@TELUSBusiness I’m done with Telus, I’ve been with them for over 20 years. This latest fiasco with Telus email being down for 3 days was completely unacceptable and then to kiss and make up with a $10 discount is an insult. Find the missing e-transfers!! I’m going to Shaw

We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

@DiscoveryCanada why is there only 4 seasons of Street Outlaws on the Go app? And the ones you have there is only parts of seasons. Wtf. And on @TELUS @TELUSsupport there S8 - 13 and S16 and but most are incomplete seasons. Why?! Please fix this. Very frustrating to try and watch

So my @TELUS smart hub internet hasn’t worked in 48 hours. I’m working off my mobile data just fine, but the wifi won’t connect to laptop or phone? Is this a general issue happening across the board right now @TELUSsupport?

@DrMattHenschke Switch to @MicroquestInc before it is too late. Our clinic would never use anything other than Healthquest. It is far superior to any Telus EMR. I will never choose any Telus product ever again for their role in privatization. Nothing but greed running Telus.

Update: Telus representatives are STILL calling me to try and push this service on me and ask why I cancelled the install. I've asked multiple times, politely and less politely to be removed from their call list. They still call about once a month. #thisshouldbeillegal

@TELUS did you know that Telus is AWARE of the internet WiFi issues, where the signals are dropping for lots of customers and is getting worse. Telus, you advertise that your internet is the best. Well, I can tell you it is not and that’s false advertising! You suck!

@SassyKru @Bell_Support @JeffkSato I pay 165$ for home security, tv, internet 125, and cell service 20gig data Telus is way better than bell. Paid for my cell phone with 5gig was 100$ a month. Best switch ever. And now seeing the stunt they pulled on the workers at TSN they’ll never get 1 cent out of my pocket

@chinookag @LukeRadau @TELUS I’ve literally searched through Twitter to find others who are experiencing the same damn thing! I have a mobile booster, bumped from 2 to 4 bar on the hub and my cell- but smart hub is shorty most days (and can’t have more than 1 device running wifi!)
