  • madhi19 John G (@madhi19) reported from Québec, Québec

We really need a "Let's talk about our shit expensive telecom cartel." day. Maybe Rogers, Telus and Bell could all donate five cent per tweet toward rolling proper internet speed outside big urban area. All we need is a catchy # #TrustBustTheCartel #RoBeLusLetsTalk #BellLetsTalk

  • dystoman Eric C. Busque (@dystoman) reported from Lévis, Québec

In a mind-boggling 180° turn, the CRTC just rejected its own 2019 decision on the wholesale rates that smaller providers pay to access Internet services from incumbent service providers like Bell, Telus and Rogers.

  • MsBrendaColvin 0 (@MsBrendaColvin) reported from Québec, Québec

I never wanted to go against the United States, or anyone. @TELUS I am being asked to tell Quebec, the truth. America has instilled everything in me that made me who I am today, no matter what their decisions were. Do I think that they would be destroyed. I think all should.

  • suhas_neo Suhas (@suhas_neo) reported

@TELUSsupport Its been over 10 days since I put in an order for a Telus sim and I have not received it yet. This is quite unacceptable. I have spoken with the customer care a few times and everyone just keeps asking me to wait.

  • pgib Patrick Gibson (@pgib) reported

    > Rogers to credit customers 5 days of service for outage How out of touch is @Rogers to think ~$10-12 makes up for days of no service? #rogersoutage If Telus is smart and not colluding with Rogers (cough), they’ll be running some promotions to steal customers.

  • jugheadisme Jug (@jugheadisme) reported

@kenmoorealberta @AmieVarley Canada is caught up in a bind with Rogers and Bell and Telus.. lack of competition and consolidation of single carriers is hurting the service and the cost for subscribers in Canada.. it’s high time this was opened up.

  • toddodddd Todd Leveck (@toddodddd) reported

@AmieVarley Yep and when there was talk of an American company coming in 10 or 12 years ago. To finally lower the price of cell phone carriers in Canada. It was struck down. Saying that Roger's Bell and Telus would loose too much money. More like they would lose too much profit!!

  • jtgoodchild Jim Thompson Goodchild for PM (@jtgoodchild) reported

@CBCCalgary Because users see a large number of cell companies, I suspect few ppl understand there are actually only 2 national networks: Rogers, and Telus/Bell. As the article points out, more retail operators will not address the core reliability problem.

  • antiques_expert Antiques_Expert 🇨🇦🇨🇦 Pureblood ™️ - UFM (@antiques_expert) reported

Watch @koodo & @TELUS bills people. A company, Mobiversity can cold call sms u & if u don't see the spam & respond (this is not anything u subscribed to) CANCEL. Mobiversity will #fraudulently bill for subscription $13.99 & Koodo/Telus will bill u no questions asked & blame u!

  • ryanrdt Jack-A-Roe (@ryanrdt) reported

@Mos_7ek @Rogers @Bell Bell is worse. Go to TELUS maybe? 10 years and my cell phone has never once not worked.

  • peepstein Ed (@peepstein) reported

At my house, for ****’s sake, I have both a TELUS DSL line and a Shaw cable modem. With failover. This is the solution.

  • ValeneYYZ SCIENCE 😷🇨🇦😷🍁 🇨🇦 (@ValeneYYZ) reported

@TELUSsupport Just had appallingly bad experience trying to change cell from @Rogers to @Telus, still don’t know if order is correct. CSR was completely inept

  • daraddishman Marcus Riedner (@daraddishman) reported

@TELUS you really need to fix your robot phone tree. It gets stuck in a loop asking for your existing account when you try to become a new customer.
