  • Finnegan661 Finnegan66🍀 (@Finnegan661) reported from Sidney, British Columbia

@TELUSsupport A little late? We have been Telus customers for years. The problem has been rectified now. After being on hold on 3 sep occasions for more than an hour. Not great customer service unfortunately

  • Captnwilly Bill Perry (@Captnwilly) reported from Sidney, British Columbia

@TELUSsupport how do we get Telus technical support to call us at home?

  • Finnegan661 Finnegan66🍀 (@Finnegan661) reported from Sidney, British Columbia

@TELUS I am absolutely disgusted as a long time customer. 3x now having to reschedule and be on hold for over an hour. How is that customer service???? 🤔 only to be told now that the rescheduled appointment 'may' go forward jesus

  • mjeso michael eso (@mjeso) reported from Sidney, British Columbia

@bcgeu @TELUS is a profitable company providing payroll services to the BC Government. Shameful that they are not prepared to treat their employees fairly!

  • MetalBlonde Karina “Determined Synth Music Plays” Halle (@MetalBlonde) reported from Ganges, British Columbia

The excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

  • SailorsDavid David Martin (@SailorsDavid) reported from Pender Island, British Columbia

@TELUSBusiness I’m done with Telus, I’ve been with them for over 20 years. This latest fiasco with Telus email being down for 3 days was completely unacceptable and then to kiss and make up with a $10 discount is an insult. Find the missing e-transfers!! I’m going to Shaw

  • MetalBlonde Karina Halle (on hiatus) (@MetalBlonde) reported from Ganges, British Columbia

We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

  • scaryfish Andy Roberts (@scaryfish) reported

@TELUSsupport @jennrobertspei Side note: I can confirm that Jennifer is currently 10 out of 10 furious with the issues we've been encountering in trying to get internet set up at our new home and right now she would choose any internet company in the world over Telus.

  • Averyflash judy y smith (@Averyflash) reported

@MerlinofCanada @BCGovNews But if you were born before 1931 it would be different. The idea was they contracted Telus to run the call centre so ppl could book their own appointments. There are ppl who don’t have computers or computer savvy family to help. Blame Telus.

  • kmun ⛓ Kʀɪs ⛓ (@kmun) reported

The kicker is when I reached my 20gb on my unlimited data @TELUS tried to slow it down *even more* and literally nothing would open. Luckily, after multiple escalations they increased my unlimited plan to 50gb at no extra cost.

  • loneanimal Animal05 (@loneanimal) reported

@CJAY92 As for paying bills, start a bill book, every time a bill comes in write down the amount and when due, break it up into payday chunks so every two weeks! Bills due March 10 - 24 Telus phone, due on the 15th, $9,000 (like that) P.S. you’re an adult now!

  • anngibbon Ann Gibbon (@anngibbon) reported

Happy #InternationalWomensDay . Mine started at 7 with a Telus tech issue, followed by putting son's ***** dishes in dishwasher and cleaning the sink with an SOS pad till it shone like a diamond. #progress

  • mtnbvan #StopThePlanes ✈️ 😷 #COVIDZERO #StayTheFHome (@mtnbvan) reported

@strategyrick @judyrudin They subcontracted Telus which didn't help reportedly until 12 pm or later. Total FAIL by leaders & Telus.

  • davidkcollins David Collins (@davidkcollins) reported

@keithbaldrey Maybe if people actually followed the rules to allow those legitimately calling in to book their appointment? The bottleneck of calls surely didn't help so it's not all on Telus or the province.

  • 23isNice naw (@23isNice) reported

So I reset my wifi router cause it was acting up and now it’s barely starting back up. Don’t forget to mention that you’ll be unreliable in any emergency @TELUS

  • simplyjustdoryy Dory. (@simplyjustdoryy) reported

Excuse me @TELUS but why should an iMessage that gets sent as an SMS, perhaps because the recipients internet network is unavailable, make me suffer the charges of the text?

  • kmun ⛓ Kʀɪs ⛓ (@kmun) reported

Fast and reliable broadband Internet access is considered an essential service in Canada, yet these giants are still failing to provide adequate service in rural and remote areas while charging more for it at the same time. Yikes. @TELUS @TELUSsupport
