@TELUSsupport It'd be great if @Telus would increase the max speed of smarthubs to 50 Mbps. I know it's possible as we've done it on tech support calls, but only temporarily. Now with competition offering 50-100 Mbps.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I’m a little puzzled about one other thing. I’m supposed to be signing up for a certain internet speed for a certain price. The earlier support person confirmed I would be paying the price for the 25 mb speed. Why would he do that if I can only get 2.5 mb speed in my condo?

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I cannot believe that I pay $100's a mth for yr service & its down ( yet again ) & NO customer support is available because your closed. Pathetic Wish I stayed with Shaw & will explore every avenue to get out of this contract. Awful service 😢

@Questrade @harmless_exe Can you provide details regarding why it is only happening to Telus customer?. Over 70 percent of internet user in BC are Telus customers. So it is a big deal and you should prioritize fixing this ASAP.

Two weeks ago my DVR did not record AEW at all. Just sat down to watch last week’s episode and while it’s on my DVR the entire recording is black with no audio. @TELUS or @TSN_Sports is messing something up.
