  @Videotron WHY IS YOUR DNS DOWN AND WHY DOES YOUR NEW HELIX STUFF NOT ALLOW ME TO CHANGE THE DNS SERVERS??? The old ZyXel gateway was much better but I was forced into the new one to get 400mbps (even though the old gateway was perfectly capable of that) 😡

  @Videotron would be nice to let your users know about the current internet outage. This has apparently been going on for some time, as I see many complaints over the past while...up/down, helix slow, etc..thought it was our house. Customer service??!?

  @Videotron what a joke. Internet has been intermittent for weeks now. Did a reset, now there seems to be an outage. We need to use mobile data for online classes and work from home. Tried calling tech support or chat, they just don't pick up.

  @Videotron 12,000+ people reported an outage. Videotron's lines are cut, cannot reach them... Did Videotron just full-on crash?! Everybody is working from home and there is no news from Videotron!! Fix this now!
