  @Videotron Today my family and I were helped by a young lady by JouJou. She went above and beyond as a customer services representative, my daughter started to be fed up of being in her stroller and Joujou took her played with her watched movies on her tablet with her.

  @RSwartz2013 @WeatherLandG I'm with Videotron, no issues except my phone is connected to a tower across the river in Quebec, about 10km away. The Rogbellus tower 1km away is showing offline.

  So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

  .@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices.

  Well that was fun. Power went out on my birthday Wednesday around 3pm, came back Friday around 8pm but Videotron was down. Finally today while I was out, the internet is back. It's been an interesting week to say the least

  @Videotron Power and hydro finished on Gohier and Saint-Louis on Thursday in Saint-Laurent yet still no internet!! Still no Videotron vehicles seen anywhere in the region. Poor service.

  @Videotron Ndg in Montreal no internet but was able to connect wifi for free in park adjacent ! Hope it get fixed today ! Appreciate the technicians wherever they are but am still frustrated by slow response some of my neighbours got their internet with other ISP already a couple of days
