TAL ruled against me. I'm waiting for them to adhere to QC Canadian & Global Regs.

The Tribunal put great weight on how competitive backhaul markets were & how that would underpin the success of Videotron as a replacement for Freedom Mobile & even as a new rival for bundled ISP & TV services.
