Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices. #Videotron

The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

She went above and beyond as a customer services representative, my daughter started to be fed up of being in her stroller and Joujou took her played with her watched movies on her tablet with her.

Much like MTS + Sasktel did in MB / SK. Competition for the big 3. Videotron has service outside of QC, in Ottawa, same prices as QC. The big 3 and their flanker brands would not match prices of Videotron in Ottawa. We switched.

No answer, automatic hang up and busy signal. How hard would it be for a telecomms giant to record an automated message letting ppl know what's up?

I’m suggesting that when there’s a widespread outage Videotron could put an automated voice message on the support line to let people know, maybe even when to expect service will be restored, or how customers can be reimbursed for lost service.
