J’ai contacté telus un tech est passé mercredi et me dit qu’il ne peut rien faire. Je doit attendre l’équipe nacelle! Telus ne peut même pas me dire quand il viendront ! Wow!!!

Loyalty department calls me and leaves the General TELUS line as the callback number...I call in and the reps say the loyalty department is closed. So how could they have called me and left a message to call back then?

Michael Tighe (@miketighe) reported from Calgary, AlbertaI’ve had nothing but problems from Shaw Mobile. I wouldn’t reply on it to call 911 if I was in danger. So buying out my phone and switching to a Telus Business plan… mixed feelings as I’ve always been a big fan and supporter of Shaw.
