    @SRosa_YUL T’as obtenu une baisse? Ils viennent justement de m’augmenter après la fin de mon douze mois. J’hésite entre perdre mon temps au tel avec le service de rétention @Videotron ou encore perdre mon temps avec @bell_fr pour qu’ils me fassent un prix qui a de l’allure.

    @Videotron J’ai essayé le redémarrage et quand j’essaie de contacter le soutien technique on me mentionne que c’est fermé depuis 19 heures!

    @ruinebabine Y a les mêmes problèmes au service à la clientèle et à la facturation chez videotron. Bell Fibe 1go

    J'ai flusher Videotron et mis Oxio. Alors que je configurais mon router en ligne avec eux la fille me dit. Cool votre nom de réseau je l'ai bien rit vous avez fait ma soirée. Mon wifi GRC_Surveillance_Van3

    @Fauwxx Ah i remember yhat battle. 10+ years ago when my parent were with bell canada. Paying 7.5Mbps but we were having 1Mbps. Oh yeah normal your at 10+km from the base .... Change to videotron with 30, never an issue -_- yes bell the distance was the issue. Still hate them for that.

    @Hambo_dev @Silver_Clambo As far as I know, only companies that have their own line currently are bell, Roger, Telus and Videotron in Canada. Google has some but it is limited to their own infrastructure if I recall properly so they can't sell the service yet. Anything else rents cable access from those

    @Videotron I just had the worst costumer service experience in my life. I was being extra respectful and cooperative. 2h38 mins on the line and still wasn't helped with. I have a pretty impatient and rude employee I'm talking to. Videotron Quebec I can't believe this

    @Hambo_dev dang! I don't know how videotron prices it now but $10 more a month will get you double as a new customer when I got it initially.
