    @VincentDynamo You can utilize the online team member chat service via your parents TELUS app. If the agent is not able to perform the transfer from post paid to pre paid via the online chat they will arrange for a team member to call you directly.

    So i paid my telus bill just now by phone. When the computer asked “Is there anything else I can do for you today?” I said you could rub my feet. “I understand you want to look into upgrading your service plan.” WTAF? If you don’t understand my answer, say so. Don’t freak me out.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS I have the proof that you are the problem. I will be sending a copy to the ombudsman to prove you lie and are committing #Fraud by charging me for a service I am not getting. Recorded call. Legally can be used in court. He knew I was recording the call

    @TELUSsupport the time on my phone is 4 hours ahead. Timezone setting restricted by carrier. Check refit r/telus multiple people are complaining about this issue. I am in Toronto.
