    @theJagmeetSingh @BurnabyFireDept @IAFF323 On Nov. 8, the #QMI editor went to meet a Videotron client who had filed a Small Claims lawsuit to threaten her on behalf of #Videotron. If you don't withdraw your complaint, I'll make you lose your job.

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

    Basically we have Bell, Videotron, rogers & Telus paying CNOC for #CRTC regulatory filings, hidden for a ~ year. People supposed to trust CNOC ever again as if they represent & are a voice for "independent internet service providers". They are lip flappers for incumbents.

  • CPComm Campbell Patterson (@CPComm) reported

    @quaid_jennifer How can the Minister signal he will likely approve the deal if Videotron buys Freedom and not know what enforceability mechanisms are required? It would be like a Chief Justice of a Competition Tribunal saying a decision needs to be expedited before he sees all the evidence.

    @acoyne Do not understand all of this,but one thing I do know is that as a Quebec resident Videotron cell phone service is Not available everywhere in Canada. 4 years ago was told this directly by Videotron .Guess this merger will change that?

    @MikeJef52847703 @uproarcapital I’m in Montreal and have been a videotron (QBR) customer for several years and am satisfied. Service interruption/billing issues are rare. If they can replicate their operational success on Freedom then it should be fine. But it also depends on how much west hate QC I guess…

    @Videotron WOULD NEVER

  • CPComm Campbell Patterson (@CPComm) reported

    @peternowak How will the Minister monitor, report, and enforce violations? What remedies will there be for subscribers? For what period of time are the Minister's orders in effect? What are the consequences if Rogers and Videotron fail to follow the Minister's order?

  • ShawnGoldwater Shawn Goldwater (@ShawnGoldwater) reported

    @perreaux There you go. In my case, Bell not even knowing that the cable was cut led them to offer me a new modem - which had never worked properly despite years of my complaining. If I knew then what I know now I would have stayed with Videotron.
