    Le service à la clientèle de @Videotron est pire que celui de @Bell. Je dois être un des rares à avoir eu un excellent service Bell et de bons prix. Pas possible de négocier de bons prix pour ajouter la Helix TV parce que j’ai déjà un service d’actif. 🤯

    Hey @Videotron - on your website, it says your technical support line is 24/7, but I’ve called in the evening two separate times and it is always closed… what’s the deal?

    @lepp Well I did come across a couple of Bell VP's that had 1) Xplornet and 2) Videotron because Bell's service sucked for them. Yes, they had a nice big discount, but not free they said. We'll know this week which one is fake! ;) Either way I think positions are open on both!

    .@Bell_Policy, You & @TELUS better appeal the fixed & crooked ISED-Videotron spectrum auction court decision, maybe put less greed into your submissions and not blow it as bad as you did this time around. #CRTC Requirements to play for some, but not for others.

    @Videotron Well #Videotron needs to take a cue from #Rogers because they have the exact same remote and modem and we were able to ffwd with their service no problem. @RogersHelps

    @grantmccagg I guess you don't get helix from videotron. Never a problem Bell fixes you for a few months then play with your upload do there is always a problem 2 3 times a year

    @Videotron are you guys having issues? My internet isn't connecting to anything with helix rn. No WiFi, no Ethernet connection either :/

    Cancel that, my wife was able to do it from the User Center on the iPhone. But on that note, the functionality seems to be broken on the Android User Center app and the Videotron website, so it would be great if you can get it fixed.

    @Videotron why doesn't crave work on my Samsung tv anymore? When I went to watch it on my phone, it won't work. I'm not able to find Videotron on the crave login. Please tell me how to fix this
