@Videotron still charged me upfront $388+ tax with installation fees of $60 even though I chose to pay in $12 for 24 months. When my bill came out on July 9th, I called customer service. They told me it was a mistake and that they would see what they could do. Lol

I switched to @Videotron on June 8th 2021. They offered their high speed internet service, Helix with no installation fees. They gave me 2 options: - Pay for equipment upfront: $388+ tax OR - Pay $12 + tax/month for 24 months. I went with the 2nd option. But guess what?

@fagstein @Videotron No internet problem on my Videotron account but two days ago I did notice my Videotron PVR cable box's time display was lagging by seven minutes!! Never saw that before. Just putting it out there.

I got 400 m/bits with Videotron and I swear I have no lag, never had problem with price, NEVER HAD PROBLEM TO GET THE RIGHT ANSWER BECAUSE THE PEOPLE WHO YOU TALK TOO KNOW YOUR LANGUAGE AND KNOW WHAT THEIR TALKING ABOUT! @SBishayIRIS @fanCRTCProfling @Rogers The only issue is 4G VoLTE. It only works with a phone supported by Videotron. That doesn't include uleFone. And yet, my Armor 6E worked flawlessly in Japan. I still have to test my new Armor 12 with a voice call on Videotron's 5G network to see if it remains 5G.

Cancel that, my wife was able to do it from the User Center on the iPhone. But on that note, the functionality seems to be broken on the Android User Center app and the Videotron website, so it would be great if you can get it fixed.
