The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices. #Videotron

Shooter McGavin (@avo_k) reported@nectarios Videotron is the lesser of 2 evils. Been using Helix without issues. Never used Bell Fibe and have heard its quite good but Bell's customer service and billing is atrocious. Avoid at all costs.
