@oscarmic Yeah - that would be the move. @Videotron - see? That would be a very simple way to solve your very stupid problem.

@pozpiggy86 @Videotron Money grab with BS words. It's not in a decrepit state like Rogers network. There have even been warning about Cogeco's networks becoming like Rogers network if the Cogeco entertained Rogers offer to buy them. Rogers Network is a [low] class on its own. Videotron is a pure $ grab

@videotron can you please contact me ASAP if possible? I'm was given/promised a quote which is not being accepted. I'm on the phone now with an agent right now and it seems to be going nowhere. If they not going to accept their own quote I will just cancel all my services.

@Off_ChrisTyson @Videotron because it is physically damaged. the videotron device protection’s only moment where you don’t pay the deductible is when your device is malfunctioning without any physical damage. all other type of claims requires a deductible

Here’s starter list of companies that have behaved selfishly & greedily during pandemic; that have completely ignored welfare of clients & acted slow to meet needs of struggling people during desperate times. These 3 in my opinion have been terrible: @Videotron @AirCanada @RBC

@Videotron lack of respect for your customer time is unbelievable when trying to get hold of any departments by calling 611. Today I will be taking another service from you and going to a different company that is more mindful. Great job...

@Videotron should we be looking at connection issue at 8:00pm every night for the next 4 weeks ? With Helix that means no internet and no tv ....

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@Videotron @mayq2012 Basically what videotron just said here is that the poor working people not privileged with being able to work from home will subsidize those who are working from home. This is pretty bad.
