@Xplornet We’ve been on the phone constantly over the last two weeks….no resolution yet. It’s frustrating as hell. You need to step up your game or you’re losing a customer. I’ve resorted to buying a Telus smart hub so I can keep up with my office work.

@Xplornet why don't u get the ******* hint, all ur customers hate u, and the service u provide.

  • fattymatty950g matt (@fattymatty950g) reported

Tomorrow will be my last day with @Xplornet for internet. What a pathetic joke of a company $100 a month and the only time it works is at 5am, no matter how many times you call the problem is never fixed. At least dial up internet was reliable, probably faster most of the time

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet Did this somehow benefit xplornet customers overpaying for terrible internet? No, of course not.

  • FuzzyGross DaveMcG (@FuzzyGross) reported

@SezChris @SpaceXStarlink I currently only have decent speeds because I went to the CRTC and complaint. They found it valid and Xplornet came and finally "fixed" my issues. What sucks is literally 5 min down my road can get bell and rogers high speed but they won't expand down my road at this time lol

  • MeghanDClark Meghan Clark (@MeghanDClark) reported

Why is @Xplornet allowed to throttle speed in the evening, just when I want to watch some Bridgerton? It’s a completely useless service between 5 and 11 p.m.

  • glektarssza G'lek (@glektarssza) reported

@Xplornet @smPhreakazoyd Is this a joke? You want to SELL additional services in response to a question about if you have plans to help Ontarians out during these hard times?

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet What'd help is more data, you cheap bastards.

  • kevdevlyn Kevin Porter (@kevdevlyn) reported

@Xplornet There is no troubleshooting required. You throttle my internet every day if I am trying to download something. Works perfect in the middle of the ******* night or early morning. Just admit your piece of **** system can’t handle the traffic.

  • KimYCarson Kim Carson (@KimYCarson) reported

Seeking assistance from @Xplornet has been beyond frustrating. Treated so poorly by customer service.

  • Charles96209000 Charles (@Charles96209000) reported

@Xplornet Sold me on a 50mb/1mb unlimited packaged I cancelled within two weeks because my avg speed was around the same as my 10mb/1mb DSL connection. Calling support twice revealed they OVER SOLD the tower even after the install guy said it had a solid connection. Kemptville, ON area.
