Hey @Videotron - Got a new Sim Card + a Canada/USA package .... but no cellphone service in US (Dallas). LTE does work. Any ideas? Galaxy S20+ 5G and got a new Sim Card in 2022 per your instructions last time.

  • Keough99co Keough99costudios (@Keough99co) reported

@Videotron Is there an outage? My internet connection is offline or my speeds have entirely fallen off a cliff to way below the speeds im supposed to be getting. It's affecting all devices on my network.

  • LanceTLawrence Lance (@LanceTLawrence) reported

@Videotron wait I tried this I thought this was an actual fix ...now it's worse!

  • NessWinkyNess Vanessa Francis (@NessWinkyNess) reported

@Videotron a person in a Pandemic cannot go 6 days without internet. We need to find a solution. Will be calling back this morning because this is unacceptable. (I am using what is left of my data).

  • ThinkSayMakeDo Mathieu (@ThinkSayMakeDo) reported

@Videotron Hi, I just transferred my numbers to Rogers, I just got my Videotron invoice this morning. Can I get next month's service credited back since I didn't use it?

  • Transcanadian Anne Girard (@Transcanadian) reported

@Videotron Seems you can take money from people's credit cards in seconds but can take weeks to reimburse if you decide not to become a customer. 35, 24, 32 minutes on the phone respectively getting nowhere. #poorcustomerservice #ReadTheFinePrint

  • GangstHannah Hanner (@GangstHannah) reported

All I want is for Videotron to accept the transfer request on my behalf since they prevented me from doing it myself. I'm not going to drive 6h and back to type "oui" on a text message. Like wtf is this? @Videotron Actually help customers maybe?

  • anilkurian2 Oh look, it's what's his name (@anilkurian2) reported

@StephenPunwasi Also, this shows the viability of a quick cellphone fix. Allow one US company to extend their range. 80% of Cdns live within 150km of a US border. Also split Shaw's wireless with Sasktel and Videotron. Thanks for attending my Ted talk

  • PrabeenTO Prabeen (@PrabeenTO) reported

@Videotron horrible experience. The modem was not delivered n time. I wasted 3 hours to collect. Now it is not connecting. Now I need to pay and wait a week to get it fix. I can't work from home.I can't take day off. I should have gone with @Bell .

  • dbeatty Dave Beatty (@dbeatty) reported

@ThePeterKelly Telus and their subsidiaries are available in some areas. I use Koodo in Hamilton and it's fine service-wise. Unfortunately since Freedom was bought up in 2015 Ontarians don't have the option to support a provider outside the big 3/4, unless you're in Ottawa & can get videotron.
