@PLGilbertini If you're having problems with Videotron, its due to the DNS servers. Change your DNS settings to googles DNS 8.8.8.8 for primary 4.4.4.4 for secondary

@pxolaaaa @Videotron Videotron is having a major outage at the moment. Their DNS servers are DOWN. If you are tech savy enough, change your DNS servers in your router to Google. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Regarding Videotron Wi-Fi (DNS servers being down...) If you don't want to fiddle your router. You can also connect your computer to the router/modem using an Ethernet Cable and it should also work.
