    @TELUSsupport vraiment contrarié!!! Mon service Telus a été interrompu mardi le 5 mars fil coupé. J’ai contacté telus un tech est passé mercredi et me dit qu’il ne peut rien faire. Je doit attendre l’équipe nacelle! Telus ne peut même pas me dire quand il viendront ! Wow!!!

    @570NEWS @RegionWaterloo I wonder if this would also include ported numbers from Telus to Rogers?? My wife ported her @telus number to Rogers and did not receive her vaccine appointment text. We would never know if she had not called.

    @kboyd05 Good luck. Took 1.5 hrs to deal with @TELUS yesterday to deal with an over billing issue. On any given day, Telus is possibly the worst company in Canada to deal with. Bureaucratic, unresponsive, inept, and that’s just the start.

    @Drofmab 3 days after porting: receive a phone call about how they want you back. But they didn't give a damn in the entire other time? If @Telus comes out with better promo plans soon, I'll switch. Or if MVNOs were allowed...

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport @ADT The MyADT self-serve portal is so embarrassingly bad. This site is a disservice to your customers. Not to mention it is EXTREMELY insecure. How awful for a Security company to have this **** show masquerading as Customer Service. #fixit

    @ryanbolin I think the leisure air travel is to finance the underserved routes. No private company would serve those routes without regs. And I have the same story of a cell phone not working on Bell networks because it was a Telus phone. That's just old tech incompatibility.

    KOODO!! I’m trying to Call my family in St Vincent as they are dealing with a VOLCANO🌋Erupting. And all I’m getting is “this number and all numbers in this area have been blocked for security reasons please reach out to Telus or your service provider”. And it take 24h to unblock
