@TELUSBusiness I’m done with Telus, I’ve been with them for over 20 years. This latest fiasco with Telus email being down for 3 days was completely unacceptable and then to kiss and make up with a $10 discount is an insult. Find the missing e-transfers!! I’m going to Shaw

@therealjugni @TELUS I can tell you that I was able to fix the issue but no resolve with the original person. It's very sad but we are looking at other options now. We have been a telus customer for over 20 years #shameonyoutelus

@TELUS I am absolutely disgusted as a long time customer. 3x now having to reschedule and be on hold for over an hour. How is that customer service???? 🤔 only to be told now that the rescheduled appointment 'may' go forward jesus

  • MetalBlonde
Karina “Determined Synth Music Plays” Halle (@MetalBlonde) reported from Ganges, British Columbia

The excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

  • MetalBlonde
Karina Halle (on hiatus) (@MetalBlonde) reported from Ganges, British Columbia

We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

  • mjeso
michael eso (@mjeso) reported from Sidney, British Columbia

@bcgeu @TELUS is a profitable company providing payroll services to the BC Government. Shameful that they are not prepared to treat their employees fairly!

  • Captnwilly
Bill Perry (@Captnwilly) reported from Sidney, British Columbia

@TELUSsupport how do we get Telus technical support to call us at home?

  • Finnegan661
Finnegan66🍀 (@Finnegan661) reported from Sidney, British Columbia

@TELUSsupport A little late? We have been Telus customers for years. The problem has been rectified now. After being on hold on 3 sep occasions for more than an hour. Not great customer service unfortunately

@TELUSsupport @TELUS how long does a customer need to wait on line for the next available team member? I think an hour is way too long! Do better

  • jnbella
    Jan 🇨🇦🇺🇦💙🧡 (@jnbella) reported

@Social_Moi @TELUS I have internet 75 and with promotion I pay 65 a month. My contract ends next year but I’ll shopping around before it ends. You literally have to threaten to cancel services to even get a decent discount or price. We are so limited to our options which sucks.

  • ImNirmalnanda
    Nirmal Nanda (@ImNirmalnanda) reported

@DzynrRon Does TELUS provide good internet service? I'm considering switching because Rogers has not been providing good customer service?

  • Johnscn1
    Carl Johnson (@Johnscn1) reported

@jodyvance @TELUSsupport @TELUS I was having troubles for months last year. Finally a technician said he needed to send it to another department. No trouble since…..they are not all created equal.

@jjohn352 @koodo @TELUSsupport They us AI now to cover for Indian speaking customers service reps so you can understand them. Telus quality sucks

@FemiOla63 @OurFavOnlineDoc Please check my status for remote job site. APPEN, and Clickworker is like bamboo dey work monkey dey chop. Very poor pay, Telus is for surveys that pays cents, Divert/Upwork are buyer seller platform where you have the Liberty to sell your skills,.. if you are looking for a remote apply to remote websites or sell your skills on Fiverr, Upwork or Freelancer.

I’ve always been a Telus Customer. Never had a delay in service.

  • CurlyZebra77
    CurlyZebra (@CurlyZebra77) reported

@ravinispunk @TELUS Thank you for your help. I’ll have to check into this program, to see if it’s a decent speed and unlimited..since we have three disabled folks in the house and when you’re disabled you spend a lot of time at home using internet 😩

  • CrudeBoi67420
    CrudeBoi (@CrudeBoi67420) reported

@bilal_akh @rory_mg Loll i do not use them due my jobs requiring constant travel out of city limits. Doesn’t matter tho, it’s still a crap service for working out of cities. Telus has crap coverage also, reason why freedom coverage suffers. Yes it may be cheap but quality is quite low. Quality over quantity imo Rogers/Bell/Fido are superior services in Canada.

  • Toluxkelv

@Hybrid_Ola Some of these contents creators are stupid. They cast these remote jobs updates for clicks and likes and it's really sad. They did Appen, did Telus and others now outlier too.
