@Xplornet We’ve been on the phone constantly over the last two weeks….no resolution yet. It’s frustrating as hell. You need to step up your game or you’re losing a customer. I’ve resorted to buying a Telus smart hub so I can keep up with my office work.

@SucksXplornet @Xplornet Gee I'm sooo sick of xplornet's crappy service, since my internet only work half of the time why am I not billed for half the service. I've noticed they aways say they are sorry & to call their customer service, an hour on phone & still crappy service 😡

@Xplornet absolutely disgusted that you increase rates, and jack up data add on prices all whilst kids are home learning!!!!! #criminal long time customer about to make the #starlink switch. Zero compassion for rural families. $130 month for 10mbps and 100gb of data! #shame

Xplornet tower down , guy goes is there anything else I can help you with? Me nope but y’all gonna need all the help you can get once you put up those hundreds of towers in Manitoba Long awkward pause .... yup. At least they know their product is absolute ****.
