Wow. I’ve been a customer for YEARS and have 4 lines with @TELUS. They charged me a $50 “activation fee” for me moving my SIM card from my old phone to my new phone. Spoke to customer service and they said it’s a “mandatory charge”. 🙄

@TELUS you PIK tv service is terrible. I’m blocked from watching because “I have too many streams.” Nothing else even has this login, let alone running the app. There is literally no fix I can do on my end, outside waiting and hoping it works in an hour. FIX YOUR TERRIBLE APP
