    @Videotron J’ai essayé le redémarrage et quand j’essaie de contacter le soutien technique on me mentionne que c’est fermé depuis 19 heures!

    @SRosa_YUL T’as obtenu une baisse? Ils viennent justement de m’augmenter après la fin de mon douze mois. J’hésite entre perdre mon temps au tel avec le service de rétention @Videotron ou encore perdre mon temps avec @bell_fr pour qu’ils me fassent un prix qui a de l’allure.

    @alysm745 @JanTheMan2010 I am with Videotron in Quebec and after a few years price crept up from about $50 to $90 a month. Then in 2019 I called and wanted to cancel. I explained that my income is low and I can't afford it.

    @Videotron the internet service went down when I went to bed last night and this morning it is still down. Twice in two months I have to try and work through an outage. When is this going to be fixed?!

    @Videotron Thank you. Called and the technician confirmed that there is an issue in our neighborhood. No ETA for resolution.

    @TekSavvyBuzz Maybe it's time to break up the infrastructure from the service providers: make rogers, telus, bell, shaw/ cogeco, videotron, sasktel, etc. and the rest spin off their infrastructure as separate companies and force everyone to bid for access.
