We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

@bcgeu @TELUS is a profitable company providing payroll services to the BC Government. Shameful that they are not prepared to treat their employees fairly!

@TELUSBusiness I’m done with Telus, I’ve been with them for over 20 years. This latest fiasco with Telus email being down for 3 days was completely unacceptable and then to kiss and make up with a $10 discount is an insult. Find the missing e-transfers!! I’m going to Shaw

Telus sending me a survey asking for my feedback on their service. Ha ha ha ha. Sure I’ll give feedback. 5 paragraph rant later ending with “HUGE FAIL” Not that I expect jack shet to result from it. Worst experience.

Its time @Rogers got their **** together. 5 spam calls since 7am. Seriously is @Telus can have call control why cant you. I know where my service is headed if nothing changes by end of my contract.

CCSA, representing smaller BDUs provides more “real life” examples of their problems batting the big guys. Telus/Bell: we’d prefer it if Rogers were not stronger. Small guys: we need competitive access to survive. #CRTC

@StevenTDennis This is not a great solution, but Telus Canada has Call Control. Any incoming call not in my list of known numbers has to input a number to get through. Weeds out auto dialers, must be a real person on other end.

@TELUS your customer support for cell phones is beyond garbage. I have been dealing with your *611 team for 3 days and can not get straight answers. I have asked to speak to a manager 2 days in a row and am denied. You guys are ridiculous

Hello, @TELUSsupport @telus I lost my iPhone 11 Pro Max at a gas station after refuelling, it dropped off my car. Please, how could you help me with getting back my phone, or at least, temporarily secure my vital personal information from theft?

@thechrislarsen Yes, they're obviously correct. But the issue is that if it was Telus merging with someone they wouldn't care at all. And yeah, I do think Rogers would be making the same case. Corporations know that corporate consolidation is awful but only care when it's their competitor.
