    I’m pissed off at both @TELUSsupport and @shawhelp. Signed up with #Telus months ago and they said my #shaw internet would be canceled but it wasn’t. Shaw can see my service from them hasn’t been used for the last couple months but still want to be paid.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS I called 3 time. 1st time - 7 transfer total call time 1hour 3 min. 2nd time 12 min hold call dropped. 3rd time 7 min call call dropped. No call back or issue resolution. What’s going on?

    @ssolyom I used the 1-833 number. 68 minutes got my wife and I appointment on the same day within a half-hour of each other. Treat the person nicely. Remember, this isn't Bell, Rogers, or Telus helpline.

    Also of note is the issues of access to the fraudulent recordings. In the Montreal lady's case w/ sim swap & Telus, Telus refused identifying IP info & device ID info with the claim it isn't *her* info. @privacylawyer called this one. I don't like it, but eh.

    @KristinRaworth The CRTC req's mobile providers to have a solution & suggested not selling it. Telus is supposed to have an option that must be requested. Protection for traditional landlines won't be developed! Once a block list is detected, automated, randomized, phone # spoofing is used. 😡

    @ryderseashells @pop2cas @JanetBrown980 Dial control via TELUS sure stopped all those calls for me. Had 2 people on the road while calling say they had issues getting thru. They texted & I just called them back
