    @Videotron It would be great if you could stop charging me for a service I asked you many times to remove! I've been paying this service for now 2 years for nothing. I am done with this ****. I'm officially filed a complain to Office of Consumer Protection.

    @Videotron The outage today put me totally offline -- no data or wifi. I only say there was a bigger issue when I finally got service back. I didn't have any way to look your number up! A text would have been appreciated.

    @Videotron @NoLore Totally knocked off line here in Gatineau, 2 of us wfh. I texted a friend who looked up the Videtron support phone number for me. No answer, automatic hang up and busy signal. How hard would it be for a telecomms giant to record an automated message letting ppl know what's up?

    Dear #Videotron, Roses are red violets are blue, You are the highest priced internet provider in all of Canada. Nothing rhymes with that, makes me sad, plus you want basic phone service cut-off w/o explanation out of the blue. Guess i'll slit my wrists. F you.

    @Videotron Is service back up for calls in Ottawa? I’m still having issues making outbound calls.
