@DawsonLamoureux @CheSarahSera I was thinking the same. Xplornet hasn’t been great lately but I’m also not a big Bell fan. Tough choice for sure. However, since there isn’t any customer loyalty benefits with any corp anymore, it wouldn’t hurt to switch to Bell because you can always go back.

Hey @Xplornet - it’s been over a week since our custom business domain has been down. No resolution after hours on the phone w/ your tech team. The pandemic is difficult enough on small business, you’ve further marginalized our ability to run a business during lockdown.

@Xplornet I reached out to your tech team they couldn’t change anything same signal strength and terrible streaming buffing a lot . What I like to here from you is you agree to cut my bill in half every mth so if you don’t I am filing a report with Crtc so you can’t hound me fir the $

@shannbil 👍 thanks for honest assessment . We’re going switch as well…getting frustrated with our service (not xplornet, but not fast for rural service)
