    @Videotron J’ai essayé le redémarrage et quand j’essaie de contacter le soutien technique on me mentionne que c’est fermé depuis 19 heures!

    J'ai flusher Videotron et mis Oxio. Alors que je configurais mon router en ligne avec eux la fille me dit. Cool votre nom de réseau je l'ai bien rit vous avez fait ma soirée. Mon wifi GRC_Surveillance_Van3

    @SRosa_YUL T’as obtenu une baisse? Ils viennent justement de m’augmenter après la fin de mon douze mois. J’hésite entre perdre mon temps au tel avec le service de rétention @Videotron ou encore perdre mon temps avec @bell_fr pour qu’ils me fassent un prix qui a de l’allure.

    @niteshp80 @Videotron Same here. Helix internet and phone lines both down in DDO. Thought I was the only one. Was told it should be fixed by 2AM. It’s Saturday night and can’t even watch UFC @Videotron

    @Videotron Once again, we’re affected by another outage and your agent has put me on hold for over 10 minutes trying to find out why or ETAs. I’ve been on helix for less than a month now and this is the second time I’m calling about outage.

    @Videotron My home phones are being bombarded with spam phone calls today all spoofing numbers. Driving me nuts, 8 calls in 20 mins. All with "bank security" crap. FIX THIS! #fraud

    Bell filed a complaint last fall against Vrai, because Quebecor wasn’t offering it at all to non-Videotron subs, a clear violation of #CRTC policy. It’s now available through the QUB app, but Bell says that offers fewer concurrent streams and can’t be watched on a set-top box.
