    Do you know what’s fun? Waiting half an hour for what was supposed to be a 17 minute callback and instead of being sent to customer service being sent directly to the survey and being hung up on. Can’t even manage that eh @xplornet

    @GordHardie @LifeofaDman @Xplornet Don't do it unless you enjoy paying a lot of money for extremely slow and unreliable internet access. They're the worst internet provider I've ever had, no competition.

    @chiweethegod Truth. He got 900 million dollars for his starlink bullshit. Xplornet tried the same thing and it was ****.

    @koopy @Xplornet We had them as a internet provider then moved 10 min away (still in the country) and got Bell. Never, ever an internet issue, worth every dime. 🙌 You don’t realize how bad a service is until you have a better one to compare it to.

    @Xplornet Your service is so bad. Pay for 25mb in and barely get 11mb. Probably lose signal 25-30 times per day. Some days can hardly get a web page to load. Huge amounts of spam/phishing emails about my account. I can't wait until my #Starlink arrives.

    @Xplornet now I can't get the internet I was promised—from the tower down the road form my house, as a permanent resident to the area.

    @WynnterB @APLenehan @Xplornet I have taken to referring to Xplornet as "ShitNet." Everyone knows what company I am talking about in this area without further explanation. Options for many rural homes is very limited, and Xplornet simply does not provide the service they claim to sell.

    I’m using ethernet on my PC and it’s still slow why am I not getting what I’m paying for I don’t even go over 40 down and 3 up @Xplornet

    It's the second story and unfinished attic. Everything except internet and laundry is included. And it's only $785 /month. I have fibre op 100mb/s that's like $122 a month, it is also set up for xplornet. It gets cold in the winter, but I've run two space heaters with no issue.
