    @TELUSBusiness I’m done with Telus, I’ve been with them for over 20 years. This latest fiasco with Telus email being down for 3 days was completely unacceptable and then to kiss and make up with a $10 discount is an insult. Find the missing e-transfers!! I’m going to Shaw

    My internet is still down so I'm just gonna work on my 3D texturing and UV work for the rest of the night and call Telus again at 9am. I'm mad I couldn't actually do the 100 hours because my ISP dropped the ball, but it's okay tho, zen progress alone is still progress :)

    I’ve been looking at the TELUS plans as my contract is basically up. Looks like I’ll be paying more. Last time I renewed it went down but now it looks like the lowest plan is a flat $75. Add whatever phone I get and we’re all getting hosed on cell contract prices. 😑

    @TELUS why does my free tv take 2 weeks longer because of a pandemic. I can go down the street and buy one right now without issue. It’s almost 8 weeks. On top of that trying to navigate trying to change my theme packs and premium service is brutal

    Hell is trying to get someone at TELUS to send someone from repair to fix the hail-shattered service enclosure on the side of our house. Yeeted into the queue for a second time for ANOTHER hour-long wait. This is why I'm not a customer. @TELUSsupport

    hour #2 waiting for support from @TELUS to PAY MY BILL. Site is down, routing through 2 support people who forwarded me, won't take my cc online when it was up, no live chat, no email, no call back. I'm losing it.
