    My 3 yr old iPhone 8 mic broke. I spent all afternoon on landline phone with, 1.Telus - we can't help, 2. Apple - buy a new phone. 3. Geek Squad -we can't help. Then I googled it and fixed it myself! Victory!

    @BridgieCasey @MixedUpMoney @TELUSsupport Over the years I’ve been with Rogers , Telus, Bell and Cogeco they all have issues and all give new subscribers far better deals than existing customers

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport can combine explain how can a credit bureau has a wrong account in their system if the creditor doesn’t report it? Please fix your mistake.

    @MixedUpMoney Have you looked at Public Mobile? They use the same network as Telus and is way cheaper.

    @Teach_Laidlaw 👍🏼 so frustrating. I've had those spoofed numbers call me and mine has been used. Seems to be much better now. Not sure what Telus has done, but it seems to be working. As an added bonus, I haven't really had any serious outages either and often have a better signal.

    The Telus guy told me I’d have to pay the fee for cancelling my internet. I told him about all of the things I’m paying for right now. HE WAIVED THE 225$ SERVICE FEE FOR ME. @TELUS keep up the good work hiring amazing people like that. Made a girl cry. It’s the little things.
