    @Videotron il se passe quoi a prevost depuis deux jours le service est lent et intermittent c' est difficile on a eu zero com la dessus

And then there is that monster under multi-NDA's, the Bell AI file and I can't talk about that. Yeah, bad look (putting it mildly).

    @Videotron Data wiped. Cache wiped. Phone restarted. Still upset I have to call, because it's not MY issue There are days that mobile companies should remember that porting a phone is faster than waiting in the queue for tech support...

    @startreaments videotron :’( it’s not supposed to be a bad one but it’s always crashing when it gets cloudy for some reason ..

    Day 4 back with @Videotron . I should never have left you for Bell.But yesterday,half my channels were gone and I had to reboot the receiver and call Videotron,but they fixed it right away.

    @fizz_ca It's fine. I understand it's a service problem out of your control, but accidents like this put a dent in other people's income and you need to have a faster team when you're offering service to rival big companies like bell and videotron.
