Spoke to supervisors who were extremely condescending. No one has provided any type of resolution. I started with 2 connections with you guys and now i’m done. Its ridiculous. @Videotron will be running to you guys, i need actual customer service.

@FRPC_FRPC Reminds me of the wireless code (if I recall right). Was a fight about the word "customer versus consumer". Audience encompasses all for the Bell/Rogers/Telus/Videotron AdTech industry, not necessarily broadcast objectives... IMO, off the top of my head.

@BionicStephan @mitchgarber @Videotron Videotron will always try to get away with crap.. You have to stay on top of them.. I call them at least once a year.. Don’t be shy and give them a call and please hit English service!
