    @Videotron Internet is down. Montreal ndg/westmount area. Tried calling support lines but just get a busy signal, not even automated answering/greeting picks up just a busy tone. Middle of the work day with everyone working from home. Not a good look for you guys.

    @Videotron what a joke. Internet has been intermittent for weeks now. Did a reset, now there seems to be an outage. We need to use mobile data for online classes and work from home. Tried calling tech support or chat, they just don't pick up.

    @avremele @Videotron Yeah this is really bullshit service I’m thinking of cancelling and going with another provider. They didn’t announce anything and phones lines are unreachable ....
