@Videotron Dont think its a terminal issue, we have 3, and the channel isnt working on any of them. Come to think of it, NBA network isn't working either, this definitely coming from you guys or the networks itself. Please verify on your end.

12 hours later and still no ****** internet. Good job @Videotron and your amazing customer service that just keeps telling us it will come back eventually. Streaming is a job and needs internet. I swear for no service this long we better get credit back

So pissed off. Mid stream having a good time and @Videotron internet went to ****. Been now 4 hours and still not back up. Don’t you love paying for the highest quality and get **** in service. They can’t even tell when it will be back. Sadly no streaming anymore tonight :(

Just got the phone hung up in my face by @Videotron csr Louis Eric and told they will sue my mother for overcharging her a 1500 invoice. That is grade A customer service.

@Z_E_R_C Never had problems with Videotron. Bell feels like a bundle of problems even if the deals are better. I've been with teksavvy that uses the same Videotron network and is cheaper. You could try that?

@howardknopf @googlenews @CRTCeng All that data collected via Stir-Shaken, huge amount, w/ location data, pooled to Rogers, Bell, Telus, Shaw and Videotron for their own use. And then there is that monster under multi-NDA's, the Bell AI file and I can't talk about that. Yeah, bad look (putting it mildly).
