    @Videotron No problem. I know you were busy. We got it back Tuesday. Thank you. I did use most of my 24 GB of mobile data though... I still have quite a bit of the 20 GB monthly bonus left... but will the data be cut off if I get to the end of that 20 GBs before the cycle finishes on May 6?

    @Videotron Honestly if your plan is to work on the network starting at 9:30PM, you could at least have the decency to apologize to your customers before doing it!

    @RayRay001122 @Videotron I’ve had power back since Thursday. We called today and they’re blaming Hydro Quebec without offering any solutions. Were rogers and other cell companies are offering discounts/free Data until the 16th, while they have nothing to do with the outage or our videotron WIFI

    @Videotron internet not working in J7T area. Comes and goes. For those that work from home, this is unacceptable. Please, at least, check why!

    @Bell, you really need to start offering better internet packages if you want me as a customer. 5mb download and 680kb upload for 60$ a month is crazy, I'll stay with videotron

    @Videotron My phone and internet finally came back on Friday but I can not connect to wifi. It would be really nice if Videotron could tell me where it is still down so I don't waste and hour thinking it is on my end. VSL
