@Xplornet We’ve been on the phone constantly over the last two weeks….no resolution yet. It’s frustrating as hell. You need to step up your game or you’re losing a customer. I’ve resorted to buying a Telus smart hub so I can keep up with my office work.

@Xplornet @Nep03034037 But you're not "sorry", @xplornet. If you were truly sorry, you would fix the issues, rather than continue to take advantage. The only way out of the PR nightmare you've created is to truly apologise and back it up with results. #YourDaysAreNumbered #StarlinkForTheWin

@Xplornet @wntdthegreat Why tell people to call in? You aren't going to do anything to fix it. Just be honest with people already that you have been taking advantage of Canadians for a number of years now. The only way out of your impending demise is going to be honesty. #reckoning #StarlinkForTheWin

@Xplornet @lewisbron But you aren't sorry, @Xplornet. If you were sorry, you would fix the problem. What you are, is doomed. Canadians will never forgive you for what you've done once they have another option. #starlinkforthewin

@Nick62289935 @Xplornet You are correct Nick. I have called them many times to re boot and trouble shoot but the service never gets any faster. I am paying for UP TO to 50 but have never got much passed 20. The other night I had less then 1 and couldn’t even watch a movie.

@Xplornet @ScoobertDaneDoo Yeah...they did just contact you @xplornet, why wait on hold for hours on end just to have you explain how to unplug/replug for 3 solid minutes of half-decent service?
