  @SRosa_YUL T’as obtenu une baisse? Ils viennent justement de m’augmenter après la fin de mon douze mois. J’hésite entre perdre mon temps au tel avec le service de rétention @Videotron ou encore perdre mon temps avec @bell_fr pour qu’ils me fassent un prix qui a de l’allure.

  @Videotron J’ai essayé le redémarrage et quand j’essaie de contacter le soutien technique on me mentionne que c’est fermé depuis 19 heures!

  Many years ago my bro worked in the technical service for what's now videotron It was awful! One guy called to yell that his cable was out. My bro told him to go to his TV. He said he wasn't home. 🤔 So why did he call? Because a friend nearby had his cable out! Nuts!

  @videotron Your Internet service went down again... It's beyond silly at this point. You need to get your **** together! I hope it was that someone tripped on a wire... and NOT planned router update in the middle of the day... out-sourcing more things to India. YOU ARE MAKING IT VERY DIFFICULT to be a customer.

  W/ wholesale we have CNOC members Distributel, Vmedia, Start, Ebox etc All owned by Bell, Rogers Videotron & Telus. What are they going to do here lock people into mobile-Internet bundles? Bundles to save 10$ off cruddy #CRTC service costs in 2yr contracts? A god send? Dunno..

  @Videotron city crews put my neighbor's cable on my property. he told me you're only showing up in two weeks to reconnect the service...does that mean it will be hanging from the post and hanging down onto my front lawn for that long?
