    @TELUS I am absolutely disgusted as a long time customer. 3x now having to reschedule and be on hold for over an hour. How is that customer service???? 🤔 only to be told now that the rescheduled appointment 'may' go forward jesus

    We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

    @TELUSBusiness I’m done with Telus, I’ve been with them for over 20 years. This latest fiasco with Telus email being down for 3 days was completely unacceptable and then to kiss and make up with a $10 discount is an insult. Find the missing e-transfers!! I’m going to Shaw

    The excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

    telus had an issue with their towers last month and sure it wasn't for a whole *** day and it wasn't canada-wide, but there's always room for error. once the issue was brought to attention, it was flagged and fixed within an hour and a half. i know the situation is diff with

    @chrisdoyle78 I will check tomorrow at 8am. Will Cancel my current appointment if I get it. Telus is easy mid-day walk whereas I have taken an after work slot closer to home that might be better for someone else later in the week.

    Ayo @Rogers take a lesson from @TELUS when they had an outage a couple of years ago they gave their customers $10 off their bill
