    @Videotron here on l’île d’Orléans all of us who have been moved to Helix are very frustrated. It is all over the island Facebook groups how bad it is. Something need to be done about the level of consistent service we are getting here. Basically anyone who upgraded is screwed

    @CTVMontreal Scam. Videotron can't even do LTE properly as they still use the old 2100 mhz frequency. Worst signals of any carrier in QC.

    @Videotron sorry, but over the years, it is at best a *stagnation* of the poor quality of the services. I pay more to still get random errors, incorrect TV guide causing recordings to cut, etc. Proof that your regulated monopolistic position is playing. @CRTCeng

    @Videotron I was told a return label could not be provided and to present myself in store during a global pandemic to return modem. Lousy customer service. Glad I cancelled before the 30 day trial period. #paidoutofpocket
