    @AcanacInc I work from home and have lost many hours of my salary because of this crap. Videotron is up and running already and Acanac cannot solve the issue. What's up with that? I'll be looking for another ISP.

    @Videotron are you going to acknowledge your outage that affects Acanac clients? Are you going to fix it? They confirmed that the issue is on your end.

Rather than Telus (and other carriers, eg. Bell, Rogers, Videotron, etc.) selling data to PHAC perhaps its public obligation as 6/
