So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

.@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices. #Videotron

@Videotron For not just Videotron but the others as well, it seems like the ETA to restore the Internet service is 3h30 PM today. Looks like we'll hit the 24 hour no service mark.

@Videotron So found a forum, and was able to switch from AT&T to TMobile and it works for now. But apparently it will stop working in July - luckily my videotron contract stops before so I can switch Networks. Too bad you guys became a joke network with no more US partners.

Hey @Videotron . Currently in the US on roaming using daily traveller pass - but phone calls do not work. As soon as I call it just hangs and up and says call ended. I cannot even call 611 for tech support. Any Ideas?

@Zyltis dont worry, I work in IT so I know my way around things, I just find it annoying that I need to login on the website to setup port forward which should be done locally >_> We switched to videotron recently and this router's a massive downgrade. Cant even set a custom dhcp client
