Mario Romero (@PeruFlashback) reported@StuntmanStutzle @Videotron I called them and they told me that we can apply for a credit only if the service has been down for more than 48 hours. And the credit is not automatic, you have to call and ask for it. Incredible.

With that said, it shows you have an inferior structure compared to Bell and furthermore, unprepared to handle such an outage in a timely manner.
