    @Videotron No problem. I know you were busy. We got it back Tuesday. Thank you. I did use most of my 24 GB of mobile data though... I still have quite a bit of the 20 GB monthly bonus left... but will the data be cut off if I get to the end of that 20 GBs before the cycle finishes on May 6?

    @Videotron Will you reset bonus monthly/yearly data? It would be unfair to have lost a good percentage of it due to internet being down.

    My internet provider is pissing me off. Tomorrow is D day. Either they fix it permanently or I switch to Bell. @Videotron @Bell

    @Videotron internet not working in J7T area. Comes and goes. For those that work from home, this is unacceptable. Please, at least, check why!

    And all 3 also operate under their own names So you got a total of 9 different carriers, but in reality it's actually 3 Videotron, Freedom, and Sasktel are the only independent cell providers in Canada There was MTS (Manitoba Telecom Service) but Bell took them over in 2017

    @lumpybag @Videotron You're going to switch to Bell? LOL..I guess you have no clue how bad they are. I left bell 20 years ago...best thing ever! Videotron's customer service is much better, you know, you can also call instead of messaging them on twitter.
