So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

@OficialLaMimi @Videotron It's already back for me all my other work from home co-workers who were also down on the south shore. It lasted between 5 and 30min for most people. Maybe try and restart your modem once more if it's not already back for you.

Samsung A70 combined with @Videotron internet and data = prehistoric network speed. It's 2021 and my YouTube videos are playing in 480p because of network speed. Smh

@Videotron Girl, Sophie gravelle, at the kiosque in orleans ottawa, ON didn’t understand what i was saying and started giving me attitude and being rude, cutting me off and wouldnt let me speak. Wishing there was someone there higher up there to help.
