    @SRosa_YUL T’as obtenu une baisse? Ils viennent justement de m’augmenter après la fin de mon douze mois. J’hésite entre perdre mon temps au tel avec le service de rétention @Videotron ou encore perdre mon temps avec @bell_fr pour qu’ils me fassent un prix qui a de l’allure.

    J'ai flusher Videotron et mis Oxio. Alors que je configurais mon router en ligne avec eux la fille me dit. Cool votre nom de réseau je l'ai bien rit vous avez fait ma soirée. Mon wifi GRC_Surveillance_Van3

    @Videotron J’ai essayé le redémarrage et quand j’essaie de contacter le soutien technique on me mentionne que c’est fermé depuis 19 heures!

    @ruinebabine Y a les mêmes problèmes au service à la clientèle et à la facturation chez videotron. Bell Fibe 1go

    Internet supposed to be incl in rent- agreement between me & Centurion. Centurion & Vidéotron have an agreement. Vidéotron technician installed my old router continuing service I'd canceled, refused to give me router re Centurion internet account. I had internet for 3 months. Vidéotron said no one was paying for it.

    @eltseak They will understand it better, when I cancel my Vidéotron and any other subscription with PKP companies. I encourage others to follow the same way.

    @fanCRTCProfling I'm currently having a Vidéotron mobile data outage. Very rare. I think a cell tower died in Kanata North of the 417.

    To end this thread, I'd ask @Videotron: 1) Is there a plan to implement #eSim? Don't simply say it's not available -- we know that! The question is whether there is a plan? 2) If "yes" to #1, what is the timeline to rollout? Saying it's a "non-issue" just doesn't cut it. 9/9
