We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

@TELUSBusiness I’m done with Telus, I’ve been with them for over 20 years. This latest fiasco with Telus email being down for 3 days was completely unacceptable and then to kiss and make up with a $10 discount is an insult. Find the missing e-transfers!! I’m going to Shaw

@bcgeu @TELUS is a profitable company providing payroll services to the BC Government. Shameful that they are not prepared to treat their employees fairly!

Rogers customer for 7 years. Not once did they try to give me a better deal, waive a charge for data overage, or improve my service in any way. I'm not expecting better from Telus; but Rogers offering a better deal after I've left is a slam-dunk that they can suck eggs forever.

@RickKackis Are you on Telus or Shaw? I’m in Nw Calgary on Shaw with blue curve 300 and never had a problem. I just use the router with the modem.

@ultrahighoctane @dinnerwithjulie @TELUS I tried that a couple of years ago — also a very long-time Telus customer. They told me to go ahead and leave. So I did.

@Jennife60434825 @edmontonjournal @TELUS Sounds like poor planning on your part. You need the government to do everything for you?

That’s ok @RogersHelps, you’ll get your cancellation fee from me for a overpriced service that I couldn’t use because your coverage in #caledonia sucks but I’ll make sure everyone in Caledonia knows if they switch to @TELUS their data will actually work. Can’t say I’ll miss you.
