    Hey @Videotron, the tech support handle shown in the customer centre app @videotron24_7 doesn't seem to exist.

    .@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices. #Videotron

    @brianjpapineau I went from Wind/Freedom to Koodo and never looked back, but I hear good things about Videotron.

    @PierreBiaz @Videotron THERE IS NO INTERNET SERVICE IN DOWNTOWN MONTREAL NEAR THE OLD PORT. WHY HAVEN'T YOU (VIDEOTRON) DONE SOMETHING? AT LEAST INFORM WHAT IS GOING ON, PLEASE..

    @VeryScott @Videotron @Xplornet Ha don’t get me started about how absolutely horrible Xplornet is. I was really hoping that T-Mobile had come to this market, but IIRC the CRTC denied that, likely due to being paid off by the big greedy 3

    after 3 weeks with bad *** WiFi and the worst customer service from Primus, we are finally changing to @Videotron so I pray I have decent WiFi from now on

    @christo34794232 Hello @christo34794232 Our Home Internet is a very reliable service. We do not use 3rd parties providers, but the Videotron infrastructure, however, Fizz is an independent supplier. -CO
