    @Videotron I've had high Ping/Latency Playing Online Games Yesturday & Today In Chateauguay, just Outside Montreal. Modem/Router restarts don't help. Is this due to the outage that's being reported in montreal?

    @benklass I believe Rogers-Québécor network sharing is only in Québec. At least it was when it was originally announced. May have been expanded since. Not sure if there is network sharing in Ottawa (which is a suburb of Gatineau to Videotron).

    I have been a customer with @virginmedia since #videotron days and I'm done with your **** customer service. Picking and choosing who you want to respond to.

    The customer service i received from @RogersHelps today, is exactly why i took 5 of my lines to videotron, unbelievable....so unfortunate that your agents don’t care anymore
