    @Videotron J’ai essayé le redémarrage et quand j’essaie de contacter le soutien technique on me mentionne que c’est fermé depuis 19 heures!

    J'ai flusher Videotron et mis Oxio. Alors que je configurais mon router en ligne avec eux la fille me dit. Cool votre nom de réseau je l'ai bien rit vous avez fait ma soirée. Mon wifi GRC_Surveillance_Van3

    @SRosa_YUL T’as obtenu une baisse? Ils viennent justement de m’augmenter après la fin de mon douze mois. J’hésite entre perdre mon temps au tel avec le service de rétention @Videotron ou encore perdre mon temps avec @bell_fr pour qu’ils me fassent un prix qui a de l’allure.

    Many years ago my bro worked in the technical service for what's now videotron It was awful! One guy called to yell that his cable was out. My bro told him to go to his TV. He said he wasn't home. 🤔 So why did he call? Because a friend nearby had his cable out! Nuts!

The Tribunal put great weight on how competitive backhaul markets were & how that would underpin the success of Videotron as a replacement for Freedom Mobile & even as a new rival for bundled ISP & TV services. All w/ no public data to support the claim.

    @LucDupont @Videotron Same today, i've noticed this a few times recently, never happened before, i'd say since last fall. One of the few reasons i keep cable. They better fix the problem or i'll subscribe online and cut this cable....finally !

    @drewlevin IDK if you are able to put me in contact with the right person, but there has been a disconnection problem with all Videotron (Internet provider) users in Quebec, Canada since last patch... We randomly DC for 30 seconds literally every game/few times a game. Only LOL.

    @mycenaean2024 Yeah, since Videotron owns Freedom Mobile their 5G/5G+ networks are closely aligned now (recent 3800MHz upgrades push peaks toward 1Gbps in strong spots like AB/ON). Real-world averages often 100-500Mbps depending on location/signal. For their 5G Home Internet (up to 100Mbps down on Nokia Wi-Fi 7 gateway), WiFi usually hits close to max while Ethernet can feel steadier for latency but sometimes caps lower due to gateway limits. What's your actual test results?

    If you decide to register your business and need a provider PLEASE DO NOT USE @Videotron They are the worst. Overpriced and their customer service is the worst. I’ve been on the line over 1h 30 and they keep transferring me like a ping pong ball! 🏓
