    We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

    @TELUSsupport A little late? We have been Telus customers for years. The problem has been rectified now. After being on hold on 3 sep occasions for more than an hour. Not great customer service unfortunately

    @TELUS I am absolutely disgusted as a long time customer. 3x now having to reschedule and be on hold for over an hour. How is that customer service???? 🤔 only to be told now that the rescheduled appointment 'may' go forward jesus

    The excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

    @bcgeu @TELUS is a profitable company providing payroll services to the BC Government. Shameful that they are not prepared to treat their employees fairly!

    @TELUSBusiness I’m done with Telus, I’ve been with them for over 20 years. This latest fiasco with Telus email being down for 3 days was completely unacceptable and then to kiss and make up with a $10 discount is an insult. Find the missing e-transfers!! I’m going to Shaw

    @Kromski1 @ShawInfo Our internet has gone wonky too, their solution is always 'fibre'. I refused them entry onto my property when they laid the cables, so nope! Copper has worked all these years, make it work, not playing these games... keep us posted if Shaw has any more integrity than Telus.

    @JennaNicholAT @Crackmacs I was going to recommend Shaw, but I see you’re looking to move away from them. In my neighbourhood (beltline), Shaw has been FAR superior to Telus. I once tried to get TekSavvy and it was a disaster too, so... I can’t be of much help. 😬

    @TELUS you are by far the most inconsistent provider for services... internet goes down every day, tv signal doesn't work.. Just the worst... from a 10yr customer .... the worst

    So I just bought a new iPhone and when I was copying my old one over it asked me to sign in with an email address I don’t know or have seen before. I bought the phone new from @TELUS , did they sell a refurbished phone as new?! @Apple
