Besides providing a service with a speed way lower than I hired, @Videotron now is not working at all. I guess it’s time to change.

@RayRay001122 @Videotron I’ve had power back since Thursday. We called today and they’re blaming Hydro Quebec without offering any solutions. Were rogers and other cell companies are offering discounts/free Data until the 16th, while they have nothing to do with the outage or our videotron WIFI

@drewlevin IDK if you are able to put me in contact with the right person, but there has been a disconnection problem with all Videotron (Internet provider) users in Quebec, Canada since last patch... We randomly DC for 30 seconds literally every game/few times a game. Only LOL.

@Videotron The line disconnects after it tells you the hours that it’s open. Ive done it six times. I say I’m a video customer. I provide my phone number then it tells me the customer service line is is closed, provides me the hours that hangs up.

Many years ago my bro worked in the technical service for what's now videotron It was awful! One guy called to yell that his cable was out. My bro told him to go to his TV. He said he wasn't home. 🤔 So why did he call? Because a friend nearby had his cable out! Nuts!
