The excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

@TELUS I am absolutely disgusted as a long time customer. 3x now having to reschedule and be on hold for over an hour. How is that customer service???? 🤔 only to be told now that the rescheduled appointment 'may' go forward jesus

@TELUSBusiness I’m done with Telus, I’ve been with them for over 20 years. This latest fiasco with Telus email being down for 3 days was completely unacceptable and then to kiss and make up with a $10 discount is an insult. Find the missing e-transfers!! I’m going to Shaw

We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

Tofield **** Ongoing Telus outages in BC and Alberta are impacting service. There is no estimate for time to repair. We have already ordered a second Bell Fibre connection to help reduce reliance on Telus with install expected around Xmas.

What a shock, ethernet services are spotty-to-down in my rural town... again. Tethering won't work either, since mobile networks are so slow here. Thanks Telus, once again you've shown me why I should jump to starlink. You're infrastructure is garbage.

@TELUS Just to make sure I wasn't off my rocker, I just listened to the recording I took and it didn't say "home" or "business", it said "if you're calling about security for a home location, say or press 'one'. For business, 'two'". I said "one". So your computer still sucks.😠
