    @TNewsly From Montrea Sud-ouest I confirme all providers using @Videotron network are down as well. I am with @B2B2Cinc no Internet since 00:17 though it was my Velop… no!

Your ms speed actually is bad and you still managed to get one. 👏🏼I just came back to Canada and I’m debating which internet provider to get. Do you have any to recommend as the best speed wise? I was thinking to go with videotron

    @TheLastLinda Glad to know he’s trying. I’m with @FreedomMobile which is cheap but they only have a 4G network. And since Shaw announced the sale to Rogers, which has Videotron buying Freedom, talk of upgrading their network has ceased.

    @Videotron Yes it's compatible. I am using a Poco M4 Pro 5G currently on Telus. I have VoLTE and I am able to roam in the US. I just know it only works on the T-Mobile network when roaming.

    @noIPv6 @nikize0 @Videotron Agreed. Nothing against v6, it’s just a pain because ppl are dragging their feet towards full support.

    @apukwa Yup. Videotron was able to buy spectrum in the area freedom/Shaw-mobile operates because they were selling vpn service or something in Manitoba. Rules are u can't get spectrum w/o facilities. ISED allowed it calling it facilities Was a court fight. Videotron & ISED won.

    @Bryson_M The problem is that promises were made to the 2007 class of new entrants (of which only Videotron and Eastlink remain ( Wind was sold so not sure original promises still binding). Govt agreed to shield them from new competition.

    @fanCRTCProfling @BenKlass I've tried Freedom before. The data service was awful. That's how I ended up with Videotron. I needed something much more reliable.
