  We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

  @therealjugni @TELUS I can tell you that I was able to fix the issue but no resolve with the original person. It's very sad but we are looking at other options now. We have been a telus customer for over 20 years #shameonyoutelus

  @TELUSBusiness I’m done with Telus, I’ve been with them for over 20 years. This latest fiasco with Telus email being down for 3 days was completely unacceptable and then to kiss and make up with a $10 discount is an insult. Find the missing e-transfers!! I’m going to Shaw

  The excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

  @TELUSsupport A little late? We have been Telus customers for years. The problem has been rectified now. After being on hold on 3 sep occasions for more than an hour. Not great customer service unfortunately

  I hate cell phones. I noticed it 15 yrs ago. Cancelled it 6 yrs ago. Flip phone, no data. Best choice ever. Telus asked if I could be ok without, my reply, that is the problem, we don't need them. I only hope for massive cancellations. They will listen then, no more control.

  I follow dividend kings and champions very closely. Today, TELUS $TU just cut its dividend by 55%. That move ends a 22-year streak of yearly increases at the second-largest telecom firm in Canada. Shares were down as much as 14% as soon as the news came out. The red flags sat out in the open for some time. The firm carried a weak dividend score of 6.8. Its payout ratio sat at a wild 278%. The yield hit 11%, and anything over 6% already looks risky. Debt forced the issue. Management needed cash, and the dividend was the fastest place to grab it. The company is listed in my International Dividend Champions report. The next update of that list will show the change.

  My $AMPG plan for the coming weeks. Let's start with what I'm holding: ➟ A company with zero long-term debt. ➟ ~$40M in cash. ➟ A signed LOI pipeline over $100M. And growing. ➟ 48% gross margins. ➟ A flagship radio proven inside NVIDIA's AI-RAN ecosystem. Now the plan. First thing I'm waiting for: NOKIA EARNINGS, July 23. I expect Nokia to guide well on AI-RAN, the sector, and everything it shares with AMPG. That would be bullish for the whole lane. Same logic as when MSFT reports datacenter growth and every datacenter name moves. Category guidance lifts category players. __ After that: TELUS EARNINGS, early August. Maybe they announce something. And given who's on record as their radio supplier, with two of five radios on every converted site, you can guess who'd be involved. And even if they announce nothing, we can deduce plenty: their capex pace on the 1,000-site program IS the demand curve for their vendors. Silence teaches too. __ Then: AMPG EARNINGS, mid-August. They've already signaled Q2 comes in above Q1. And remember everything already on tape from the CEO: ➟ Telus won't stop asking for new configurations, "which we'll be announcing." ➟ Orders came in ABOVE the $40M LOI. By $5-7 million. ➟ The Southeast Asia LOI grew, from $78M to over $100M. ➟ They're now going STRAIGHT to POs, from these MNOs and newer ones, with demand growing. ➟ And scaling isn't a problem: capacity is rented by design. Up when demand rises, down when it doesn't. His words. Everything I just listed is public. On camera or in releases. If you hold this stock and haven't watched the full Maxim interview with the CEO, fix that today. 28 minutes. The plan is simple: three earnings dates, each one a checkpoint. I'll grade every one in public, hits and misses. That's how this works. Oh, and between those dates? Something could always drop. The CEO teased announcements on camera.
