If you decide to register your business and need a provider PLEASE DO NOT USE @Videotron They are the worst. Overpriced and their customer service is the worst. I’ve been on the line over 1h 30 and they keep transferring me like a ping pong ball! 🏓

2am thunderstrike overhead fried my Google wifi, Videotron cable modem, a network switch and possibly my ethernet card on my main PC. Very glad I kept a backup router so I can at least get internal services (Plex) back up.

@Videotron I've been a loyal client for the last 17 years. I don't know who's making the big decisions in your company, but (s)he is a ******* idiot. In the span of about one year you went from the best ISP in town to one of the worst. Time to move.

@Videotron Yes it's compatible. I am using a Poco M4 Pro 5G currently on Telus. I have VoLTE and I am able to roam in the US. I just know it only works on the T-Mobile network when roaming.

@Bryson_M The problem is that promises were made to the 2007 class of new entrants (of which only Videotron and Eastlink remain ( Wind was sold so not sure original promises still binding). Govt agreed to shield them from new competition.
