@andreas_indro @Videotron It’s the outage affecting our services . When gateway goes orange/amber . It means no connection coming from Vidéotron and it’s nothing to do with your gateway !

@MarkomDave Champagne isn’t bad. Only negative is Rogers deal, and that’s only a surface-level negative, a misinterpretation by those either unwilling to look for or plainly unaware of the deal as a whole (competition WILL increase due to Videotron deal + potential legislative actions)

@Videotron It’s still down here since 2 pm !!! I live in ville st Laurent !!! You better fix it before Sunday!!!!!! We are paying a lot of money then you can’t fix it !!! It has been over 6 hours ! This is ridiculous

@Videotron 2 trucks parked infront of my house....guys smoking and talking for like 1.5hrs then got back in there truck and left. Still no service

@Videotron can u maybe try to be part of the solution instead of the problem? Like cmon. I’ve seen a million bell trucks out. Vidéotron sits on their *** waiting for the Easter bunny to help them. Absolutely useless.

@Videotron Videotron should have back up systems in place in the event of any kind of extreme weather, NOT ACCEPTABLE SERVICE at all! We need better than this! and credits to ALL of videotrons clients!

@Videotron Soooo your tech support says 2 hours max till service restoration. 3 hours later and 30 mins on hold no internet and no one to talk to. Guess it's time for @Bell since you guys have failed to meet the terms of your own contract I will be canceling with 0 cancelation fees

@Videotron You should solidify your network as bell in oir building has never gone offline. Maybe backup power other thwn batteries would be to be considered?
