Overpriced and their customer service is the worst. I’ve been on the line over 1h 30 and they keep transferring me like a ping pong ball! 🏓

Also, they are always of the "videotron" or whatever it's called and never at the ant-like figure on the stage. If you don't have "camera seats" take a hard pass.

Last few years had constant problems in renting films whereby it would play for 30 mins if I was incredibly lucky then freeze so stopped renting films.

It’s most likely a tower issue or something. Idk. I don’t work for the telecoms. I have great reception on many of the side streets connecting to Quebec as I drove many of them but not all.
