@Videotron @Raysterz They dont have any info. Dont waste your time calling. No timeframe on when the service will be back on or if technicians are even on site to fix it. What a joke!

Nice to know @videotron is screwing with secondary ISP the sell to, supposed to be getting 15mpbs down and 10 up, but upload speeds r the low kbps and half or less my normal download rates, and they have given @TekSavvyCSR no info since the ticket was opened over 24hrs ago.

@Videotron no internet for 48 hours. Technical department doesn’t know when the problem is going to be fixed or doesn’t know how to articulate the nature of the issue in detail. We want updates before switching our Internet Service. (Haven’t been able to work from home)

@fizz_ca I would like to know if the videotron clients or from others companies have the same issue as you, in my case no internet since 7:30 am so more than 15 hours without internet... no good 😞
