    @PierreLambertJr @Videotron did you since when it's down? I just found out a few minutes ago. Tried to open the TV and it's not working.

    @Videotron an update on outage would be nice. I understand storm caused problems but your customers deserve a better answer than just wait.

    I swear i don't recommend @Videotron they have the worst customer service. One of they're agent's disconnect my services while i was on the phone with him ! Lol they have this hang up on customers culture !

    @reideltj @DrSamTheDentist @Videotron Videotron doesn't seem to give that option for iPhone. Sigh. For Android, I can do it but it's a slow workaround.
