Problèmes avec mes enregistrements sur #Helix depuis 3 jours… J’ai vu que je n’étais pas seule @Videotron. C’est généralisé ou j’appelle le service à la clientèle avec qui je suis rendue chum parce que j’ai tellement appelé de fois pour mon Hélix? 🙄

@Toassterr @Videotron I was able to get a hold of a technical support agent fortunately. The agent was helpful. Who ever is managing this videotron's twitter is not.

@Videotron Where is the customer support? No one answering the phone, no one answering the chat... what kind of service is this? An occasional tweet about some questionable percentage is not very helpful at all.

@Videotron Ndg in Montreal no internet but public wifi is working thanks to city park nearby!Hope it get fixed 2day! Appreciate the technicians wherever they are but am still frustrated by slow response some of my neighbours got their internet with other ISP at least 2 days
