@TELUSsupport how do we get Telus technical support to call us at home?

  • MetalBlonde Karina “Determined Synth Music Plays” Halle (@MetalBlonde) reported from Ganges, British Columbia

The excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

  • SailorsDavid David Martin (@SailorsDavid) reported from Pender Island, British Columbia

@TELUSBusiness I’m done with Telus, I’ve been with them for over 20 years. This latest fiasco with Telus email being down for 3 days was completely unacceptable and then to kiss and make up with a $10 discount is an insult. Find the missing e-transfers!! I’m going to Shaw

  • MetalBlonde Karina Halle (on hiatus) (@MetalBlonde) reported from Ganges, British Columbia

We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

  • Finnegan661 Finnegan66🍀 (@Finnegan661) reported from Sidney, British Columbia

@TELUS I am absolutely disgusted as a long time customer. 3x now having to reschedule and be on hold for over an hour. How is that customer service???? 🤔 only to be told now that the rescheduled appointment 'may' go forward jesus

  • mjeso michael eso (@mjeso) reported from Sidney, British Columbia

@bcgeu @TELUS is a profitable company providing payroll services to the BC Government. Shameful that they are not prepared to treat their employees fairly!

@TELUSsupport Help, please. I can't make phone calls. To anyone. Including 611 from my Telus sim. Can you help? How can we connect?

  • bartkolounger Julie B (@bartkolounger) reported

@Blibblobblib @TELUS @TELUSsupport 100% I’ve been with them 20 years and will be leaving their customer service is garbage, the rates are inflated and they totally disrespect customers loyalty

  • ljhmontgomery Looney (@ljhmontgomery) reported

@adolwyn my upload speed with Telus is 0.76. absolutely horrible. I may need to switch to shaw.

  • ettenyl Lynette (@ettenyl) reported

Back to the Telus bs. Turned airplane mode off and in 10 minutes got another 100 in data charges, when I was driving and listening to radio. Data save is on, apps aren't running. Wtf.

  • wiiaax Victarion (@wiiaax) reported

@Rogers Reliable? Service is cut for most Rogers users in this town each time we have hydro issues. Inconvenient, even life threatening, if emergency arises. I’ll switch to Telus when my financing’s up. For half the cycle my phone randomly disconnects from wifi to use data. Funny

  • dinnerwithjulie Julie Van Rosendaal (@dinnerwithjulie) reported

2 weeks ago I switched from Telus to Shaw, went from 8 shared gigs to 25 gigs of my own for less $! yay! Under 2 weeks later-after *less* use-I'm notified I've used all my data. WTF?! Do we actually trust cel phone companies to track data usage? how do we even know??

  • cat_has_tongue #BuildTheWill🌍🌎🌏 (@cat_has_tongue) reported

@TELUS Help. I cannot make a phone call to 611 or anyone. Your system is broken. How can I get help?

  • CodingJar Coding Jar (@CodingJar) reported

@justin_liew 100% telus. Shaw is still assymetrical. The upstream makes all the difference now that everything is cloud enabled. Get Telus on sale and never look back.

  • hieuhandyman Hieu Huynh 🦋 (@hieuhandyman) reported

Customer service agent? Shaw, mint mobile, Rogers, Telus, main stream corporations etc…work comfort at home, free money? 🌞

  • kamhutchi Kerri Hutchinson (@kamhutchi) reported

@ettenyl @TELUSsupport We’re going to switch to another service provider. I have used 56 GB data total in four years (14 GB/year) and today they are saying I used 3.5 GB in one 20 minute walk where I wasn’t using my phone. Is that technically even possible? No, it isn’t. Does Telus care? No, they don’t
