  .@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices. #Videotron

  @itsreallypaulh @myworldtaw I agree Videotron plans and customer service is great. We have 4 phones with them, each with 20GB/month +100GB extra per year, for $45 per phone

  @Videotron As you can see from my handle I don’t hear very well...telephone service is not great for me.

  @RSwartz2013 @WeatherLandG I'm with Videotron, no issues except my phone is connected to a tower across the river in Quebec, about 10km away. The Rogbellus tower 1km away is showing offline.

  If you are using @videotron @fizz_ca internet service change your DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (Google’s DNS) and Internet will work again.

  @Videotron my wifi connection is not working .... I have a 9-5 Monday to Friday and I work from home on my computer ..... how do you want me to do my job ?!

  Apparently Videotron's Helix service is locked to their DNS servers and users can't change them. Can anyone confirm? That's pretty bad.
