So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

@Videotron You had an outage. Maybe you should google ‘is videotron down’ before you answer a tweet. Then you’d see lots of customers had no service. Obv someone over there knew and dealt with it. It’s back up. Crazy that I knew more than you.

@Videotron Network is unstable in laval. I’m really not happy with this service. This is unacceptable, you keep raising prices while the service gets worse. Working from home is nearly impossible today

@OficialLaMimi @Videotron It's already back for me all my other work from home co-workers who were also down on the south shore. It lasted between 5 and 30min for most people. Maybe try and restart your modem once more if it's not already back for you.

@Videotron I've been a loyal client for the last 17 years. I don't know who's making the big decisions in your company, but (s)he is a ******* idiot. In the span of about one year you went from the best ISP in town to one of the worst. Time to move.

@Videotron @your_boi_marty That’s funny, not!! I’ve asking why my internet service sired was so crappy a d im@always told “ your signal is perfect”. Finally someone in tech support said you need to get your router changed. Got a “new” one, delivered Hmmmm, not sure it’s any different

@Videotron Still no connection in Laval. Reset of modem did nothing and can’t get through to technical support.
