Angelo Stavrow (@AngeloStavrow) reported@Videotron The support line is busy and I’m sure your customer support agents are swamped, but it’d be helpful to have a way to check or report an internet outage online (like Hydro-Quebec has). Does such an option exist?

Almost the entire customer base in Ottawa without service for 18 hours and you’re responding like it’s one offs. It’s thousands. Don’t forget Bell and Videotron still exist. We won’t.
