.@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices. #Videotron

So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

@RSwartz2013 @WeatherLandG I'm with Videotron, no issues except my phone is connected to a tower across the river in Quebec, about 10km away. The Rogbellus tower 1km away is showing offline.

@Videotron why is it so hard to resolve any issue with you on the phone? My mom was promised a credit that was never applied & you keep calling her with outstanding charges on a previous account that shouldn’t exist. We’ve now had the pleasure of being on hold over an hour 🙃

@JackCha59051190 Even though Videotron owns Fizz, they are still two different companies with their own customer service. Fizz is 100% online by chat and you can contact them in the link that I've sent you. There is no customer service over the phone nor an email address. -Pierre-Olivier.
