  • lekkman lekkman (@lekkman) reported

@Videotron The zoom option is not on. All other channels are fine. I don't think calling you would resolve the issue. It is clearly not a problem with my equipment/settings. But thanks anyway.

  • hwoarangtag hwoarangtag (@hwoarangtag) reported

@Videotron outage since 16h08. 4 hours later and still no internet. Maybe another Rogers incident?

  • Videotron Videotron (@Videotron) reported

Notice to our customers | The Ukraine 24 channel ceased operations on July 21, 2022 and is therefore no longer available. Videotron is pleased to have been able to help the Ukrainian Canadian community stay informed by making Ukraine 24 available free of charge.

  • HasanHaiNL Hasan Hai 🧜🏾‍♂️ (He/Him) (@HasanHaiNL) reported

Ah, once I manually switched the network to a new one (I chose Videotron), issue is resolved. Wild that Rogers is STILL having trouble!

  • Eversharpe Mathieu Lussier (@Eversharpe) reported

@Videotron internet down for almost 30 mins now. Why so many service interruptions midday in the past couple weeks. This is the longest though.

  • gregg_lowden Gregg Lowden 🇨🇦 (He/Him, homme) (@gregg_lowden) reported

@AnthonyLacavera @MobileSyrup It's regional and has to seen beyond bellybutton lint in ON or BC. Videotron in QC, Cogeco in the East. Shaw formerly centre. Telus West. Robellus somewhat majority of larger urban centres. Down to Robell when merger completes.

  • AnjaKaradeglija Anja Karadeglija (@AnjaKaradeglija) reported

Most of Canada has two main wireline network options - the traditional telco (Bell, Telus, SaskTel) and the cableco (Rogers, Shaw, Videotron). Building a third wireline network to compete with that across the country doesn't make financial sense.

  • Nightwings95M Nightwings95MTL (@Nightwings95M) reported

After review the bill I called the customer service of Vidéotron they changed 4 people and can’t solve the problem it’s a disappointment @Videotron

  • marceldehetre Marcel de Hêtre (@marceldehetre) reported

@Videotron Problem still not resolved; can’t really use the internet (work, streaming, cloud, email) because you never know when the connection will drop. Going on the third week of this “disagreement” with no end in sight… 🤬🤬🤬 calling won’t do any good “we’re aware of your problems…”

  • itsyaboimaxoo m🔥x (@itsyaboimaxoo) reported

@tysmo @sloughberryred Thing is there is no VoLTE with Fizz, and the Videotron network isn’t that great.. Fizz doesn’t do 5G either
