.@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices.

So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

@zaheedonism @Videotron 400/50 for the whole home. I’ve got most stuff hooked up via hardwire (thank goodness for MoCA adapters!) but even then our Sunday night speeds have always been horrid.

@jacktodd46 I used to have a roku but it was slow. We then got an apple tv and it was soooo much faster. Then a 4k tv and another apple tv 4k. You can do anything with that. We have the Videotron 4k terminal that can record 8 shows.

It’s absolutely unacceptable that in 2021 @Videotron cannot offer proper internet service. Our internet has been disconnecting continuously since Saturday! 😤😤😤

Not impressed with Videotron...since high school they’ve been collecting by credit card my payments. Not a single missed payment. I cancel my plan by another provider. They send the last bill to my last address...then a few months later a collection agency calls me...wtf!?! Mf...
