  @TELUSsupport vraiment contrarié!!! Mon service Telus a été interrompu mardi le 5 mars fil coupé. J’ai contacté telus un tech est passé mercredi et me dit qu’il ne peut rien faire. Je doit attendre l’équipe nacelle! Telus ne peut même pas me dire quand il viendront ! Wow!!!

  @TELUS Yes, finally. It was very frustrating & felt like an invasion of privacy to answer all the questions + agent transfers simply to cancel an account that was at the end of its term. Every other utility allows you to do this online & it saves a lot of time, why not Telus?

  @TELUS @mmabrey1 We finally checked with our neighbours, whose TELUS service is working perfectly. When we brought this up to your team on our latest call—which we have now been stuck on for over an hour—the story suddenly changed. Now we’re being told there hasn't been a disruption in our area.

  @TELUS I had to switch one already after they went in store to get new sim. Try to help but it’s just another dead zone in southern Ontario. I have others that drop or silence for 10 seconds in same spots while they driving. It’s useless. 20yrs and worst reception.

  @TELUS Waiting for the phones in on business plan to run out. Only 3 more left to go then send them back and switch. Never had so many dropped calls or just no service at all. 5g+ and no internet error or dropped calls and dead zones in southern Ontario is crazy.
