@Videotron is this the customer experience you want for your clients? So if I don’t have the money to pay $400 that I wasn’t supposed to be charged upfront, then you cut off my service and still leave me with the bill? This is none sense.

@Videotron I've been a loyal client for the last 17 years. I don't know who's making the big decisions in your company, but (s)he is a ******* idiot. In the span of about one year you went from the best ISP in town to one of the worst. Time to move.

@Videotron said this kind of thing happens (often?) & that the only option I have is to accept their “courtesy” of $75 and pay the rest otherwise i will receive late fees and eventually they will cut off my service and come get the equipment but that I would still have to pay.

@fagstein @Videotron No internet problem on my Videotron account but two days ago I did notice my Videotron PVR cable box's time display was lagging by seven minutes!! Never saw that before. Just putting it out there.

I switched to @Videotron on June 8th 2021. They offered their high speed internet service, Helix with no installation fees. They gave me 2 options: - Pay for equipment upfront: $388+ tax OR - Pay $12 + tax/month for 24 months. I went with the 2nd option. But guess what?

@Videotron still charged me upfront $388+ tax with installation fees of $60 even though I chose to pay in $12 for 24 months. When my bill came out on July 9th, I called customer service. They told me it was a mistake and that they would see what they could do. Lol

@frapper_21 Same problem on Apex only. I blame videotron mostly, bad rooting and dns, I have jitter and bad ping all the time. Cant even change my dns on my router anymore. I dont know if you are with videotron, but they are not optimal for gamers. Bell fiber is the best you can have in QC.

I got 400 m/bits with Videotron and I swear I have no lag, never had problem with price, NEVER HAD PROBLEM TO GET THE RIGHT ANSWER BECAUSE THE PEOPLE WHO YOU TALK TOO KNOW YOUR LANGUAGE AND KNOW WHAT THEIR TALKING ABOUT! @Videotron Too bad there is no mechanism to notice that kind of activity and trigger a rapid investigation and tracing. These scammers need severe punishment. I am alert and ignore them, but they hurt many vulnerable people. The calls are the first step in very nasty crimes.

So @Videotron support called me today about an open ticket. They screwed up my account when I switched to Helix (internet is great, tv sucks) & switched back. Ongoing issues for a couple weeks Told them to do what they need to to fix it & call me when done. They won't fix it
