    @TELUSBusiness I’m done with Telus, I’ve been with them for over 20 years. This latest fiasco with Telus email being down for 3 days was completely unacceptable and then to kiss and make up with a $10 discount is an insult. Find the missing e-transfers!! I’m going to Shaw

    @TELUS I am absolutely disgusted as a long time customer. 3x now having to reschedule and be on hold for over an hour. How is that customer service???? 🤔 only to be told now that the rescheduled appointment 'may' go forward jesus

    The excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

    We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

    What happen to prime Asia channel? It stopped all the sudden. We r with telus and I called them this morning why my channel is cut and they said telus have some issues with Prime Asia provider and they will cutdown this channel permanently from now on.... but WHY?

    @SamsungCanada I reached out to livechat and they said they had no idea what I was talking about and couldn't help me. Is there a general shortage of devices in Canada or maybe it is a @TELUS issue instead?

    @TELUSsupport thanks Team Telus. After being a customer for years, getting hung up on three times last week, a great guy (Mike) from Richmond phoned me this week to upgrade my plan. When I told him just the plan, no phone, he told me he couldn’t help me and to go visit in person

    @TELUSsupport The mobility payment is resolved! Now it showed that I am up todate! Thank you! Next my Telus Home Service is having problem too! Luckily I retained all hard copies and again always up to day, I had a credit of one month plus $30.00 in my account! What is going on!

    Have u tried lately to contact tech support from #Shaw? Good luck. U go through layers before Shaw putting you on hold for hour. All bragging from @ShawInfo r bogus. Don't believe. No wonder ppl moving to @Telus. I'm thinking too after 20+ yrs. Not worth my time. @calgaryherald
