@TELUSsupport I’ve upgraded my Telus from PLAN 50 to PLAN 75 and since there’s no way in hell I’m going to wait on hold for 1 damn hour on the phone, my TV service and internet has been screwing up every 30 seconds for the past hour and it’s pissing me off!!!!

@set921 @TELUSsupport Because in some cases all of a person's services are bundled, meaning no phone, no internet, no tv, no emergency service. It's not like the old days where if one thing went down you'd be guaranteed at least one other to work. It's lucky that Telus wifi is working
