@Xplornet A friend on your service who lives in BC has an IP address that maps to Ontario. This causes issues with him accessing certain websites that are restricted to people living in BC. Is there any solution for him?

In the last month our @Xplornet has been down 3 different times. The 1st time they told us, “it’s too cold” the 2nd time “no system is perfect, they all have weaknesses” and the 3rd time was “we didn’t tell you to live in the middle of nowhere”. 😡😡😡

@Xplornet @Fernbankfolk Yeah, if you call them, they'll provide detailed instructions on how to unplug/replug your equipment to fix their problem for the next 2 1/2 minutes.

@Xplornet Do you have an updated ETA of when we will be back up and running? Nearly 24hrs and its way past 9pm yesterday. We’ve been customers barely 2 weeks. I don’t like paying for a service we aren’t receiving.

@authorgeriglenn @Xplornet YUP. We figure ‘up to’ should mean at least 75% full service of the $120 plus we pay a month.

@Xplornet There's no point, there's nothing that can be done my end - it's clearly elsewhere in your network that the problems occur, and your default response to every twitter complaint demonstrates your lack of care or customer support.
