update time: Theres been problems with the internet. Telus keeps saying everything should be ready to be set up but they keep just not coming to get things done. I'm not sure when they will actually stick to their word, so I'm not sure when I can stream again. I miss y'all

Bold strategy @TELUS I call to find out how to close out my act as my contract is ending and not even asked why, or an attempt to see how to keep me as a customer. @Rogers has been calling me monthly for the past 2yrs to get me back.

@TELUSsupport 6 years since I was forced to switch to Telus because Shaw wouldn’t carry over my home number to my new address. Worst 6 years of customer service I’ve ever experienced. I should not have to call customer support weekly. Your technicians are terrible.

@BrownGuyMadeIT @TELUS Reminds me of my issue with Rogers back in 2019. Been a loyal customer since 07, I finally said see ya never. I joined Telus just recently.
