@Videotron my internet is out it’s been 2 hours, could you guys help me?

  • FrankoCDN Frank (@FrankoCDN) reported

@Videotron Are you guys having problems with Samsung 4K PVRs similar to past 2 weeks? Once again it’s stuck at 10:57. Unplugging/replugging power has it go through a shorter boot time to stop and freeze at “1057”

  • taralynneR Tara (@taralynneR) reported

@Videotron Have to say how disappointed I am with the level of customer service from Videotron. I feel that the multiple customer service representatives I have spoken with over the last 2 weeks have not been honest with me about the shipping of the phone I ordered.

  • Deadly_JSay Jean-Luc Hurlbut (@Deadly_JSay) reported

@Videotron network is down. DNS issues.. again. Sigh

  • mesklinite Francois Messier (@mesklinite) reported

@Valskuiken @Marri @montrealmarc Yes, and if you were having tech issues with videotron. I would assume the same issues with fizz.

  • RogerPalfree Roger Palfree (@RogerPalfree) reported

@Videotron Too bad there is no mechanism to notice that kind of activity and trigger a rapid investigation and tracing. These scammers need severe punishment. I am alert and ignore them, but they hurt many vulnerable people. The calls are the first step in very nasty crimes.

  • SnowLeopard1971 SnowLeopard71 (@SnowLeopard1971) reported

@Videotron Thank-you for the quick reply! (sure beats Google support) I actually already have a pre-order with the google store since the 25th that their support promises will be shipped "any day now". I would have cancelled that and picked one up today in-store had it been available.

  • xTallMatt TallMatt (@xTallMatt) reported

bro @Videotron please stop doing me ***** with my Internet connection, fr I've had to buy a long-*** Ethernet cable to plug into the modem two floors up just to be able to stream, and even now I can't rely on THAT for a consistent upload ******* tired of this **** man, oh my god

  • Martin94969570 Marty the rock (@Martin94969570) reported

@montrealmarc TekSaavy. Super reliable. I've had zero issues since I switched from Bell/Videotron a few years ago.
