@Videotron BOO! Y'all have provided ZERO information to your clients and have SHOWN you do not care. Idk who runs this account but 100% switching to bell after this terrible service

@Videotron An outage map would be useful to know if it’s the network or just my helix terminal that’s the problem and if there’s even a technician coming to fix it (eventually). I’m in Pointe-Claire.

@troybeno @Videotron Day 6 here. I don't even bother calling as it's clear they have no clue when it will be back. I understand there was a storm and all, but for it the issue to persist this long is ridiculous. I'm switching to Bell as soon as I can get someone on the phone to cancel.

@Videotron Once again I’m calling BS on your post. How can you say 95% has been restored? Restored means working yet my internet service keeps turning on and off. Mostly off. You seem to be the only provider with issues

@Videotron We have never been disappointed in the last 2 years of being with Videotron. This is the first time that I am shocked that we had no cell service the first 2 days of the outage and still no internet or home phone going in 4+ days. I don’t get it…

@Videotron wow .. judging by the comments, users have gotten dumber and nastier and even less grateful than when I was still handling tech support. I don't know how you put up with it .. if it was Me I'd just click the switch off and leave the ungrateful ******** without

@Videotron My phone and internet finally came back on Friday but I can not connect to wifi. It would be really nice if Videotron could tell me where it is still down so I don't waste and hour thinking it is on my end. VSL

@Videotron Again, was back last evening for a few hours but went down around 11pm and is still out this morning. I’ve had Interner a few hours a day for the last 4-5 days. What’s going on? Feels like a 3rd world country with rolling blackouts

@RayRay001122 @Videotron I’ve had power back since Thursday. We called today and they’re blaming Hydro Quebec without offering any solutions. Were rogers and other cell companies are offering discounts/free Data until the 16th, while they have nothing to do with the outage or our videotron WIFI
