    @Videotron J’ai essayé le redémarrage et quand j’essaie de contacter le soutien technique on me mentionne que c’est fermé depuis 19 heures!

    @SRosa_YUL T’as obtenu une baisse? Ils viennent justement de m’augmenter après la fin de mon douze mois. J’hésite entre perdre mon temps au tel avec le service de rétention @Videotron ou encore perdre mon temps avec @bell_fr pour qu’ils me fassent un prix qui a de l’allure.

    @jeanphilippedr1 @pxw13 Videotron loses maybe a mill on the Als at worst but makes 100 mill profit otherwise all it does is reduce the tax they pay on the profit. I’m not losing sleep over that, ticats, stamps or MLSE. These accountants are more creative than Spielberg.

    My credit bad they refused to give me router registered to Corporative Internet Account Centurion- landlord facilitators & Vidéotron- telecom providers- only ones authorized by CRTC at my location. TAL ruled against me. I'm waiting for them to adhere to QC Canadian & Global Regs.

    @FreedomMobile @Videotron @Quebecor All im doing is trying to make you a better company but you seem to not give a **** about that and that fact is incredibly demoralizing when I care more about you than you do. I **** you not.

    @senstalk_ What is the last inch provider? Bell Fibe? Rogers? VideoTron? Cell data? Honestly the signal is switched through so many possible networks it is hard to know where the bad network is? My current one is @Rogers CO-AX and it is 5 min delayed.

    Ya’ll I rarely tweet about companies online but I just feel a simpler option could be easily made available. Videotron has that option. Bell, you can do it too. I believe in you. Please fix this problem. It’s annoying and makes me want to just get rid of the TV option entirely.
