  Internet supposed to be incl in rent- lease agreement between me & Centurion. Centurion & Vidéotron have an agreement. Vidéotron technician installed my old router continuing service I'd canceled, refused to give me router re Centurion internet account. I had internet for 3 months. Vidéotron said no one was paying for it.

  @GagnSbastien I live in Montreal.. called Vidéotron and they have an outage in my area. Could take 3-4hrs to repair.. it wasn't even declared before I called 😫

  @fagstein Have you heard through any of your sources if Videotron/Helix has found a solution or work around to fix their recording playback problem?
