    @Videotron i worked to install ur service cables , i saw the state of ur network... if folks knew how low standards specs to install ur cables they woud never call videotron for services. gladly starlink will choke u guy's out !

    @Videotron Is the internet down in Gatineau? My Helix Fi 2 gateway has a white light but I can't see my own wifi network? It just disappeared Using my phone data to check the status/setting on my Helix Fi 2. The Helix Fi app say it online Still cant see my own wifi network?
