    @Delita_Hyral @Videotron Was able to talk to the customer service using live chat and apparently a technical team is already working on it. Internet should be fixed around 2 am.

    Second day in a row on hold @Videotron mobile. Yesterday was 1 hour. Today, it has been 1.5 hours. Listening to the same message about how I can do my transaction on line. They just don't give a damn about the customer.

    Without these laws, Microsoft, Bell, Videotron, etc would need to outsource support/programming to overseas countries, but instead, they can just pay garbage wages to Quebecois who can't escape and speak passable English.

    @passionthy @Rami64N @Videotron We got it back this morning, but went down again just before my shift started. And I from home, and shift ends at midnight, and they are asking to go work at the office.
