    .@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices. #Videotron

    So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

    Hey @Videotron, the tech support handle shown in the customer centre app @videotron24_7 doesn't seem to exist.

    @Videotron I have been requesting for the temporary suspension of my internet services ( helix ) since the start of this week . I made 6-7 calls on 17-18th May and was put on hold for 30-40 min more than twice. I had the worst experience this time with you guys .

    @xavier_laff Coverage sucks. Lots of areas suffer from congestion. Speeds suck with some carriers. They don’t all have VoLTE, and Wi-Fi calling. Even Videotron and Freedom have that here! Also towers only have one eNb, here they usually have several.

    @Videotron !!! How can you possibly sell a @SamsungCanada #GalaxyS21Ultra without a phone charger. No accessories. Just a cable to change from one phone to another. If you never owned one. How do you do that without a phone charge and don't include one or sell it stores?
