    @videotron Helix internet service is down in St-Leonard, hopefully it will be resolved quickly…#videotron

  • gongman Bob Barbagallo (@gongman) reported

    @Videotron 1. Never got an email. 2. Videotron has removed two features of a subscription I am paying for, how do you suggest I get the functionality back. I never asked for a new app. I don’t need the new functions. I need the ability to record remotely and the remote control.

  • phqer phqe phqer (@phqer) reported

    @fagstein No, because "Videotron" is too well known as Quebec company. People out west might be less interested in doing business with a company they know is run by them horrible quebecers! ;)

  • philochsghost Phil Ochs’ ghost (@philochsghost) reported

    @getfiscal Videotron sucks.

  • topher_carr Chris. (@topher_carr) reported

    @westerdale10 @steelershockey Uh-oh, I'm getting the feeling the new videotron might be 4 65" TV's taped together (well, maybe not that bad but the 'Nottingham had help funding theirs' comment/pre-excuse doesn't set expectations too high) I hope to be proved wrong when we see it in September

    Anyhow this whole sell-off to Videotron is a fix. A gov fix. Gov selected who can play & who will play via the spectrum auction that saw them sell spectrum to Tron when they shouldn't have. A fix. That is that.

  • LoveThePlateau Marion Bialek (@LoveThePlateau) reported

    @Videotron Videotron Helix signals are week and breaking up in Gatineau. Technical chat line is down. Telephone line to technical issues not taking calls. What’s happening!

  • netweaverone Grumpy Old Man (@netweaverone) reported

    @CompBureau @FP_Champagne Shaw, Rogers, Videotron… This is NO SOLUTION! Freedom has better low cost plans then Videotron. How does this deal help drive more competition and lower prices? #cdnpoli #abpoli

  • marissasidel1 Marissa Sidel (@marissasidel1) reported

    @BellCare After a week of getting ****** around with no shows and no return calls for faulty equipment we finally made the switch to @Videotron. Everything works and the speed is like lightning. You’ll never see us again.

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

    "Videotron has no obligation to offer a TPIA customer access speed that the company does not offer to its own retail customers. This fact alone should be sufficient to justify the approval of this [Tariff]." *bam* /end haha #CRTC
