    @TELUSsupport A little late? We have been Telus customers for years. The problem has been rectified now. After being on hold on 3 sep occasions for more than an hour. Not great customer service unfortunately

    @TELUS I am absolutely disgusted as a long time customer. 3x now having to reschedule and be on hold for over an hour. How is that customer service???? 🤔 only to be told now that the rescheduled appointment 'may' go forward jesus

    The excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

    @TELUSBusiness I’m done with Telus, I’ve been with them for over 20 years. This latest fiasco with Telus email being down for 3 days was completely unacceptable and then to kiss and make up with a $10 discount is an insult. Find the missing e-transfers!! I’m going to Shaw

    We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

    @RHkfather 3of3/ Telus came & upgraded my home Modem late 2018, setting up 2 "available" network connections, one reading 2.4G, the other 5G anticipating 5G to be rolled out in the near future in my community. Well, it is now the latter part of 2021 & there's still nothing near 5G speed.

    Telus as a company is absolute garbage. My bill just jumped $60 with no explanation... not even an email. Telus needs to be regulated to the extent they need to ask permission to scratch their own ***! 🤬

    @schaaptop @sportsnetmurph That’s not what monopoly means. It means one corporation dominates the market. Out west Rogers is rare for cable, cell or internet service. It’s Telus or Shaw mostly.

    Been trying to cancel a Telus line today. Two call backs only to be put on hold for over 30 minutes each time. No estimated wait time…nothing. Still not done. Really poor service. @TELUS

    @TELUSsupport I would just like Telus at a higher level to fix it, it’s a recurring issue where people with Central Ice don’t have this issue year after year and even get a free trial. Every year I’m told this won’t happen again and it does

    @CalamityJayne4 @publicfrienemy We had the same issue at the lake west of town. Reliable 25/25 service from Telus. 500Gb for around $65 solved the problem.

    @TELUS I have had ABISMAL service from all levels (in store, chat, call center) regarding trying to get a new phone and service with you. Lies and broken promises over and over... 0/10 so far
