Vidéotron Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • dizoneric Eric Dizon (@dizoneric) reported

@P_rudence_ @ThomasR92483779 @Videotron Can confirm that my connection is also not working at H2T.

  • dsmithhayes DSH (@dsmithhayes) reported

@Videotron should update their DNS it's been almost 24 hours since I switched records on a site and customer of theirs still can't access it. Pretty bad service if you ask me.

  • awakecoding Marc-André Moreau (@awakecoding) reported

@raffaeler The OnePlus series is great, but I would unfortunately have to buy it separately at full price instead of getting one of the phones available with the subsidized contracts with my local service provider (Videotron). I'm looking at the Samsung S22 Ultra or the Pixel 6/7 Pro now

  • TinyRedBalls Charlie O. Jones (@TinyRedBalls) reported

@jacobin 2/2 And 2) The paragraph introducing PKP to the mix seems misleading. To my understanding, it is not the cleaving off of Freedom and possible purchase by PKP that is the problem -- Videotron going national? -- but what would remain for Rogers to acquire.

  • dizoneric Eric Dizon (@dizoneric) reported

@Videotron Yeah but no one is answering in both chat and call. So Im out of options here. It’s been an hour… maybe pass the info along now that you see multiple users have internet issues.

  • Snurdel snafu (@Snurdel) reported

@Videotron you just interrupted a movie at the last ten minute mark to do an update without my consent??? WTF?

  • DrSamTheDentist Dr. Sam (@DrSamTheDentist) reported

@Videotron’s LTE service has been out in Ottawa since May 11th! (10 days before the storm). No explanation, no apology, simply “too bad, use 3G”. One month of no service and Videotron says to just keep waiting. What a joke! Be warned if your are thinking of switching.

  • thekindeagle kindeagle.eth (@thekindeagle) reported

@P_rudence_ @ThomasR92483779 @Videotron I’m having internet issues again as well. They tore up Henri Julien/Boucher again.

  • dave_macattack Dave MacIntyre (@dave_macattack) reported

Hey @Videotron your technical support guy just tried gaslighting the **** out of me for his failure to reinstate my Internet. Bad form, guys. Bad form…….

  • Hobbit1969 Front Line Red Shirt (@Hobbit1969) reported from Gatineau, Québec

@BigBadW0lf4Life @GreatestUncle42 @seanferrick So did I...yeah that's weird. I'm in Quebec, I have Videotron. Maybe your provider lost the signal momentarily
