  @Videotron Today my family and I were helped by a young lady by JouJou. She went above and beyond as a customer services representative, my daughter started to be fed up of being in her stroller and Joujou took her played with her watched movies on her tablet with her.

  So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

Watched the game last night on SNE, and had access to it on the other Snet channels too of course I turned it off in the 3rd when they were down 4-1 in the 3rd but still.   @FreedomMobile Take me back to before internet. 3 weeks after you force me to convert to Videotron there is now an outage. This isn’t acceptable. I work from home and now can’t work. Do better.

  @GagnSbastien I live in Montreal.. called Vidéotron and they have an outage in my area. Could take 3-4hrs to repair.. it wasn't even declared before I called 😫
