robert maccaull (@CanadianKryles) reported@Videotron my wifi works, but my ethernet connection doesn't. Ive reboot PC, router, and modem. Cant get through your phone lines for Customer service or Tech support. Sister lives 5 minutes away with no issues, so not sure if this is large scale or just me.
