@ChocoPoire @Videotron Enfaite, pour faire simple, Vidéotron et même Rogers font payer la facture, toujours un mois d'avance. C'est jamais un mois en arrière ( un mois d'utilisation). J'sais pas pour les autres compagnies, mais eux c'est comme ça.

@Videotron Hi! We had a brief loss of electricity and our Helix modem is no longer able to reconnect. It's flashing orange/black. Is this a servers issue or one specifically with our gateway?

@iamjohnpollock I just spent 29 minutes trying unsuccessfully (AGAIN) to get the garbage @tsn app to connect through garbage @videotron. Giving up. One less viewer for Dynamite this week. 😤

@jacktodd46 My biggest issue as a Videotron customer is lack of access to channel websites and apps : CTV and so on. But it's been less of an issue now that I'm working from home.
