    @SRosa_YUL T’as obtenu une baisse? Ils viennent justement de m’augmenter après la fin de mon douze mois. J’hésite entre perdre mon temps au tel avec le service de rétention @Videotron ou encore perdre mon temps avec @bell_fr pour qu’ils me fassent un prix qui a de l’allure.

    J'ai flusher Videotron et mis Oxio. Alors que je configurais mon router en ligne avec eux la fille me dit. Cool votre nom de réseau je l'ai bien rit vous avez fait ma soirée. Mon wifi GRC_Surveillance_Van3

    @Videotron J’ai essayé le redémarrage et quand j’essaie de contacter le soutien technique on me mentionne que c’est fermé depuis 19 heures!

    @ruinebabine Y a les mêmes problèmes au service à la clientèle et à la facturation chez videotron. Bell Fibe 1go

    @perreaux Ebox or techsavvy. But ebox is a Qc (Longueuil) company so I’d go with them (they run on videotron network while techsavvy’s on bell I think)

    @perreaux Follow-up on my Blinknet to this comment of yours: Blinknet in my case uses cable to a routing point, at which case it goes directly into their servers/system. I was worried the cutoff issue was due to the line, but it proved due to Videotron's servers, as blink's work solidly.

    @perreaux with videotron for years, never had any problems, now with helix for internet, but no tv. (i dont recommend helix tv) but internet is A-1 #JoinTheDarkSide and they go out of their way in service a la clientele, even through covid

    So tonight I couldn't watch @TheWalkingDead episode 10x17 because @Videotron and @AMC_TV couldn't get their **** together. This is a middle finger given to your audience.
