@Xplornet We’ve been on the phone constantly over the last two weeks….no resolution yet. It’s frustrating as hell. You need to step up your game or you’re losing a customer. I’ve resorted to buying a Telus smart hub so I can keep up with my office work.

@Xplornet I notice how little all these pictures have to do with their service over and over. Like I keep reminding xplornet, their spamming pictures and links to their twitter feed is more insulting than anything. Xplornet as an ISP does as little as possible to screw over the customers.

@Xplornet Xplornet customer, m3t4lw01f couldn't believe his speed test results the day he got home from work in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. It was unbelievable to him they'd have misrepresented the product they sell so badly.

Anyone else have issues with @Xplornet this evening... let me guess, the weather is causing issues... we can control the Mars rover from earth yet we can’t provide reliable Internet to rural customers?? Great opportunity for @TELUSsupport to step up and fill the void...tiring😡

by allowing us to remove xplornet from our lives completely my bill is $145 dollars a month for "up to" 25Mbps with unlimited download... it's pretty sad that I don't even get 3Mbps anymore. I get there is more pressing matters at hand then my **** internet but the ones suffering

@StarBuck_83 @Xplornet I feel especially bad for you since Silo (by all accounts) was decent, and overnight it went to ****. I moved from the city where I had 175mbps fibre. Knew what I was getting in to. Knew it would be bad. Was fully prepared for it... It sucks, but at least I planned for it.

@xplornet internet has been painfully slow all day and is hardly working at all now. Is there a network outage/issue in the Muskoka, ON area? Tried to call your helpline but wait time was 2 hours. Very frustrating - please fix this!

Dana McIntosh (@DanaMcIntosh) reported
In the middle of a pandemic, with so many people working from home, why can't @xplornet do their maintenance in the evening or on the weekend when fewer working folks would be impacted by loss of that necessary service? #epicfail

Charles Braedley (@cbraedley) reported
@Fred_Wreck1983 @fastjeff @Xplornet They should be posting pictures of their (sub-contracted) crews doing work, like running fiber, or erecting towers, or installing antennas on customer's homes. Something to prove that things are happening in areas where they've been given government funds!

@StarBuck_83 @Xplornet Is it bad that I'd actually kill to have your tested upload speed as my download speed? Hell, I'd kill to have *my* tested upload speed as my download speed.

@Xplornet Book your upgrades during off-peak hours. Jesus Christ, you literally picked the WORST time to do it. My internet was out for two hours in the middle of my (and everyone else's) work day. It looks like it'll take new government regulation for you to get some common sense.
