The CRTC's decision is in response to a complaint from Videotron against Bell, Rogers and Telus, claiming that the Big Three were inflating the costs of wireless devices in order to charge higher cancellation fees.

Never take @Videotron, it's the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. Now that I have had my experience with Videotron after having had @Bell, I can advise you to go to Bell.

@slimyswampghost man this sucks. Everyone in Canada had cool video stores and i had "Superclub Videotron" where you could buy cable boxes and rent movies and games. kinda wild how the TV people were ALSO in the market of giving alternatives to TV though.
