We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

@TELUSBusiness I’m done with Telus, I’ve been with them for over 20 years. This latest fiasco with Telus email being down for 3 days was completely unacceptable and then to kiss and make up with a $10 discount is an insult. Find the missing e-transfers!! I’m going to Shaw

The excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

@TELUS I am absolutely disgusted as a long time customer. 3x now having to reschedule and be on hold for over an hour. How is that customer service???? 🤔 only to be told now that the rescheduled appointment 'may' go forward jesus

Asked to be put on @TELUS do not call list three times. Nope, their farmed out sales team keeps calling. Half the time they hang up when they're asked to hold while I'm fetched. I'm about ready to start blowing a soccer whistle in their ears. #SpamCallers #DoNotCall FFS

@TELUS I am unable to use my apps or text messages on my Samsung s10. I have unlimited data plan but my apps say I'm offline or unable to connect. My text messages keep failing to send. Even on wifi. Is there some sort of connection issue.? I have tried everything.

@_LaineyBoggs_ The problem is, technically, parents have to sign the consent or be there in person to consent. At least that’s how many vaccinators were treating the rules at the Telus vaccination site. They should be assessing kids as mature minors, but the guidance says they aren’t.

@TELUSsupport Now it doesn't seem to be a Telus problem, it's a OnePlus's. Seems to be related to an update that doesn't let me modify the APN settings. Spoke to Telus support and they helped me out.

Reached out to @telus today to see about a new plan and the “best” deal they could give me for bringing my own phone and being a customer for 10+ years was $80/month for 15gb. I don’t need 15gb so would expect to pay less but nope $80 was the best they could do! #timetoswitch

Heat. Second heatwave here (Vic) not as bad (Yet) as the last one. New @TELUS router out of sun on a table - a fan blowing on it! Speeds now down to 6mbs (was 89mbs). Old house, no air - probably cook dinner on my desk let alone router or laptop!!!! Drinking heavily(er) now.
