We really need a "Let's talk about our shit expensive telecom cartel." day. Maybe Rogers, Telus and Bell could all donate five cent per tweet toward rolling proper internet speed outside big urban area. All we need is a catchy # #TrustBustTheCartel #RoBeLusLetsTalk #BellLetsTalk

@BRENTHOR check the upload speeds on the plan? If it's anything like TekSavvy, which I tried here in BC, they'll have the same DL bandwidth, but sneakily give you 1/10th the upload and probably a cheaper modem, worse tech support, etc I ended up going back to Telus after my experience

@telus can not be trusted. Sent a technician unannounced and without consent to my property in Vancouver and disconnected my Shaw service. We’ve had a technician from both Shaw and Telus in since then and still no internet 4 days later. @TELUSsupport

Telus: robot takes private info, transfers you to a person, who is rude, Carlos loyalty, who asks all the private info, then transfers me to another person, who asks all the same info. Telus is rude and useless!!!

@vantiva you and @TELUSsupport need to work together to fix the new Telus digital box. Hardware is great, but software is full of bugs. I think the biggest one of all of them is that the sound output is very low, making the user have to crank up TV volume. Telus has already

WHY IS MY @TELUS INTERNET CONSTANTLY UNRELIABLE!? Wether it's on data or my home internet, constantly an issue. Between the 2 bills I'm almost paying 200$. This is ridiculous.
