    @TELUSsupport vraiment contrarié!!! Mon service Telus a été interrompu mardi le 5 mars fil coupé. J’ai contacté telus un tech est passé mercredi et me dit qu’il ne peut rien faire. Je doit attendre l’équipe nacelle! Telus ne peut même pas me dire quand il viendront ! Wow!!!

    @gregobr @CarttCa Or, put differently, he doesn’t know what he is talking about on telecom and no one in his campaign has spent 30 minutes researching the topic. Btw I totally support removing the remaining restrictions and letting foreign companies buy Bell, TELUS and Rogers.

    @TELUSsupport Hi Telus Support. I am at a loss as to how to resolve my issue with signal dropping. It began with just my desktop. I spoke with the tech as you suggested and he rebooted the router and separated the 2.4 and 5gig signals. No change & now it is with my laptop.

    @TELUSsupport I sent this out in June, no reply, maybe you know more...Recently switched to @TELUS for TV and internet. Internet has been much more reliable and stable than shaw. The tv experience though is painfully bad in comparison. Any hardware or UI updates coming out soon?

    @PeterVogel New scams all the time. I have Call Control on the phone (Telus), Robo calls are almost down to zero.

    @TELUSsupport Wtf is going on at @TELUS right now!?!? Can barely get a signal on my phone, my hub is absolutely useless with speeds that would be considered obsolete 15 years ago and took me ten mins just to send this tweet.

    TELUS At it again. Check your billings. If you are a smart-phone home security customer of TELUS check your bills throughly. Telus jacked up my bill by $16.50 a month for no reasons. Then to cover up blamed it on their system. Check your bill! Check.. check.

    @RogersHelps The pandemic has impacted customers yes, and poor customer service has made it worse. Why is it companies like @TELUS can provide disabled and low income families with subsidized plans and I wasn’t given any option?

    Was “abrupt” (as @brennacgray puts it) with a Door-to-door Telus salesman and now am going to feel awful about it all evening. 😬
