@kim_siever Actually the LG appliance repairman said that it is doubtful we will get 10 years out of this new dishwasher. Similarly, the Telus technican who recently had to visit us, said to try to keep our current 15 year old TV as the new thin , flat screens have poor longevity.

Wow - Telus Home Security call takes an hour or more just to talk with someone to troubleshoot an issue… been waiting and still nobody has answered. @TELUSsupport how can you justify this?

@TELUSsupport @TELUS I was@told by your loyalty department that I won’t be charged for a tech visit but they still end up charging me $150 and no one answers the call. Ridiculous service. It was a faulty modem and I am paying
