@Videotron Again, was back last evening for a few hours but went down around 11pm and is still out this morning. I’ve had Interner a few hours a day for the last 4-5 days. What’s going on? Feels like a 3rd world country with rolling blackouts

@Videotron Still have no land-line service. Since Wednesday. Can't even call 911. Older people have traditional landlines . *** can electricity be back and videotron not. Same towers and poles !!!!!

@troybeno @Videotron Day 6 here. I don't even bother calling as it's clear they have no clue when it will be back. I understand there was a storm and all, but for it the issue to persist this long is ridiculous. I'm switching to Bell as soon as I can get someone on the phone to cancel.
