    @SRosa_YUL T’as obtenu une baisse? Ils viennent justement de m’augmenter après la fin de mon douze mois. J’hésite entre perdre mon temps au tel avec le service de rétention @Videotron ou encore perdre mon temps avec @bell_fr pour qu’ils me fassent un prix qui a de l’allure.

    @Videotron J’ai essayé le redémarrage et quand j’essaie de contacter le soutien technique on me mentionne que c’est fermé depuis 19 heures!

    @ruinebabine Y a les mêmes problèmes au service à la clientèle et à la facturation chez videotron. Bell Fibe 1go

    @ruinebabine Parce que Videotron est pire et qu’ils ont une couverture cellulaire de marde.

    Day 6 of @Videotron’s outage in Ottawa South. No update on when service will return. Call to support suggested it may be a month. Proceed with caution when selecting a carrier when you live near the edge. Repairs are slooooooow.

    @j_gp93 @Videotron Had that problem in Gatineau last night…..unplugged everything and it came back on. Sometimes it just needs to reset.

    @reideltj @DrSamTheDentist @Videotron Videotron doesn't seem to give that option for iPhone. Sigh. For Android, I can do it but it's a slow workaround.

    @cuto8 @Videotron We’re approaching one week of Vidoetron’s mobile data service outage in Ottawa South. No updates from Videotron. Support said it may take a month to resolve!
