No TV and no internet and I can’t get a hold of anyone to tell me if I’m connecting equipment properly or not?

My mom has power. However her building uses @Videotron for the entrance buzzer system & her phone, internet & cable. The whole system has been down since Wednesday and we can't get in touch with her unless we drive over. She's 85 and alone like most of the people in her building
