@ArizonaCoyotes Move to Quebec City. Videotron Centre holds 18,000 people. This is absolutely absurd. @NHL you cannot allow this ridiculous crap. #Nordiques

@Videotron I called technical support over an hour and a half ago since my Helix stopped working. They told me there was an outage and they were working on it. Still no Internet and I can’t find any evidence that there’s an outage online anywhere.

It sucks so much that @Videotron insists we buy newer and newer internet options to make sure it actually works and like 6 months later, it's always crap. I can't even have a skype call right now. What am I even paying for?

Spoke to someone very helpful and friendly about tech issues I was having with my internet provider. Gave them a perfect score on the customer survey. So glad I switched from Videotron/Rogers, which always sent me through the infinite circles of automated-response hell.

@Videotron Helix really makes me miss coaxial cable. This tech just isn't there, and integrating it into our household has been nothing but problems.

@Lloyd_Deer I’m with Videotron too. I called them. They take note of the number and then a new scammer comes in (or the same with a different number, I wonder it’s it’s as bad with bell, Fido etc.)

@Videotron Once again, we’re affected by another outage and your agent has put me on hold for over 10 minutes trying to find out why or ETAs. I’ve been on helix for less than a month now and this is the second time I’m calling about outage.
