@TELUSBusiness I’m done with Telus, I’ve been with them for over 20 years. This latest fiasco with Telus email being down for 3 days was completely unacceptable and then to kiss and make up with a $10 discount is an insult. Find the missing e-transfers!! I’m going to Shaw

We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

The excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

We switch over to #Telus for cell service. We wait. No phones, no SIM cards. But we get billed! My husband spends 12 hrs on the phone. Still no SIM cards, only bills and sales call to upgrade! Customer service not available for days. Is this the norm, @telusmobility ?

@DouglasTodd Brilliant. Hopefully @TELUS is on it. Do major phone networks not routinely share the problems experienced by their customers? This has been irritating for such a long time that I thought service was a four letter word.

@TELUS @ADT You would think a loyal customer of almost 13 years would be able to get a digital keypad over their archaic push button key pad without having to pay over $100 for it when you give it free to people who have never given you a penny. Strange business practice.

@ShawInfo why can’t SHAW fix the BlueCurve issues? These issues in the backend (on the Cloud) have been going on for months and SHAW can’t fix. Every time I call support, I must escalate and waste hours of my valuable time. Should I just move to Telus????

Every time #telus leaves me on hold for hours just to say, "It's going to take X more weeks for us to fix that thing we already said we'd done" my temptation to switch to shaw grows.
