    @TELUSsupport vraiment contrarié!!! Mon service Telus a été interrompu mardi le 5 mars fil coupé. J’ai contacté telus un tech est passé mercredi et me dit qu’il ne peut rien faire. Je doit attendre l’équipe nacelle! Telus ne peut même pas me dire quand il viendront ! Wow!!!

    @TekSavvyCSR Telus came in to hook up my internet today and I still have no connection. The network is available but nothing loads. The admin page (192.168.1.1) says “internet is offline”. I have reset the router and contacted Telus, they said it’s on your end. Please help!

    @MistoRivera @manadajo2 @jkenney I bought a house in Victoria & gave it a try. My 90 yr old mum with mild dementia lives with us & she needed a GP. She had heart problems & Telus Babylon Health was only good for minor problems & the medicentres had line ups out to the street. #FactsMatter

    @PeterVogel @TELUSsupport @TELUS It should be a darn easy fix. Heck, I had better coverage there on Freedom Mobile and Fido. They just need to install some femtocells or amplifiers in the area and it should be a relatively easy fix. I’m dumbfounded by their lack of action.

    What the hell is going on with @TELUS email that's been a nightmare since switching to Google as email server. No email has come through in 5 hours now. Even a test email I sent. For a telecommunications company - Telus sucks when it comes to prompt, uninterrupted service.

    Do not be stupid like me and stay with @TELUS @TELUSsupport for 14 years out of some. Misguided sense of customer loyalty. They don't care and they definitely proved that today. Also the Telus store @ShopSTC avoid it unless you to be spoken to passive aggressively.

    I'm due for a cell phone and I'm with Koodo. I noticed on their site they say their network is on LTE or 4G and if you wanted to be on a 5G network to go with Telus. Google search said they'll be on 5G network. Why is there a difference (same with Fido/Virgin vs Rogers/Bell)

    @RodFrank12 Thanks! We got a Telus tower put up behind our house. Unfortunately their highest pkg would only cover about half of the internet we use. Will there be any talk about packages? Or just the installation of towers? RN we are with a co that gives crap service just for pkg size.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS I get so many calls that come up as Telus. Some are so convincing and have my name and address and call about promotions ect and I hang up on them all cause I think they’re all scams cause I get obvious ones so often lol how do I know if it’s legit??
