@TELUSsupport @TELUSsupport The website states Koodo and Telus both have them in stock. The Koodo booth was able to sell me one the next day. The Telus store employees didn't even bother to check. That's either poor training, or shows that Telus doesn't care about their prepaid customers.

I’ve never had a phone contract. I’ve always paid full price for my device. The MIN I choose to sign with @Telus they 1) don’t process my order (I found this out after 2 weeks) 2) did not include my unit in the delivery.3+ more weeks of delay. Contract cancelled immediately.

What a awful services from @TELUS @TELUSsupport business security , since 2 years i have alarm system and when i called them they do not find my account and i am paying since 2 year . Wow technical support have no clue . Was an hold for 1 hr . What if anythg hapn in bus
