    @Rackspace I know it works for others so I'm wondering if you are having an issue with the Videotron ISP in Quebec right now or made DNS changes to your domains recently that may explain this?

    @Videotron Hello, based on our last conversation the supervisor called me back and we agreed that there will be no charges of the Technition visit, to my surprise the charges were added and the customer service has no notes of this agreement on my file. This is very vexing

    Anyone else experiencing problems with #videotron? @Videotron your offices are closed and the WIFI is down, my landline telephone is NOT working and my TV is not working. Can you update us with the problem? What is going on?
