    @Videotron J’ai essayé le redémarrage et quand j’essaie de contacter le soutien technique on me mentionne que c’est fermé depuis 19 heures!

    @SRosa_YUL T’as obtenu une baisse? Ils viennent justement de m’augmenter après la fin de mon douze mois. J’hésite entre perdre mon temps au tel avec le service de rétention @Videotron ou encore perdre mon temps avec @bell_fr pour qu’ils me fassent un prix qui a de l’allure.

    @frankcain088 @PuckReportNHL @FriedgeHNIC Absolutely, so why do they want to stick with this awful setup? I went to the QMHJL draft last summer, it was the good, old, centralized setup at the Vidéotron Centre in Québec City. That was way, way, way better.

    @Videotron Still have no land-line service. Since Wednesday. Can't even call 911. Older people have traditional landlines . *** can electricity be back and videotron not. Same towers and poles !!!!!

    @troybeno @Videotron Day 6 here. I don't even bother calling as it's clear they have no clue when it will be back. I understand there was a storm and all, but for it the issue to persist this long is ridiculous. I'm switching to Bell as soon as I can get someone on the phone to cancel.

    There are still no #CRTC outage reports from the ice storm that knocked comm's out for: -Videotron -Rogers -Freedom (which also negated French service during the outage) -Flanker brands -Resellers/wholesalers (Storm Internet aside)
