@RSwartz2013 @WeatherLandG I'm with Videotron, no issues except my phone is connected to a tower across the river in Quebec, about 10km away. The Rogbellus tower 1km away is showing offline.

@caiobchi @cmaconthehill @CityNewsKIT Videotron competition lowered prices in Quebec. Much like MTS + Sasktel did in MB / SK. Competition for the big 3. Videotron has service outside of QC, in Ottawa, same prices as QC. The big 3 and their flanker brands would not match prices of Videotron in Ottawa. We switched.

@Videotron Today my family and I were helped by a young lady by JouJou. She went above and beyond as a customer services representative, my daughter started to be fed up of being in her stroller and Joujou took her played with her watched movies on her tablet with her.

.@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices. #Videotron

So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

@itsreallypaulh @myworldtaw I agree Videotron plans and customer service is great. We have 4 phones with them, each with 20GB/month +100GB extra per year, for $45 per phone

@Videotron No internet, helix tv, landline in LaSalle. My neighbor has Bell service & he does have cable tv & internet !!?! When he had electricity, he never lost his Bell service. Very frustrating for us Videotron clients.

@Videotron Is there an outage map for clients to see what areas are currently affected by issues? Can't tell if an issue is due to ice storm (likely) or if it's faulty equip on user end. Seems like a worthwhile investment; can save frustration for both clients & your tech staff.

@Videotron 3rd day today with no internet whereas our electricity was only out for almost a day. How long before internet will work again, it's taking you too long and everyone in the building has the same problem.

@videotron you have to be better. No internet is one thing but such a low signal that even a phone call is hard to make most of the time is beyond not doing well enough.
