@TELUSBusiness I’m done with Telus, I’ve been with them for over 20 years. This latest fiasco with Telus email being down for 3 days was completely unacceptable and then to kiss and make up with a $10 discount is an insult. Find the missing e-transfers!! I’m going to Shaw

The excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

@TELUS I am absolutely disgusted as a long time customer. 3x now having to reschedule and be on hold for over an hour. How is that customer service???? 🤔 only to be told now that the rescheduled appointment 'may' go forward jesus

@TELUSsupport A little late? We have been Telus customers for years. The problem has been rectified now. After being on hold on 3 sep occasions for more than an hour. Not great customer service unfortunately

We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

@OilBeak @DavDyk Telus is way better quality service for television. I have a slower speed for Telus internet and my son has no issues playing Fortnite. Shaw cable is horrible for channel surfing there is a lag when scrolling.their tv guide. It's brutal

So, as much as I hate what’s happening in this province, this Telus app really did help me. I’m not someone who runs to the ER for everything and looking at things now, maybe I should have? BUT it’s nice to know this was at least an option for me

@servingLMD @TELUS and I was supposed to get a wifi hub like a month ago, never showed, talked to them again, said they'd ship it, never showed, so now i'm up to an installer coming to do it 🙄

@TELUS how come every time you call to cancel Telus service in “one month from now” CONSISTENTLY they cancel your service that day??? Then you spend three days reconnecting. 🙄. You call that #service ?? Give me a real #telecommunications platform. @TELUSsupport sucks

@servingLMD @TELUS and she couldn't book the installer while i was chatting with her so she ended up having to call me back haha it's always such a disaster with their customer service, I don't get it. I worked for Shaw and we were never this messed up.

@IRPlawyer @TELUS You do know that the vaccines do not help with transmission. It will not prevent you from getting sick. The CDC website states it will only mitigate severe symptoms. You can still get sick and still pass on any viruses regardless.
