.@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices.

So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

@Videotron you need to provide some updates. When is service going to be restored by area for example? I hate to say it but hydro Quebec sets the standard for this, and you are an example of what not to do.

@TheSlasherChick @Videotron I’m on Fido. I’ve been doing speed checks since we lost power. I assume the network is so overloaded as we’re all trying to stream things instead of using the home internet (because all our routers are down).

@Videotron Power restored at noon yesterday. Our cable service returned mid afternoon the same day but it’s been 48 hours without internet service. At what point should I call to inquire? Thanks!

@Videotron when will internet service be restored? It is unacceptable for the outage to last this long. We have exams coming up, people are working from home ect.. and no updates from u as to when you will fix this.
