  @TELUSsupport vraiment contrarié!!! Mon service Telus a été interrompu mardi le 5 mars fil coupé. J’ai contacté telus un tech est passé mercredi et me dit qu’il ne peut rien faire. Je doit attendre l’équipe nacelle! Telus ne peut même pas me dire quand il viendront ! Wow!!!

  @jodyvance @TELUS We had visitors from the US to our home last week and we were talking about how our choices for service are minimal. Telus subscribers for almost 40 years for telephone and many years for TV and now Optic. Such poor communication.

  We had a power failure whole a customer with Wisp. I tried to get things fixed through Koodo then Telus & my account got switched ... it was sabotaged & the provider actually took my account ... yes, bad things did happen. Somebody refused to hand it back not once ... a few times

  @GMatwiv I'm old enough to remember being tracked without consenting to it by TELUS. It won't do crap. Everyone is bought n paid for. This has been set up fkr decades.

  @dewolfe001 @TELUS @telusmobility Crazy, I recently had the same experience! Cancelled business lines last August, kept billing me, totalling over $3500. Had to fight for a month to get it back. Also told me I owed $900 for my iPhone still, it was half that. Terrible company. Switched to Rogers, half the price, better service.

  @ChemicalHolly @Rogers In my experience dealing with Shaw was far superior than Telus. Now having to deal with Rogers for an issue it was hell. Gaslighting, trouble understanding and speaking English. Escalation leading nowhere. This take over did them no favours in my opinion.

  @SyncMercy Putting any business there would generate the same amount of tax revenue. Federal investment building something for a private corporation to profit off of doesn't help taxpayers. Telus leading this project should concern you more than it encourages you.
