@Xplornet We’ve been on the phone constantly over the last two weeks….no resolution yet. It’s frustrating as hell. You need to step up your game or you’re losing a customer. I’ve resorted to buying a Telus smart hub so I can keep up with my office work.

@MFibrillations Let me tell you about Xplornet. Xplornet wifi is the closest thing you can get to hellish wifi. Once I tried to open my email but because of the ****** service it took over 7 hours for my email to open.

This will be the 3rd time that our phone service from @xplornet has been discovered not working after someone tried to call us and then afterwards let us know. That is besides the rain-fade Internet and garbled voice messages. #poorservice

@Xplornet I will be cancelling my LTE at home end of the month. My prayers have been answered with the availability of fibe at 500/100 for LESS than it pay for maybe 9/.5 The satellite will be addressed next. $45 a month for service suspension? Wtf
