We really need a "Let's talk about our shit expensive telecom cartel." day. Maybe Rogers, Telus and Bell could all donate five cent per tweet toward rolling proper internet speed outside big urban area. All we need is a catchy # #TrustBustTheCartel #RoBeLusLetsTalk #BellLetsTalk

  • MsBrendaColvin 0 (@MsBrendaColvin) reported from Québec, Québec

I never wanted to go against the United States, or anyone. @TELUS I am being asked to tell Quebec, the truth. America has instilled everything in me that made me who I am today, no matter what their decisions were. Do I think that they would be destroyed. I think all should.

  • dystoman Eric C. Busque (@dystoman) reported from Lévis, Québec

In a mind-boggling 180° turn, the CRTC just rejected its own 2019 decision on the wholesale rates that smaller providers pay to access Internet services from incumbent service providers like Bell, Telus and Rogers.

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

If no one says anything, in the future no one will know of the fuckery that has gone on with this file by the CRTC itself. I hope Bell or Telus add a procedural request documenting everything so history shows what has gone down.

  • SerithVoss Serith (@SerithVoss) reported

How hard is it to get static IP's, @TELUS @TELUSsupport? My first order was cancelled and now I've been on the phone with a guy for 30 minutes in silence only broken by his rooster as he tries to figure out if.

  • 9mobilengCare 9MobileNGCare (@9mobilengCare) reported

@Parkerpinky1 Please note that the network operators that we partner with over there are as follows; Orange, Bell Mobility, Fido-Rogers, Telus Mobility, Video tron and WIND Mobility.

  • BCBoisvert Brian (@BCBoisvert) reported

Pissed @TELUS and have Telus has one shot to keep me before I cancel everything (Home Phone, Security, TV and Internet) so some one from Customer Retention better reach out to me ASAP. Tomorrow afternoon I start moving everything.

  • Glen_Allan_ Mr. Glen A. (@Glen_Allan_) reported

Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport why don't you take a lesson from Shaw and copy their wifi hotspot setup. When I was a shaw customer I registered my devices on their website and they'd connect whenever was in range of one. None of this registering every time for 10 minutes run-around

  • GloryusFailure Charlie (NEW SONG OUT NOW) Weber (@GloryusFailure) reported

**** telus, anyone have a decent phone plan for under $50

  • GiaAnnJohns Gia Ann🇨🇦 (@GiaAnnJohns) reported

@TELUSsupport No, I have to phone them back and it takes hours of my time, and I don’t have the time right now. A simple email would be nice so they could solve it without wasting my time. The Chat box is the worst thing Telus has come up with yet.

  • DeJurisprudence Jurisprudence De'Medici (@DeJurisprudence) reported

@SpaceX CRTC is making land based providers drop the rates some cases free service. U can get in for about 800 2yr for Telus Shaw Primus starlink will cost you around 4000 ...that's a lot of extra groceries or fuel or utilities or vacation with your family

  • kirbiebaxter Kirbie Lizzie (@kirbiebaxter) reported

Did you see this @telus? You may have a seriously bat **** ******* crazy person working for you. Just saying.

  • chantalireland Chantal Ireland (@chantalireland) reported

@1loriking @TELUSsupport Amazing. Great job responding to praise but not request from 13 year customer. I have starlink and used it sailing to Alaska, our Telus phones worked better in actual middle of remote channels than they do in our capital city.
