    @jacquesbegood @Videotron I was told by customer service that updates are being loaded so this may be a problem for a few weeks

    @Videotron city crews put my neighbor's cable on my property. he told me you're only showing up in two weeks to reconnect the service...does that mean it will be hanging from the post and hanging down onto my front lawn for that long?

    @JaredDapena Not sure if they’re out east, but I switched to videotron years ago. With their bring your own device rate it’s much cheaper and way better service than all the big 3

    @fagstein Have you heard through any of your sources if Videotron/Helix has found a solution or work around to fix their recording playback problem?
