@TELUSsupport A little late? We have been Telus customers for years. The problem has been rectified now. After being on hold on 3 sep occasions for more than an hour. Not great customer service unfortunately

The excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

@therealjugni @TELUS I can tell you that I was able to fix the issue but no resolve with the original person. It's very sad but we are looking at other options now. We have been a telus customer for over 20 years #shameonyoutelus

@TELUSBusiness I’m done with Telus, I’ve been with them for over 20 years. This latest fiasco with Telus email being down for 3 days was completely unacceptable and then to kiss and make up with a $10 discount is an insult. Find the missing e-transfers!! I’m going to Shaw

We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

@JayIsPainting @TELUSsupport It's either a "bundle total" as it says (more than one service like phone or tv will give you permanent discounts), or a "monthly total". A rate protection plan (a 2-3 yr term) is always $10 more than a month to month with TELUS.

Telus:current message. The late shows are not available. They are at least scheduled but why this seeming breakdown so many times. Different problem every times. Some of us want to skip to Shaw. Maybe donate want to, but have to.

Getting this off my chest. Got a robocall from some UCP affordability minister. Problem is it was to my unlisted Telus cell. The Province & AHS doesn't have that number. Who does? Friends, CRA and Telus Health by accident. How did the #UCP get my unlisted number? #ableg
