I never wanted to go against the United States, or anyone. @TELUS I am being asked to tell Quebec, the truth. America has instilled everything in me that made me who I am today, no matter what their decisions were. Do I think that they would be destroyed. I think all should.

  • dystoman Eric C. Busque (@dystoman) reported from Lévis, Québec

In a mind-boggling 180° turn, the CRTC just rejected its own 2019 decision on the wholesale rates that smaller providers pay to access Internet services from incumbent service providers like Bell, Telus and Rogers.

  • madhi19 John G (@madhi19) reported from Québec, Québec

We really need a "Let's talk about our shit expensive telecom cartel." day. Maybe Rogers, Telus and Bell could all donate five cent per tweet toward rolling proper internet speed outside big urban area. All we need is a catchy # #TrustBustTheCartel #RoBeLusLetsTalk #BellLetsTalk

@TELUS @jessi_moorhouse @tamarataggart Maybe we can get money advice on how not to get scammed by telecoms. SP Two is one to look out for on your bill. Telus likes to force garbage like that to be “available” whether we want it or not. Thanks Telus. You are so… swell. 😒

  • PaulDoroshenko Prairie Paul (@PaulDoroshenko) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

I’m trying to contact @Telus business. Their website has no contact number. Took me 10 minutes and I found it on another site. I will do everything possible not to deal with @telus or Shaw. Imagine if you had a service interruption? Can’t call them? Ridiculous.

  • SilveryCurls Sherida Charles (@SilveryCurls) reported

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS We have opposite problem. Telus call our landline multiple times per week with offers of service changes or upgrades. So annoying.

  • Rki009 richard kinar (@Rki009) reported

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS I have a love hate relationship with Telus … I cancelled my home services with them because of poor service and kept my cell account.

  • InternetLimited Ai Communications (@InternetLimited) reported

The Big 5 Canadian Internet Service Providers (ISPs) (Bell, Rogers, Telus, Shaw, and Quebecor (Videotron)) receive 73.3% of the market’s revenues and charge higher prices due to a lack of competition. #Competition #internet

  • willfalk Will Falk (@willfalk) reported

@NWOntDoctor Yep. One example would be that Telus bought Medisys. Also, there are groups that are actively reattaching “orphan” patients. So you go to the virtual service and then they attach you when availability opens up. So many models!!

  • Lancebiggerstaf Lance Bigger Staff (@Lancebiggerstaf) reported

@TELUS Telus is great looking after those who can't afford stuff good on them. But looking after those who pay bills and get ****** service. @TELUS

  • RexProfessor “Professor” Rex🇨🇦 TreeMax (@RexProfessor) reported

@SableyeVGC **** Rogers, **** Bell, **** Telus I hate paying over $100/month to have internet that consistently fails to provide the service I’m paying for. I’m extra tired of waiting on hold for an hour just to be told “well the service seems fine now” like internet dying isn’t an issue

  • Heyheydownthes1 Hey, hey, down the street (@Heyheydownthes1) reported

@TELUS Your prescription service is complete ****! Using Canada Post, knowing full well they never actually door deliver is ridiculous. I waited 5 days for the postcard in the mail telling me to go pick my scrips up- while I was suffering a pain flare because they weren’t delivered.

  • dgct2 DG ❤️🇨🇦🌻 (@dgct2) reported

Just had a @Telus rep try to poach our internet service. Not even on a bad day in hell would I choose that company again.
