    @Videotron I believe the internet is down in Saint-Laurent. Powered down the modem a few times but still nothing.

    They were sympathetic to the situation, took notes on what happened, and said the call would be reviewed. Hopefully they weren't just paying lip-service. They promised me a trusted @Videotron retention representative from their team, would call me within an hour or two. (5/n)

    @Videotron is WiFi calling still down?! Having trouble with outgoing calls on VoLTE and WiFi Calling. It's slow to connect and sometimes just doesn't ring.

    @Videotron Fizz has to be THE worst cs service in history, how you take money and don’t give a service previously agreed upon… It’s been two dsys and I only get redirected this is a **** company ran by robots

    Just between 4pm-12am yesterday, my internet went out 8 TIMES. I'm not doing great & figuring out what to do has been so unnecessarily hard. I'm sorry but no stream tonight. 😞 Also, shame on @Videotron for not caring about people having horrible internet for OVER A MONTH now.
