Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices.

The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

Kristian Kahn (@KristianKahn) reported@Videotron charged my account twice for a 130$ payment and refuses to pay back the double charge. Been dealing with them for months. Stay away. Worst customer service ever.
