Much like MTS + Sasktel did in MB / SK. Competition for the big 3. Videotron has service outside of QC, in Ottawa, same prices as QC. The big 3 and their flanker brands would not match prices of Videotron in Ottawa. We switched.

Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices. #Videotron

The Tribunal put great weight on how competitive backhaul markets were & how that would underpin the success of Videotron as a replacement for Freedom Mobile & even as a new rival for bundled ISP & TV services. We randomly DC for 30 seconds literally every game/few times a game. Only LOL.
