I switched to @Videotron on June 8th 2021. They offered their high speed internet service, Helix with no installation fees. They gave me 2 options: - Pay for equipment upfront: $388+ tax OR - Pay $12 + tax/month for 24 months. I went with the 2nd option. But guess what?

2am thunderstrike overhead fried my Google wifi, Videotron cable modem, a network switch and possibly my ethernet card on my main PC. Very glad I kept a backup router so I can at least get internal services (Plex) back up.

@Videotron still charged me upfront $388+ tax with installation fees of $60 even though I chose to pay in $12 for 24 months. When my bill came out on July 9th, I called customer service. They told me it was a mistake and that they would see what they could do. Lol

@PapiDitzyHarpy @GinoHard_ The language barrier is a pretty weak argument! In Quebec, we’re practically all bilingual and the Montreal Canadiens don’t seem to have any problem! Yes, the market is small, but at least the Videotron Centre would be full for every game!

Watched the game last night on SNE, and had access to it on the other Snet channels too of course I turned it off in the 3rd when they were down 4-1 in the 3rd but still. @Bell_Support hey bell we live in hull and this is the 3rd service interruption in 3 weeks. We pay 275$ a month for internet, cell, tv with bell we are now going to switch over to videotron worse internet but atleast they dont have vandalism issues every week

@PringleJosh Hi. I'm a resident tenant at AGORA. Internet/tv included in rent signed LEASE- WAS NEVER DONE= NO INTERNET SINCE JULY 2024. Centurion my landlord/owner facilitator of internet/tv corporative account Vidéotron monopoly provider- ony only authotized by CRTC- no personal interbet/tv accounts TAL ruled against me told me I have to appeal. I am to Cour Supérieur du Québec for punitive damages, stress & compensation due to loss of income vs Centurion & Vidéotron who colluded fraudulently vs me & my son to TAL. I'm on disability broke my neck in 1999 an ARTIST I CAN'T TEACH OR SELL ART. We must go public. Help me make this happen.
