  @RSwartz2013 @WeatherLandG I'm with Videotron, no issues except my phone is connected to a tower across the river in Quebec, about 10km away. The Rogbellus tower 1km away is showing offline.

  @itsreallypaulh @myworldtaw I agree Videotron plans and customer service is great. We have 4 phones with them, each with 20GB/month +100GB extra per year, for $45 per phone

  .@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices. #Videotron

  @marbou78 @ASCoC @Videotron Thank you for this; it’s insightful and will help. Thanks again for your time. We have a lot of information now and we have a better understanding of where the “breakdown” of communication may be occurring. Ultimately it appears the third-party isn’t imputing data given to them.

  @Videotron The site is pretty much useless during night bc it somehow needs daily maintenance, and forget about trying to make any changes without having to jump through hoops and having to log in 2 or 3 times bc you get disconnected. Awful.

  @Videotron I have no idea if this was a Videotron employee or not. He came on my property so I’m not removing anything until I know who it was. I didn’t ask Videotron for any service. No reason for you to come to my home when I can’t even have a relative here

  @Apashe_Music @Rogers But Rogers definitely was one of the worst companies my parents ever went with. I never used Fizz though, I have Videotron though.

  @bikeviewca @Videotron @CapitalWard yeah, speeding to "make the light" is a problem that can have dire consequented. When a collision does happen, it's often treated as an oopsie because most of the time they get away with it and it was just bad luck that a collision happened.
