.@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices. #Videotron

@Videotron Today my family and I were helped by a young lady by JouJou. She went above and beyond as a customer services representative, my daughter started to be fed up of being in her stroller and Joujou took her played with her watched movies on her tablet with her.

So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

@RSwartz2013 @WeatherLandG I'm with Videotron, no issues except my phone is connected to a tower across the river in Quebec, about 10km away. The Rogbellus tower 1km away is showing offline.

@itsreallypaulh @myworldtaw I agree Videotron plans and customer service is great. We have 4 phones with them, each with 20GB/month +100GB extra per year, for $45 per phone

@brianjpapineau I went from Wind/Freedom to Koodo and never looked back, but I hear good things about Videotron.

@stephenlautens What do you mean 'about to expire'? They don't grandfather in old packages? Videotron did that and we had a great package - even their customer service reps would tell us not to get rid of it bc nothing was as good. Of course we did get rid of it yrs later and I still regret it.

@OdyseeTeam Hi Odysee team. There's a major problem in Quebec region of Canada, we can't acces Odysee by many internet providers. I'm with @Videotron and no browser but Tor can access. Can you see what is the cause? Asking for thousands of people on my FB page.

@Bischoff_Tyler 2/2 I also think not putting an NHL team after Videotron Centre in Quebec City was built is a bad look for the NHL (they could still get an NHL/NLL/CEBL team at the Videotron Centre, but that remains to be seen). I think the same can happen in the NBA if they are not careful.

Seriously **** videotron, took money out of my account when I asked for a freeze on my internet bill this month and that was supposed to be for meds. If you ask a company for a freeze during a pandemic, maybe they should do so because everyone is struggling? So frustrated today
