@Videotron Today my family and I were helped by a young lady by JouJou. She went above and beyond as a customer services representative, my daughter started to be fed up of being in her stroller and Joujou took her played with her watched movies on her tablet with her.

So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

@Bischoff_Tyler 2/2 I also think not putting an NHL team after Videotron Centre in Quebec City was built is a bad look for the NHL (they could still get an NHL/NLL/CEBL team at the Videotron Centre, but that remains to be seen). I think the same can happen in the NBA if they are not careful.

@SandraFalcone I know that and I've had my issues with Videotron also. But they don't behave in quite the same brutal fashion as Bell. What they have done to CJAD is unacceptable. In effect, Bell is waging war on a Montreal institution.
