@Videotron Therefore, I don’t think a status update as to when service will be restored is an unreasonable expectation. This allows us as customers to make arrangements as needed. Last i checked, Videotron is not paying for me to take a sick day from work…

@Videotron TekSavvy is being totally screwed right now, they cannot even reach you., they get a busy signal 24 hours a day. They use your network. Mostly no internet for a few days now. This sucks for people who work from home.

@Videotron An outage map is DEFINITELY something you need to work on. I appreciate the unlimited data on my phone but I cannot run my other 20 devices tethered to it. I hope I am not required to call AGAIN to get compensation. This should be automatic for all customers.

@Videotron home phone, tv, Internet all out of service. Mobility service extremely slow. It’s been two days now, I live in Ahuntsic, estimate of when services will return?? Also, #Videotron better offer a heavy discount on my services or I’m going back to bell.
