    @jclouti They did this to us in 2018 as well. I am hoping @Videotron works something out with @AMC_TV and we get to keep it. Otherwise my family and I will be looking into a new service provider.

    This is hilarious, I don't know my pin for my videotron box in my basement. Biggest ******* fight and I am on hold waiting for customer service.

    @fanCRTCProfling Yes, Bell sucks. Always has. Always will? Rogers sucked years ago. Now much better. Cogeco awful. Videotron consistently good except pricing. Orono Telephone Company was lousy. Lansdowne Rural Telephone was good. Telus (new) not awful. TekSavvy middling, Lightspeed good.

    @Videotron @kathym425 im happy you have your clients in mind... but why did i receive a letter also announcing me a 3$ increase on my TV bill ? losing AMC is losing The Walking Dead...clearly not a service upgrade quality.

    @jacktodd46 I used to have a roku but it was slow. We then got an apple tv and it was soooo much faster. Then a 4k tv and another apple tv 4k. You can do anything with that. We have the Videotron 4k terminal that can record 8 shows.

    PSA If you are a Videotron ISP customer, I would recommend switching to Ebox I am doing so for all my SMB office clients, here's why:
