Never take @Videotron, it's the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. Now that I have had my experience with Videotron after having had @CentreBell , I can advise you to go to Bell.

@Bryson_M What's exciting to me is the possibility that Videotron may be willing to get into the Quad play territory. Dunno if they're thinking of using 5G small cell, or becoming a national TPIA provider with an OTT solution. But that would be a game changer.

Videotron would relay heavily on Rogers for network support so Rogers would benefit by this also. Freedom has been left as sitting ducks when it comes to being competitive we see they are

It’s quite possible that if the merger is blocked, Freedom just languishes as a second tier mobile network or just eventually folds or gets sold to Videotron anyways. The indication from Shaw on why they pursued a merger was because the status quo wasn’t working.
