@TELUSBusiness I’m done with Telus, I’ve been with them for over 20 years. This latest fiasco with Telus email being down for 3 days was completely unacceptable and then to kiss and make up with a $10 discount is an insult. Find the missing e-transfers!! I’m going to Shaw

@TELUS It has been a week since I took a new mobile connection with Telus. My inbound transfer porting request failed. I have been trying to connect to a customer care agent for the last 3 days just to get a status update. The wait is insane. Automated chat is of zero help!

@TELUSsupport @TELUS I've now been on hold for 1.5 hours waiting to tell you that my monthly bill is wrong. This is after I requested a callback, waited days, got called by a rep, and then hung up on. Terrible support.

@TELUS Why do I have to add a SECOND LINE to my existing account just to pay out a new phone? Little fella broke my phone today and I need a new phone. As Telus customer, it shouldn't cost me a fortune if all I want is a new second phone. 😐

@KashPrime @farid__jalali When workers are being exploited, their lives are neither longer, happier, or healthier. When we're fighting "center-left" governments eg. #BCNDP against giving corporations like Telus control of healthcare provision, outcomes will only deteriorate. Technocracy does not help.

@tmccull603 Ugh. Have you got "Call Control?" (I know that Telus mobile offers it but surely whoever gives you landline service has something comparable.) Telus offers it for free and once turned on the caller needs to listen and press a number to get through -- war dialers can't do that.

@TELUSsupport I've been controlling my Telus Security system via Google Assistant as long as I've had my system. All of a sudden it doesn't work, and the website only lists that it can be controlled with Siri or Alexa. Does it just not work with Google anymore?
