Finnegan66🍀 (@Finnegan661) reported from Sidney, British Columbia@therealjugni @TELUS I can tell you that I was able to fix the issue but no resolve with the original person. It's very sad but we are looking at other options now. We have been a telus customer for over 20 years #shameonyoutelus

Karina “Determined Synth Music Plays” Halle (@MetalBlonde) reported from Ganges, British ColumbiaThe excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

David Martin (@SailorsDavid) reported from Pender Island, British Columbia@TELUSBusiness I’m done with Telus, I’ve been with them for over 20 years. This latest fiasco with Telus email being down for 3 days was completely unacceptable and then to kiss and make up with a $10 discount is an insult. Find the missing e-transfers!! I’m going to Shaw
-
Karina Halle (on hiatus) (@MetalBlonde) reported from Ganges, British ColumbiaWe’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

Nathan Best (@n8best) reported@TELUS how come every time I try and call client support, the wait time is over an hour with no opportunity to schedule a call back? I’ve tried calling in 3 different times and keep getting the same result. I don’t have that kind of time to wait on hold during the day.

Synthetic Animals (@moodyangela) reported@Eric0Lawton @gwensnyderPHL @NR_Lines And the worst is that the public spending used for privatization still counts as public spending Because it’s public money sent from the fed gov (which continues to be reduced per capita, minus in 2020), but prov govs use it to subsidize privatization BCNDP subsidizes Telus

@Jolzie (@Jolzie2) reportedStill trying to get internet in my home but Camrose Alberta sucks when it comes to getting internet because Shaw doesn’t service Camrose any more and all of Telus Hubs are full so it is impossible to get ADSL! David Burtus (@DBurtus22) reported@JustinTrudeau You do know there is star link plus the monopolies you permit for Telus/bell/Rogers/shaw who price fix and make billions in profits! So why must we invest tax $ in something that they can fix?
