@Videotron Pierrefonds here, electricity back since more than 24hrs, but not connection to Internet since Wednesday afternoon. I don’t believe 60% of custumer who had it down regained it.

@Videotron You don't answer customer phone support, you don't answer tweets, we are still experiencing internet issues. How can you make an outrageous claim of 80% ? Give us an estimate of when this is expected to be resolved, people work from home and require these services!

@GoatableTm @Videotron Only language they understand, i have a call with a guy from Bell on Tuesday. **** @Videotron , they’re too busy sublicensing their network to all these garbage cheapo providers and it’s reducing the integrity of said network. Bell customers never lost service.

@Videotron been on hold for 3 hours waiting to get someone this is totally unacceptable with NO updated and Not enough people to answer the phones and NO messages on the IVR to give us a rough estimate. as someone that works in the IT field this is piss poor service.

@FidoSolutions What's to go over? I paid you $49.46 for four and a half years, no problem. Now it's $51.46 because Rogers bought Shaw. Hell, I'm not paying for that. @Videotron offers a much better plan for $50.00. 20 Gigs! @freedomsupport is up next.

@Videotron Come on @Videotron …. For the past two days my XI7 has been trying to reconnect to dhcpv6 repeatly every minute causing my internet to be nonfunctional. Let’s fix it.
