John G (@madhi19) reported from Québec, QuebecWe really need a "Let's talk about our shit expensive telecom cartel." day. Maybe Rogers, Telus and Bell could all donate five cent per tweet toward rolling proper internet speed outside big urban area. All we need is a catchy # #TrustBustTheCartel #RoBeLusLetsTalk #BellLetsTalk

0 (@MsBrendaColvin) reported from Québec, QuebecI never wanted to go against the United States, or anyone. @TELUS I am being asked to tell Quebec, the truth. America has instilled everything in me that made me who I am today, no matter what their decisions were. Do I think that they would be destroyed. I think all should.

Eric C. Busque (@dystoman) reported from Lévis, QuebecIn a mind-boggling 180° turn, the CRTC just rejected its own 2019 decision on the wholesale rates that smaller providers pay to access Internet services from incumbent service providers like Bell, Telus and Rogers.

Mary’s Spare Tire 😉 🇨🇦 (@KeepsAtIt) reported@jodyvance @guyfelicella @TELUS My mom had it for three years. Then her PVR died. The “new” one has been nothing but problems. She cancelled and went to Shaw, now Roger’s satellite. I’ve had it over 30 years in the interior. She’s much happier. Telus hands out junk and refurbished garbage. Good luck.

^-^ (@JesseGraham_) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS That’s really too bad. I’ve just recently had a fantastic experience with @TELUS support. Above and beyond. Maybe you just had someone on their bad day!

Bob Bunting (@imaginet) reported@jodyvance @TELUS Just phone Telus Loyalty dept directly. Do not call customer or technical support. Cal loyalty and they will fix it all up and probably lower you bill at the same time. Sadly, like most, you have no idea how telecom works. You only know how to complain when it doesn’t.

Mattitude (@Mattitude80) reported@garymasonglobe @TELUS They are the worst I have come across. A few years back it took my countless hours on hold and 6 months of repeated calls to setup a new business land line. It's almost as if their staff get paid by making simple tasks as hard as possible

Grumpy Grandma of the North (@grumpy_north) reported@TELUS can get f*cked. I had to renew my 2 yr agreement (that apparently they can change whenever they want) asked 2 speak 2 customer loyalty & that fer tried 2 BLACKMAIL me in2 having 2 accept their security cameras in order 2 get any discount. He said ON THE RECORDED LINE…/2

Graham_CGY (@Graham_CGY) reported@TELUSsupport Hang on... are you saying that if we spot theft regarding Telus... we should call the authorities? There you have it people... next time you get your Telus bill... call the cops.
