@TELUSBusiness I’m done with Telus, I’ve been with them for over 20 years. This latest fiasco with Telus email being down for 3 days was completely unacceptable and then to kiss and make up with a $10 discount is an insult. Find the missing e-transfers!! I’m going to Shaw

The excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

@TELUS I am absolutely disgusted as a long time customer. 3x now having to reschedule and be on hold for over an hour. How is that customer service???? 🤔 only to be told now that the rescheduled appointment 'may' go forward jesus

Just attempted a live chat with @TELUS and it went as well as can be expected so I'll be filing a complaint with the CRTC about Telus because nobody there gives a **** about customer service. What did TELUS do? Hire former @cibc staff?

@simpo659 Telus, Eastlink, Rogers, all use #Bell towers. Bell lies about coverage and Federal allow them to rip off Canadians every day. HOWEVER, Now that they have ADMITTED they will never service Rural Halifax, with 115 Million just given them in Pandemic and 1.6 billion for Internet

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Think about the reconnection fees they collect from people having problems during a pandemic. Telus, Enmax, Koodo, Rogers, Bell, they all know they provide an essential service that people will make impossible payment arrangements with to keep the service

@tkhereandthere @steeletalk @TELUS The problem with that feature is the number of gov & other employees working from home that use privacy settings for their numbers don’t come up on call display. I’m getting up to 4 spoofed number scam calls a day.

Let’s see how this goes. Why are no income and low income families not reviving free internet? The big 3 all received $100s of millions in wage subsidies. Yet still no access to internet for kids who may have to learn online!!! Let’s fix it. @RogersMobileCa @TELUS @BellMediaPR
