So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

@cbcmarketplace @CBC @cbcgem I’ll also add the hat the Rogers merger with Shaw needs to be stopped. It’s great Shaw is going to sell its phone service to Videotron in QB as part of the “conditions” for Quebec and ONLY Quebec. It should not be allowed.

i took the day off to finish thesis instead i've dealt with all videotron issues and sent updated report to my *** of a teacher bUT ALSO i attended the consultation with my thesis supervisor and i sent her everything i have so far so she could leave comments on the doc as i work
