@JesssAdel @Videotron That sucks. Especially dealing with it for a month. But don’t be hard on yourself. I’m sure you’ll find the right people to fix your internet 100%. Hopefully. Best of luck

They were sympathetic to the situation, took notes on what happened, and said the call would be reviewed. Hopefully they weren't just paying lip-service. They promised me a trusted @Videotron retention representative from their team, would call me within an hour or two. (5/n)

Internet slowing down again. Is this going to be a regular thing? Quebec, Videotron, etc.

It took several attempts to convince this representative to connect me with a supervisor after telling me no one else would help me and that they were at the highest level I could speak to. Eventually, I did get a @Videotron supervisor on the line. (4/n)

@Videotron generally offers excellent service and that is why I've hung around as a client for over a decade. The prices have become exorbitant, but that's not the fault of the service folks who take our calls. Today, that script was flipped, and I am beyond disappointed. (3/n)

@JesssAdel My home and work both had Videotron and both had frequent outages. For my home internet we changed to VT's Helix network and that seemed to fix the issues (It was the same price and we got faster DL speeds). We're still having problems at work though.

After that comment, why would I ever believe that they were truly doing all they could to keep me as a customer? It's not the first time that I've had to lobby for myself as a 10+ year customer, and now business customer @Videotron. (2/n)

@Videotron @KJ_Parker_008 Actually they refuse to help me because I'm not directly with Videotron even though it's YOUR cables that are the problem. I dare you to get me in contact with someone who ACTUAL cares and can ACTUALLY help. Bet you won't though.
