    Telus responded. I got a call from a tech within 2 hours. He has set up an appt with a service person to come tomorrow morning. He says my modem is a couple Generations old. Fingers crossed this fixes the problem. Thank you Joe from Telus Power of internet.

    @RogersHelps @rogers: 15 hours with no internet, using my @telus phone as a hotspot. At 8 am, you said it'd take 4 hours to fix. Then 4-6 hours. Then the Rogers outage page kept extending the resolution time by an hour. Now an agent told me 24 hours. WTF? Unacceptable.

    @TELUSsupport I returned my telus equipment at Canada post a few minutes back after cancelling my internet service. I was told that it may take upto several weeks as they have heavy backlog at Canada post. Pls. Share the Cust.service email to share the Canada post receipt.

    @Ayan604 That is completely unacceptable, and I am sorry you had that experience Andy. This sounds like a spammer or scammer spoofing our caller ID to pretend to be TELUS.     @MeaghieC Pharmacists can do emergency refills in BC. Hopefully you will have some luck with Telus or another telehealth provider. Or show up at an urgent care clinic. Not sure where you live, but the one in Chemainus BC is really good.
