  If your Videotron internet is ****** up right now change the DNS to 1.1.1.1 and that should fix it 👍🏻

  @Videotron What is your ETA? I use internet to work, all of your support services are offline, phone numbers are not working and the live chat is disabled.

  @Videotron First time we have been down in four years with Vidéotron. Overall very reliable. Of course, still inconvenient to lose service when working from home. More updates would@be helpful.

  Apparently Videotron's Helix service is locked to their DNS servers and users can't change them. Can anyone confirm? That's pretty bad.
