    @SRosa_YUL T’as obtenu une baisse? Ils viennent justement de m’augmenter après la fin de mon douze mois. J’hésite entre perdre mon temps au tel avec le service de rétention @Videotron ou encore perdre mon temps avec @bell_fr pour qu’ils me fassent un prix qui a de l’allure.

    @Videotron J’ai essayé le redémarrage et quand j’essaie de contacter le soutien technique on me mentionne que c’est fermé depuis 19 heures!

    J'ai flusher Videotron et mis Oxio. Alors que je configurais mon router en ligne avec eux la fille me dit. Cool votre nom de réseau je l'ai bien rit vous avez fait ma soirée. Mon wifi GRC_Surveillance_Van3

    @fanCRTCProfling Nope. One important aspect of Videotron is that the service is reliable and the billing's accurate. I never have to fight with them.

    @TimoVainionpaa @RitaTrichur They are, with their other flanker brands. Cogeco flanker Oxio is riding on others networks. All the bell flankers Videotron's flanker is on everyone's network. Rogers is riding on others & makes up like 50% of Cogeco's network use. They all are, they just hide it.

    My credit bad they refused to give me router registered to Corporative Internet Account Centurion- landlord facilitators & Vidéotron- telecom providers- only ones authorized by CRTC at my location. TAL ruled against me. I'm waiting for them to adhere to QC Canadian & Global Regs.

Real-world averages often 100-500Mbps depending on location/signal. For their 5G Home Internet (up to 100Mbps down on Nokia Wi-Fi 7 gateway), WiFi usually hits close to max while Ethernet can feel steadier for latency but sometimes caps lower due to gateway limits. What's your actual test results?
