So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

@Videotron Today my family and I were helped by a young lady by JouJou. She went above and beyond as a customer services representative, my daughter started to be fed up of being in her stroller and Joujou took her played with her watched movies on her tablet with her.

Never take @Videotron, it's the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. Now that I have had my experience with Videotron after having had @Bell, I can advise you to go to Bell.

@Bryson_M The problem is that promises were made to the 2007 class of new entrants (of which only Videotron and Eastlink remain ( Wind was sold so not sure original promises still binding). Govt agreed to shield them from new competition.

@LazerothYT @Videotron yup, basically impossible to game 90% of the time. I have a top tier router, bought new cables, bought a good intel internet card to make sur the issue wasnt my motherboard's nic, factory resetted my router. Basically did everything possible on my side and nothing worked

.@CompBureau expert argues that Videotron will have less competitive strength than Shaw Mobile & Freedom b/c it lacks the same level of access to wireline facilities, weaker customer base, less ability to bundle & to ctl parameters of business, etc.

@TheLastLinda Glad to know he’s trying. I’m with @FreedomMobile which is cheap but they only have a 4G network. And since Shaw announced the sale to Rogers, which has Videotron buying Freedom, talk of upgrading their network has ceased.

What a crappy customer service by @Videotron fizz. Deactivated my service few months back but no refunds. There is no support either. Don’t go by their cheap price. The service is trash.@mtlgazette @CJAD800
