The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

She went above and beyond as a customer services representative, my daughter started to be fed up of being in her stroller and Joujou took her played with her watched movies on her tablet with her.

Vidéotron more than happy to pay my 900$ bill they manufactured when they refused to give me a local phone # & forced me to keep so I could still have internet- They used this bill to disconnect it anyway & openly admitted to denying me router/access to Centrurion Corporative Intrrnet/tv account- the only CRTC authorized internet/tv account at my location- Global 15 minute city Agora in Gatineau. My lease should guarantee me. So what I'm poor I can't survive w/out internet- no one can bit especially me a as a disabled artist! I SIGNED THE LEASE. IT'S TOO LATE. LEASE IS TREATY. I'M SO ANGRY. I've been without internet since Oct 2024

Linda Moll (@LindaMoll22169) reported@MartinSLewis Not in the last 6 months but was a Virgin Media customer from when it was Videotron, then Mercury, etc so about 28 years. Last few years had constant problems in renting films whereby it would play for 30 mins if I was incredibly lucky then freeze so stopped renting films.

Morin (@MorinLoL1) reported@drewlevin IDK if you are able to put me in contact with the right person, but there has been a disconnection problem with all Videotron (Internet provider) users in Quebec, Canada since last patch... We randomly DC for 30 seconds literally every game/few times a game. Only LOL.
