    @Videotron What a nightmare! I would appreciate some regular updates from Videotron Technical Service. For the other users, you can watch the programs if you have recorded it. Only thing that I could find as a workaround.

    @Videotron Helix was sold to me as a better technology and I’ve had nothing but trouble ever since. What a scam!!! Thank god for Netflix, PK is just another BSer.
