So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

@grantmccagg #bell is the worst. I use to spend hours on the phone every month getting my bill corrected. Couldn’t do it anymore. Switched to videotron.

Seems to me that Videotron is purposely choking independent ISPs by introducing outrageous delays (5 days) before they'll even activate a modem on their infrastructure. Meanwhile, as we've seen with my daughters' service, their own setups suffer no such delays.

@Videotron, what does "Managing your home network settings is now easier than ever" mean, because logging into two separate websites & downloading a phone app just to port forward is the exact opposite of the ease of just logging into a router on my desktop. Wtf is this nonsense
