    Don't ever go to @Videotron. Worst customer service ever. They make a mistake and you still gotta pay for it.

    Thanks to the @Videotron Twitter team for the follow up and taking charge of my case when the call center was no able to do it. Really appreciate the help and resolution.

    I switched to @Videotron on June 8th 2021. They offered their high speed internet service, Helix with no installation fees. They gave me 2 options: - Pay for equipment upfront: $388+ tax OR - Pay $12 + tax/month for 24 months. I went with the 2nd option. But guess what?

    @fagstein @Videotron No internet problem on my Videotron account but two days ago I did notice my Videotron PVR cable box's time display was lagging by seven minutes!! Never saw that before. Just putting it out there.

    @lesleychestrman @Bell_Support Good for you! Bell customer service sucks. I dumped them years ago and have been a happy Videotron client ever since.

    @Videotron still charged me upfront $388+ tax with installation fees of $60 even though I chose to pay in $12 for 24 months. When my bill came out on July 9th, I called customer service. They told me it was a mistake and that they would see what they could do. Lol

    @Videotron I've had high Ping/Latency Playing Online Games Yesturday & Today In Chateauguay, just Outside Montreal. Modem/Router restarts don't help. Is this due to the outage that's being reported in montreal?

    @AKOvO47 @Videotron I called @videotron and they told me there is an outage in outremont area, not sure how large or how many people it affects. I havent had wifi since 2:30pm

    @Videotron I have had multiple calls on 17-18 , and today as well with no resolution. Please note I am in India and calling Videotron from Skype credit . Now again you are asking me to call Videotron customer care ? Please let me know how would you sort this out ?
