@Videotron is this the customer experience you want for your clients? So if I don’t have the money to pay $400 that I wasn’t supposed to be charged upfront, then you cut off my service and still leave me with the bill? This is none sense.

@Videotron still charged me upfront $388+ tax with installation fees of $60 even though I chose to pay in $12 for 24 months. When my bill came out on July 9th, I called customer service. They told me it was a mistake and that they would see what they could do. Lol

@fagstein @Videotron No internet problem on my Videotron account but two days ago I did notice my Videotron PVR cable box's time display was lagging by seven minutes!! Never saw that before. Just putting it out there.

@Videotron said this kind of thing happens (often?) & that the only option I have is to accept their “courtesy” of $75 and pay the rest otherwise i will receive late fees and eventually they will cut off my service and come get the equipment but that I would still have to pay.

@Videotron @DjBlaster Interesting. We’ve dealt with Videotron maybe 3 times as potential customers and every time we’ve had agenda flat out refuse to speak English. Even when we get telemarketing calls, when I say I don’t speak French they just say “ok bye” and hang up. Always a bad experience.

I switched to @Videotron on June 8th 2021. They offered their high speed internet service, Helix with no installation fees. They gave me 2 options: - Pay for equipment upfront: $388+ tax OR - Pay $12 + tax/month for 24 months. I went with the 2nd option. But guess what?

@jacktodd46 I switched from Bell to videotron but after two years I was basically left with no choice and had to switch back. Videotron customer service is ok but I'd rather not have to be on a first name basis with them from calling every week

@VassB @jamespmcleod @Bryson_M Then there was the fight I has with one lady who said you are forced to buy Bell telephone service and pay it. It will be on the bill. I said a videotron outlet is there (I pointed to it). I will buy their voip & internet. Boy did that end in a fight. She went banana's.

Not only is Videotron's Helix the worst TV/Internet system you can find, the website is just as bad. Just try changing your channels. You have to be brave or crazy. We hate Bell for corporate reasons but it may be time to switch.
