CuervoenMontreal 🇦🇷🇨🇦 (@CuervoenCanada) reported@Videotron I have Helix since January. The noise from de modem is impossible to support. Videotron change the modem for a new one (same model) and it is noise as much as the first one.

Sebastien Nadeau (@SebastienNadeau) reported@PMercier31 EBox is a provider like Videotron or Rogers. The Network portal asks your provider's credentials when you have a paid subscription. It merely acts as a auth process, like when you use your Facebook account to login to another website

Self-service works well and the perks/bonuses are nice. Any problems I have are the same as I had with my previous ISP and likely due to Videotron hardware
