    @Videotron I’m in the same province, Ottawa and Toronto are both in Ontario! And I still have 0 bars/0 service. It’s been like this for over 4 hours

    @drewface_ Lol what?? What's your ISP? I think I've been using the Google DNS since Videotron had a huge DNS issue that prevented most of Montreal and adjacent cities from accessing the internet for like... a day and a half. Google DNS is just much more reliable.

    once again, on the phone with @videotron spending an entire morning trying to access accounts to pay a bill they sent to collections that I a) had no idea about and b) can't pay because I can't access a second account they never told me about. The worst, honestly.
