    @TELUSsupport vraiment contrarié!!! Mon service Telus a été interrompu mardi le 5 mars fil coupé. J’ai contacté telus un tech est passé mercredi et me dit qu’il ne peut rien faire. Je doit attendre l’équipe nacelle! Telus ne peut même pas me dire quand il viendront ! Wow!!!

    @SCUBADubois @TELUS @TELUSsupport That’s weird. We had that issue with Shaw, the wifi was running on the same bandwidth as our Bluetooth stereo system for our TV, shaws router didn’t have the ability to switch the channel it ran on so it was one or the other. Eventually we switched and have no issues since.

    So annoying when you are offered a promotional rate, yet the company messes up the billing (which I sadly expected) and you have to repeatedly spend hours on the phone, trying to get the problem fixed. Looking at you, @telus. #Frustrating #TimeWasted 🇨🇦

    @altleft_eastend @MrWickDoe @alexposadzki If you're only counting infrastructure. It's the number of companies competing that is the issue. Moreover, if this deal is approved the likelihood that Bell and Telus merge increases. Less competition = poorer service, higher rates, and greater odds of catastrophic outages.

    @mediamorphis @CompBureau Maybe irrelevant, but thought I'd mention it. Recently Telus went to court and won to be able to charge CC fees to consumers if you use that to pay your bill. Funny how all our bills went down by switching to pay thru the bank... Not. As I'm sure that was built into the cost.

    @SCUBADubois @TELUS I have like 6 devices running on the wifi at most times. Rarely have I had any sort of drop off of signal

    @TELUSsupport Terrible issues with texting for almost two weeks now. I didn’t know that so many people they have the same problem! I can’t receive or send text, with Telus network, if I’m not with wifi coverage!

    @jrfan1980 @siomoCTV Unfortunately for us, Walmart and Sobeys will raise prices to match them. See Bell, Telus and Rogers always shafting the customer.
