@Videotron #outage #OutageAlert There's no outage! They just updated their DNS server! Most device won't update it if they are already connected to your network! "Clear network settings" or "Forget this network" or "Reset network settings"! If this does not work use Google DNS!

@madhi19 Videotron has several redundant DNS servers. They’re all down. It’s unclear why.

@Videotron If your phone network is still working: You can access the internet if you change your DNS to 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4. Videotron's DNS servers are completely down. Go to your Network Properties, then select TCP/IPv4 and click on Properties, you'll see the DNS options at the bottom.

@MitchyD @Videotron We keep losing internet service really late at night, around 2AM or so. It's happens about 2-3 times per week (for the past 6ish months) and it suuucks.
