@itsreallypaulh @myworldtaw I agree Videotron plans and customer service is great. We have 4 phones with them, each with 20GB/month +100GB extra per year, for $45 per phone

So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

.@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices. #Videotron

@Videotron Today my family and I were helped by a young lady by JouJou. She went above and beyond as a customer services representative, my daughter started to be fed up of being in her stroller and Joujou took her played with her watched movies on her tablet with her.

@RSwartz2013 @WeatherLandG I'm with Videotron, no issues except my phone is connected to a tower across the river in Quebec, about 10km away. The Rogbellus tower 1km away is showing offline.

@Videotron Update! We found Videotron this morning. Finally spoke with a CS rep. Videotron scheduled an appointment to reconnect wire on April 17th. We are expecting a credit for service time lost.

After 5 days the power is back on at home. But we dont trust HydroQuebec so we're staying at my aunt's for the time being (plus i heard that videotron may still be down despite the electricity being back. We'll have to see)

@Videotron Just saw a Bell guy fixing internet on our street . I told him I wish you were a Videotron guy. He said , ya, I am sorry. I was like me too.. Haven’t seen a single Videotron truck out . Not sure what kind of fix they are doing …

@Videotron I have a hard time believing the 90% figure as I know so many from different areas still out, including myself. You can't get through to support. Wait times are ridiculous. After 34 years of being a loyal customer, I will be switching also.

@Videotron Bell Fibe was online the moment electricity came back, just saying.. Videotron is still down at my dads place (J7T). I've been bugging him to switch. After this fiasco he will be.
