I know a few people who had "midnight lines", which was basically a time switch that turned the meter off between midnight and 6am. Then I got a Videotron cable line that did offer free local calls. Too late.

My mom was promised a credit that was never applied & you keep calling her with outstanding charges on a previous account that shouldn’t exist. We’ve now had the pleasure of being on hold over an hour 🙃

Fizz is 100% online by chat and you can contact them in the link that I've sent you. There is no customer service over the phone nor an email address. -Pierre-Olivier.
