    @ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport they did this years ago. The only company that stopped this was Rogers back in early 2018. I believe it was then, they had so many complaints about overseas, when Guy Lawrence took over he made all these jobs come back to Canada. Bell Media and Telus have always had overseas support. That's why I never dealt with them.

    @Malor77 @DanMazierMP Telus and Health Canada, both answered all the questions and the CEO of PrescribeIT didn’t have the information on hand but will hand in all the documents and information. The PBO was on a 6 month contract and his term ended. Trudeau was never a drama teacher.

    @flyin_oryan @Sportsnet @TELUS My mom is 5 mins away and has fibre - no issues. I’m still on copper because my condo board refuses to put in fibre and all I have are issues

    @TELUSsupport Nothing but trouble with Telus. Internet going out constantly for days. Getting technical support from a real human is impossible. Its stupid AI does not listen.

    @ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport You wanna pay low mobile rates, talk to the people in India, if not we have the Canadian Cusotmer Service line, but that cost $15 more a month. Your choice.

    @SerenaCMah @WestJet They can't even price q plane ticket ask them questions about pricing and they won't know what to say, Telus has trainers and quality agents who have never touched a plane 😢, while Canada has staff with several years of exp who do not rely on scripts

    @ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport I never answer calls from Telus. I know it'll be some foreigner so I won't understand a word they say. If I call them & get a foreigner I ask for a supervisor. Supervisors speak proper English. I think when you ask for a supervisor it gets transferred back to someone in Canada.
