    @Videotron J’ai essayé le redémarrage et quand j’essaie de contacter le soutien technique on me mentionne que c’est fermé depuis 19 heures!

    @SRosa_YUL T’as obtenu une baisse? Ils viennent justement de m’augmenter après la fin de mon douze mois. J’hésite entre perdre mon temps au tel avec le service de rétention @Videotron ou encore perdre mon temps avec @bell_fr pour qu’ils me fassent un prix qui a de l’allure.

    J'ai flusher Videotron et mis Oxio. Alors que je configurais mon router en ligne avec eux la fille me dit. Cool votre nom de réseau je l'ai bien rit vous avez fait ma soirée. Mon wifi GRC_Surveillance_Van3

    If you decide to register your business and need a provider PLEASE DO NOT USE @Videotron They are the worst. Overpriced and their customer service is the worst. I’ve been on the line over 1h 30 and they keep transferring me like a ping pong ball! 🏓

    @PapiDitzyHarpy @GinoHard_ The language barrier is a pretty weak argument! In Quebec, we’re practically all bilingual and the Montreal Canadiens don’t seem to have any problem! Yes, the market is small, but at least the Videotron Centre would be full for every game!

    Internet supposed to be incl in rent- agreement between me & Centurion. Centurion & Vidéotron have an agreement. Vidéotron technician installed my old router continuing service I'd canceled, refused to give me router re Centurion internet account. I had internet for 3 months. Vidéotron said no one was paying for it.

    @statusisdown Yes I am using my Rogers mobile Internet with my IPhone to write this message .The problems we have with our Vidéotron services , without TV , And without home internet .

    @FreedomMobile @Videotron @Quebecor All im doing is trying to make you a better company but you seem to not give a **** about that and that fact is incredibly demoralizing when I care more about you than you do. I **** you not.

    @Videotron I am beyond frustrated. I work from home and the Internet cuts every 5-10 mins it’s been a solid 2 hours I am not able to work. It’s very infuriating when you can’t even work because the wifi keeps going down.

    @TekSavvyCSR @Videotron And we get to start the phone calls ALL OVER AGAIN tomorrow b/c @Videotron seems keen to NOT come back out despite screwing up the TPIA (but claiming a non-existant outage b/c we have cable TV) and forcing us to call TekSavvy instead of sending back the Vidéotron technician.

    @cd_lmh @psac_afpc Why would u want the same ******* u can't stand dealing with when u call Rogers/bell/Videotron etc..... To now be the ******* you have to deal with when ur trying to get ur passport or deal with taxes etc
