We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

The excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

@TELUSBusiness I’m done with Telus, I’ve been with them for over 20 years. This latest fiasco with Telus email being down for 3 days was completely unacceptable and then to kiss and make up with a $10 discount is an insult. Find the missing e-transfers!! I’m going to Shaw

@TELUS @TELUSsupport again having lack of service in the Amherstburg area. When there are storms we have issues with coverage. Please look into these towers. Something needs fixing.

@TELUSsupport we live 30 K north of Kamloops on Yellowhead Highway 5. We are halfway between Barriere & Kamloops. Cellular service for phone & hub is erratic & unreliable everyday. This has gone on for many months - calls to Telus do not improve service.

@sweetaboutmi the other options I'm looking at are like $50 bucks when Koodo and Telus used to have a monthly cap of $120 that wouldn't be bad.... but close to 200 is way too much for two weeks

My claim that @telus lied is simple, called & requested support since my kid couldn't do his online schooling with the connection was told there was no solutions. The literal week before Starlinks arrive they show up and fix the internet with products they had for YEARS.

@Amu3188 @TELUSsupport I'd like to know how this turned out. Had to drive over to make sure my parents were ok as their phone service has been down since Friday. Telus never showed up for a scheduled appointment. If there is a charge I'll switch them back to Shaw.

Do not. I repeat do not order @TELUS internet. I made 4 appointments was promised a better price for my trouble and now they’re refusing to honour that. But don’t worry they’ll let you be on hold for 2 hours while they jerk you around… #alberta #internet #provider
