@TELUSBusiness I’m done with Telus, I’ve been with them for over 20 years. This latest fiasco with Telus email being down for 3 days was completely unacceptable and then to kiss and make up with a $10 discount is an insult. Find the missing e-transfers!! I’m going to Shaw

To anyone who ever consider using @PublicMobile from @TELUS , you should know they don't have customer service. If any issue, you'll find alone trying to deal with a horrendous community page where almost nothing works. DO NOT USE.

@TELUSsupport I can't see my account because right after logging in the access is blocked by a popup asking me to enter my address to see TELUS services in my area. The popup doesn't work so I am stuck and can't access my account. Please remove the popup ASAP. Thx

And the worst part is no one can really change internet providers cuz well, we just went through the giant two, thats right, Telus doesn’t even have home internet in Eastern Canada, only the West loooooool. but anyways rant over, have a nice day ppl 💀
