    @Videotron why does the device need to be disconnected from the network in order for me to forget it on helix app? So I go find the device I don't recognize and remove it from network? Revert it back that the device can be disconnected even if on network!! That's the whole point!

    @reideltj @DrSamTheDentist @Videotron Videotron doesn't seem to give that option for iPhone. Sigh. For Android, I can do it but it's a slow workaround.

    @Videotron I've had issues with my Internet for the last few days, with ping spikes in games and dropped frames while streaming, but today everything keeps on cutting off completely between 30s and full on minutes, blinking orange, then green, even after restarting, help?

    Day 6 of @Videotron’s outage in Ottawa South. No update on when service will return. Call to support suggested it may be a month. Proceed with caution when selecting a carrier when you live near the edge. Repairs are slooooooow.

    @cuto8 @Videotron We’re approaching one week of Vidoetron’s mobile data service outage in Ottawa South. No updates from Videotron. Support said it may take a month to resolve!
