@Bryson_M What's exciting to me is the possibility that Videotron may be willing to get into the Quad play territory. Dunno if they're thinking of using 5G small cell, or becoming a national TPIA provider with an OTT solution. But that would be a game changer.

It’s now done, the @Videotron landline account is closed. It’s going to be a lot of work to notify schools, work, doctors, offices, and God knows who else, but I could no longer trust this service.

@Bryson_M The problem is that promises were made to the 2007 class of new entrants (of which only Videotron and Eastlink remain ( Wind was sold so not sure original promises still binding). Govt agreed to shield them from new competition.

Never take @Videotron, it's the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. Now that I have had my experience with Videotron after having had @CentreBell , I can advise you to go to Bell.

@lizaledwards You can move with your number to a different service provider. I moved with mine from Fido to Videotron without any problems.
