.@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices.

So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

@TheGraceful_1 If you’re tuned to CBS and you’re getting programming that CBS isn’t broadcasting, then it shouldn’t be substituted, and that’s a problem with Videotron.

@nickbackovic You're forgetting the best part When this played, it caused Videotron's Helix service to crash for a ton of people for several hours. So the message telling everyone to stay home and not have NYE party comes and takes away people's ability to stay home and watch TV
