So tonight I couldn't watch @TheWalkingDead episode 10x17 because @Videotron and @AMC_TV couldn't get their **** together. This is a middle finger given to your audience.

@Mr_Allen_Brown @mcclure111 Is quite similar here in Quebec. We have many small companies who use infrastructures from the two main providers : Bell and Videotron. Those smaller companies offer better price but lack stability. With Ebox I pay 60$/month for unlimited download, 10Mbps down/1.5 up, + modem.

@David_Moscrop If you're in the Ottawa area, you can go with Videotron (and keep your 613 number). Customer service via their chat (rather than calling), and very, very reasonable plans.

@Videotron Why are we not receiving @CBCNews on channel 618 ... assuming you are having trouble with the broadcast signal, why not post a notice on the TV menu.
