best technical rep I've ever spoken to with @TELUSsupport .... we were on the phone for like an hour and fifteen, but you know what, he saved TELUS a customer, because I was ready to walk if they couldn't figure it out today.

@ShawInfo there is something seriously wrong with your customer service reps. Everytime I go on to chat it takes 5+min to respond to each line of text. Just to get past the authorization took over 25 min. Maybe @telus can do better.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport told us we have to pay $1000 to cancel our services. There is no option for Telus where we are moving so we can’t transfer. This is highway robbery.
