    @RogersBiz spoke with 8 people today in less than 2 hours. Transferred from one person to the next trying to give you the opportunity to keep my business with you. FAIL. Telus is looking better and better. Might very well be the end of a 20 year relationship.

    I’m paying for a service from @Shawhelp that I’m not receiving. I call. You are unable to fix. I ask for a credit for the 36 days of non-service and I’m offered 14 days. Why would you continue to charge me for a service I’m not receiving? @TELUS I’d like to switch.

    @AdamPOlsen @bcndp My husband is 1 of the M without a Primary Care Physician & I soon will be. Both of us have health issues & want to know how to navigate the Healthcare system without one. Telus Health is not going to work for us & we're darn sure it won't work for many others. Dix doesn't care.

    Anyone using the Telus health service to replace your doctor who retired/left? I’m phone phobic & my doctor is closing her practice. I need to hear some reassurance that this is viable for folks who have communication issues.
