.@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices.

@caiobchi @cmaconthehill @CityNewsKIT Videotron competition lowered prices in Quebec. Much like MTS + Sasktel did in MB / SK. Competition for the big 3. Videotron has service outside of QC, in Ottawa, same prices as QC. The big 3 and their flanker brands would not match prices of Videotron in Ottawa. We switched.

So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

@Videotron Today my family and I were helped by a young lady by JouJou. She went above and beyond as a customer services representative, my daughter started to be fed up of being in her stroller and Joujou took her played with her watched movies on her tablet with her.

@RSwartz2013 @WeatherLandG I'm with Videotron, no issues except my phone is connected to a tower across the river in Quebec, about 10km away. The Rogbellus tower 1km away is showing offline.

@itsreallypaulh @myworldtaw I agree Videotron plans and customer service is great. We have 4 phones with them, each with 20GB/month +100GB extra per year, for $45 per phone

I'm still debating, they are offering a 55" TV but I'm not getting cable do I still want a big TV where would I put stage lol

Dude! Honestly videotron helix tv yesterday bugged the entire Argentina vs Croatia match. Missed the penalty kick from Messi and today they send me an email saying there’s a fees increase. Lol talk about bad timing videotron. This is one piss off latina now. #Quebec

@Videotron Last Saturday, I switched from Fizz 120mb/s to Videotron 400mb/s. With Fizz I received constant 125-130mb/s, never went below 120mb. Videotron speed is jumping between 50-300mb/s. Out of 30+ speed tests, I got 400mb/s only twice, and in evening night speed is between 50-60mb/s.

I said go to the #CCTS cuz I am at a loss as to why Videotron is refusing her service. I mean she's 75-yrs old. After fighting she said she is doing what I said but refuses to say she is 75-yrs old. I told her this is important to be document how seniors are treated. #CRTC

Would not Videotron face same issue? Counsel: no, because Videotron will upgrade the Freedom network (Freedom has always been behind) so it can compete with the current successful incumbents. (Q from me: if Freedom customers are budget customers, where will they get service?)
