@TELUSsupport vraiment contrarié!!! Mon service Telus a été interrompu mardi le 5 mars fil coupé. J’ai contacté telus un tech est passé mercredi et me dit qu’il ne peut rien faire. Je doit attendre l’équipe nacelle! Telus ne peut même pas me dire quand il viendront ! Wow!!!

@TELUS Hey, when is fiber getting installed in Thorncliffe? Pretty tired of my low quality internet service. Affects my tv as well as wifi. Also, your tech removed any possibility of switching providers by illegally cutting lines for Shaw. Fiber is needed asap. Hop to it.

@TELUS call center from India calls me to sell me some promotional material and when I say “I’m not interested”, put me on a “Do not call list” he proceeds with… “Don’t waste my time!” Great customer service @TELUS

@Bell_Support Tried 1hr on chat for best deal adding a phone line to shared plan or prepay for daughter. Passed around 5 people. Not one peson could help. Spoke to Telus, had options in 10mins. That and #LisaLaFlamme gate makes me want to take business elsewhere....not good.

Hi its the streamer who never streams lately but so much going on in IRL. I quit my job at the sport plex when my dad had his stroke but started working back in concrete. My telus hub is down till i start getting paid. If I stream I will most likely be mobile games.

@RickShone Had a guy pose as "Telus Security" with a laminated pamphlet come and scout out a hand-me-down schwinn hydra I hadn't even gotten ride yet. I even turned the dude away immediately. :| Found the lock 15 feet away snipped the next day after I went out for 40 minutes.

@TELUS what does it take to actually get through and talk to someone???? There always seems to be plenty of folks available to sell me services I have no interest in but as soon as I need support, poof, no one to talk to!

I was with @TELUS before switching. They may not have that great of coverage. But at least I not had issue connecting & hot spotting for hrs. Hell I was able to play a online game & still not exceed my data usage.

Hey @telus @TELUSsupport, why am I having to speak with support agents in Guatemala about my less than optimal cellphone and wireless internet service from a Canadian company I support as both a customer and share holder for over 30 years?
