@Videotron I’m in the same province, Ottawa and Toronto are both in Ontario! And I still have 0 bars/0 service. It’s been like this for over 4 hours

@OdyseeTeam Hi Odysee team. There's a major problem in Quebec region of Canada, we can't acces Odysee by many internet providers. I'm with @Videotron and no browser but Tor can access. Can you see what is the cause? Asking for thousands of people on my FB page.

Seriously **** videotron, took money out of my account when I asked for a freeze on my internet bill this month and that was supposed to be for meds. If you ask a company for a freeze during a pandemic, maybe they should do so because everyone is struggling? So frustrated today

@Bell has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. No TV or internet in my house for 5 days now. I’ve called and spoken to 22 different people. Nothing has been fixed still. Complete incompetence. Will be switching to @Videotron on Monday

Not impressed with Videotron...since high school they’ve been collecting by credit card my payments. Not a single missed payment. I cancel my plan by another provider. They send the last bill to my last address...then a few months later a collection agency calls me...wtf!?! Mf...

@jacktodd46 I used to have a roku but it was slow. We then got an apple tv and it was soooo much faster. Then a 4k tv and another apple tv 4k. You can do anything with that. We have the Videotron 4k terminal that can record 8 shows.

@Videotron we keep deleting shows from our pvr and then they come back as not deleted. We cannot clear the space in our pvr. How can we fix this?
