    @KenOhrn @Khelsilem This is the answer. I tech support lots of people. I haven’t had many complain about switching to Shaw. But I’ve had many complain about Telus. Shaw for speed and reliability. Telus for pure speed. But it’s really probably a wash. I’m on Shaw and can’t see a reason to change.

    @ENMAX Will DM you - but yes, I was able to speak with Cara, a terrific customer service rep. Telus is available to repair the line tomorrow morning. I'll share more in a DM. Thank you for pinging back. I thought Twitter might work faster than the phone and it did. :-)

    Man oh man. Yet another day that @Bell (who’s services I sell) gave me every reason in the world to keep my personal services with @Rogers or @TELUS. 5 calls over 4 hours amd two accounts, and 0 resolution because of “system limitations”

    Stuck in a @Shawhelp & @Telus she said he said **** show. One of them screwed up, just want the phone to work & after 3-4hrs on the phone with Shaw. Don't know what to believe, heard 3 different stories. Shut the cell off not in the mode for anymore BS tonight.

    . @TELUS @TELUSsupport honestly the worst service and customer support I’ve ever experienced. Multiple times now have promised to follow up and then nothing. I’m not one to go public about this kind of thing but this has been such a joke. Awful is an understatement

    Who would’ve thought simply moving internet service to a new address would take 4 hours of talking 6 different agents, losing my internet, misplace my account, and being bounced around like a ball from department to department. @TELUS @TELUSsupport @TELUSBusiness

    @Khelsilem Tech is very similar; not much to choose between them. Customer service: Shaw can be poor; Telus can be awful. They can be played off against each other for serious discounts at renewal time. I'm long-term Shaw and have few complaints.

    @GlobalCalgary Telus can be total intransigent asshats. It does not surprise me that another person has had a serious problem with that company. Their employees must be trained to say '**** you' in seven different ways. Telus is, bar none, the worst company to deal with when they **** up.

    @SaraKlapstein @TELUS They’ve definitely gone down hill over the last few years. Sadly, you need to get your own router for reliable Wi-Fi. The equipment they use is terrible. That said, their fibre internet is pretty slick!
