So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

.@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices. #Videotron

@Videotron Today my family and I were helped by a young lady by JouJou. She went above and beyond as a customer services representative, my daughter started to be fed up of being in her stroller and Joujou took her played with her watched movies on her tablet with her.

@caiobchi @cmaconthehill @CityNewsKIT Videotron competition lowered prices in Quebec. Much like MTS + Sasktel did in MB / SK. Competition for the big 3. Videotron has service outside of QC, in Ottawa, same prices as QC. The big 3 and their flanker brands would not match prices of Videotron in Ottawa. We switched.

@RSwartz2013 @WeatherLandG I'm with Videotron, no issues except my phone is connected to a tower across the river in Quebec, about 10km away. The Rogbellus tower 1km away is showing offline.

@itsreallypaulh @myworldtaw I agree Videotron plans and customer service is great. We have 4 phones with them, each with 20GB/month +100GB extra per year, for $45 per phone

Anybody else got their mobile plan with @Videotron and having issues? My cellular network is ON and OFF since this morning, including calls and text messages. I seem to find folks reporting internet issues (which makes sense) but I can't find info on cellular data! 🥺

Let me check the #CRTC outage website everyone knows of and which Videotron mocked in the secret side-consultation: Nope, nothing shows. Guess everything worked. haha kidding, couldn't load **** from the CRTC site Videotron, Freedom & Rogers wouldn't connect to the ******* net.

@Videotron you guys need to have an outage map like hydro Quebec.That way people could see if there are outages in the area & not call in to find out if there is one or if te issue might be something else. Can you confirm if there is an outage in the area around H7W postal code
