    .@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices.

    Hey @Videotron, the tech support handle shown in the customer centre app @videotron24_7 doesn't seem to exist.

    @Videotron Too bad there is no mechanism to notice that kind of activity and trigger a rapid investigation and tracing. These scammers need severe punishment. I am alert and ignore them, but they hurt many vulnerable people. The calls are the first step in very nasty crimes.

    @pcinnovation @Bell_Support @Videotron Yea I’m with freedom cause the price plans were attractive. Terrible service. I was actually considering videotron next phone I get.

    @Videotron Are you guys having problems with Samsung 4K PVRs similar to past 2 weeks? Once again it’s stuck at 10:57. Unplugging/replugging power has it go through a shorter boot time to stop and freeze at “1057”

    @Bell_FR Wait what? I got 400 m/bits with Videotron and I swear I have no lag, never had problem with price, NEVER HAD PROBLEM TO GET THE RIGHT ANSWER BECAUSE THE PEOPLE WHO YOU TALK TOO KNOW YOUR LANGUAGE AND KNOW WHAT THEIR TALKING ABOUT! NO FREIGH HIDING OR WHAT EVER! TAKE NOTE BELL!

    Why do I keep missing CBS bonus coverage of NFL on @videotron ? Instead of reverting to CBS feed I'm forced to watch CTV/TSN highlights show. Sim sub fail.

    @ThoughtSlime @Bell Dude, switch to Videotron. They're bad too but Bell is like notoriously awful.
