    @Xplornet What you aren't telling people is poor Terry has probably had to climb that tower 67 times in the last two weeks adjusting things due to customer complaints that can't actually be solved on the customer side, but you have to be seen as doing "something" to help, right?

    @bamayhew The only problem is the dreadful internet provided by @Bell_Aliant. They abandoned us years ago. And with @Xplornet set to move into #Lot16, I don't hold out much hope for things getting any better.

    @BlueSkyNetNorth @FedNor This is a good step. What if the choices we have Bell, Xplornet, netspectrum still provide speeds far slower than advertised that dont work a portion of the time? Barely any cell service in my region and poor internet.

    Specifically, in Cumberland and Colchester counties, @Xplornet was chosen by @MunColchester and @developns to provide internet to the entire population of both counties. In the last 3-4 months, they claim that 16,000 customers now have access to the service...

    @Xplornet I spent a collective 8.5 hours over those three days on the phone with technical support, but thanks for the lukewarm response. Still couldn't get it running. Neither could the advanced team. So, I repeat my initial question.

    Under some governments terms we have “good enough” internet service. Let me tell you what that means. It means that after 5pm we cannot access our internet because the servers are overcapacitated (I’m talking to you @Xplornet).
