It is so bad, our provincial government funded an investigation and report. Result? We need more cell towers. Will the communication companies put up the needed towers? No. Yet they keep pestering us to buy new services. Why would we do that without the towers we need for support?

They also provide the ~worst telecom service in the entire developed world at the most expensive rates. So yeah, I expect it to be done similarly poorly

Concerned Canadian (@vancouverbc2025) reported@TELUSsupport I have to keep rebooting my Telus TV box; it just shows a green circle. I have to unplug the box, wait for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. This happens 3-4 times a week. Help!

jodi birdsall (@jay_elbee) reported@jodyvance @TELUS My good friends quit trying with Telus and switched to Shaw/rogers, they are much happier with the service now and it’s apparently cheaper. They pay less than I do, a long time Shaw customer. For 2 yrs you’ll get a better deal.
