Internet speeds has been terrible since 23rd with @Videotron. Called tech support and they say they are aware of the problem but have no update when it will be fixed. Family of 5 stuck at home in a mini lockdown only capable of one person streaming

  • natdezo Natalie Waters (@natdezo) reported

@Videotron Mine went out later in the day (4:40pm). Can't reach you...how do we know when it's back? Or that our problem isn't something else? HydroQuebec has a model for that. You should develop one.

@scottmatla The technicalities of such TV broadcasting is simple. - Videotron or Bell (etc) supply the connectivity feed - Both must maintain a compatibility stream vulnerable to RGBA limits on common servers such as 5G or less - ANY fluctuations in stability of transmission by "cameras" 1/2

  • allen_arany Allen Arany (@allen_arany) reported

@Videotron - I called to put services on vacation mode and keep my internet running. The agent told me it was no problem. The next day no services work. I spend 1.5hrs on phone. Today you suspended my services. You charge me 50$. I have to wait until tomorrow. Horrible service!
