  .@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices.

  @itsreallypaulh @myworldtaw I agree Videotron plans and customer service is great. We have 4 phones with them, each with 20GB/month +100GB extra per year, for $45 per phone

  @RSwartz2013 @WeatherLandG I'm with Videotron, no issues except my phone is connected to a tower across the river in Quebec, about 10km away. The Rogbellus tower 1km away is showing offline.

Watched the game last night on SNE, and had access to it on the other Snet channels too of course I turned it off in the 3rd when they were down 4-1 in the 3rd but still.   If you have a business please do NOT use @Videotron nor Vidéotron Affaire. They are the worst. I’ve been on the line for 1:20 being pass around like it’s a ********! All I’m trying to do is paid them and ask about my plan…that’s the worst part 🥲
