@TELUSBusiness I’m done with Telus, I’ve been with them for over 20 years. This latest fiasco with Telus email being down for 3 days was completely unacceptable and then to kiss and make up with a $10 discount is an insult. Find the missing e-transfers!! I’m going to Shaw

@fromthegoatbarn If “the competition” is a @TELUS smart hub, you can expect great service for about 3 days before you get this speed consistently. Same rates advertised as well.

Q: When my copper landline is eventually forced onto fibre, do I now get a credit on my @TELUS phone bill for a dead landline during a power outage? This wouldn't have been an issue with copper. And – huge emergency preparedness blind spot with TELUS' decision on this.

Hey @SamsungMobile and @TELUS, thank you for selling me a $1700.00 paperweight. My Galaxy 21S+ drops calls, loses wifi connection, can't properly connect to ANY of the Gs, and is a tech FAIL. Oh but wait... There's more! It's outside of the TWO WEEK return policy. Well done 🔩
