    @SRosa_YUL T’as obtenu une baisse? Ils viennent justement de m’augmenter après la fin de mon douze mois. J’hésite entre perdre mon temps au tel avec le service de rétention @Videotron ou encore perdre mon temps avec @bell_fr pour qu’ils me fassent un prix qui a de l’allure.

    @Toothpaste1077 @ItalStallion14 @Videotron It's a DNS problem. Every device/service/app that access directly by IP or that have the IPs cached won't be affected.

    @Videotron It's a DNS issue. Change your DNS to another one (google's by example 8.8.8.8)

    Videotron is down, Helix gateway inaccessible. But managed to change the DNS on my computer so HUZZAH this works.

    @chezjonesy @Videotron I agree, I've had a great service, and this was unexpected. a head's up (if possible) would have been nice, I thought it was my issue, didn't know it was system wide.
