  @lara_stovern what do you use for Internet? I have Xplornet at camp but it is almost not usable during the summer months and most evenings. Texts barely go through. Some neighbours are getting Starlink but would be an issue for me during the winter because we are on solar.

  @Xplornet @thebrain2012 I have been waiting 12 days for a service app't. I have no internet at all. Repeated calls get nowhere but a new promise of an app't. Disgraceful. Did get my monthly invoice on time though. Funny how you never miss that.

  @Xplornet has the WORST internet. You sell fast speeds apparently... Yet you never get those speeds. How dare you sell speeds for the cost you do. **** your company, the owners, share holders and higher up. You all deserve the fr revolution on your heads.

  Hey @Xplornet I got to deal with your rude predatory CSR when cancelling was my service with you, now you send me an invoice for a late payment, on a closed account? I thought your CSR was predatory, guess it's your standard practices.

  @Xplornet I contacted your customer support yesterday. I waited 1 hr 25 min on hold to get through. They couldn't help me and said they would pass my issue on to a specialized service team who is not available 24/7. I have yet to hear back. This issue has gone on for three days now.
