    @Videotron I’m in the same province, Ottawa and Toronto are both in Ontario! And I still have 0 bars/0 service. It’s been like this for over 4 hours

    @Videotron ....client still waiting for invoice to be fixed correctly. I was told a few weeks ago "you dont seem to understand sir, the issue is fixed and will appear next bill". Well guess what i DO understand the problem and its videotron that doesnt seem to understand.

    Videotron made life crazy with sending me the wrong order then resending another , then when I returned the first order they cancelled the corrected order and after 10 days I still now have no service and if I want it I must now pay full price upfront for equipment #videotron

    @DistributelHelp Videotron is now saying they have fixed the issue to their customers. They say to restart our devices and everything should be back. Did not work in my case.

    @lvitalis @myogui @Videotron Same here in Gatineau. I use acanac and the service leverages videotron lines.

    @Videotron interesting pattern. Reseller client: "my service is down!" Videotron: "did you contact the reseller?" Client: "yes, they confirm it's on your side." Videotron: *crickets and tumbleweeds*
