@TELUSBusiness I’m done with Telus, I’ve been with them for over 20 years. This latest fiasco with Telus email being down for 3 days was completely unacceptable and then to kiss and make up with a $10 discount is an insult. Find the missing e-transfers!! I’m going to Shaw

@SashaWylde If you have Telus, they have a service you can opt into that requires any number not on a list you provide to give a code when they call. If they don't enter the code then the call is disconnected.

Hey @TELUS Don't have your call center phone customers saying they are looking to improve service and cost and then proceed to take 10 minutes to finally tell me they're just trying to sell expensive Optik TV that I cancelled 6 months ago. Annoying.

@crys_tom You could go on Telus Health or some other online GP service (I think OHIP covers that now) and ask for a prescription of Zofran. Works better than Gravol. No drowsiness. Expensive. I can't see any doctor saying no.

So after another 58 minutes on the phone with @TELUS and 47 of that on hold…I get another technician sent to my House…but I have to wait another 4 days and no Manager from @TELUSsupport even bothered to pick up…is it just me?? Or does this happen to every long term customer???

@NaomiWong1984 Competition commission of Canada is a pathetic, worse than useless pile of dumb bureaucrats. They should never have let Superior take over ICG. said it wud be good for consumers. Be like letting Bell, take over Telus and Rogers. Imagine if we had 'less' phone competition?
