    @Videotron internet not working in Montreal, Ahuntsic area H4N. Can't contact you and can't access your website either. This is a major issue as we are all stuck at home. Any ETA for a resolution?

    @Videotron is your network down? Wifi shows I’m connected but both iPhone and MacBook say I’m not connected to the internet. Tried resetting everything and still not working. Tried calling both customer service lines but all I get are busy signals??? Wtf?
